Job description

About The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our small but perfectly formed P&C team. The P&C Coordinator is the first point of contact for all people related queries, signposting and supporting staff to access the information they need. Highly detailed orientated you’ll maintain data accuracy across our databases to ensure compliance and data integrity at all times. You’ll be meticulous in your approach to dealing with queries ensuring they are completed satisfactorily, and you’ll engage your creative and curious mind adding value by making system and process improvements that benefit the P&C team and the wider organisation.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Previous HR admin experience,
  • Experience of working with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience of record keeping in line with GDPR
  • Be working towards a minimum level 3 CIPD qualification
