This Is a Fixed Term Contract from July to December 2025.
You will be part of our vibrant and energetic team supporting our fundraising community and the delivery of the Movember campaign across Ireland. This is a hybrid role, with the option to work remotely but there will be the expectation to be in the Dublin Office two to three days weekly.We encourage applications from all backgrounds and communities and are committed to having a team that is made up of diverse skills, experiences and abilities.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Be the voice of Movember and the first point of contact for supporters in Ireland, responding to all telephone and email enquiries from our community in a fast and effective manner.
- Processing donations and gift matching requests efficiently.
- Supporting the Fundraising team on research, outreach, data management and project work as required.
- Supporting the management of the IE social media inboxes and fundraising pages.
- Identifying any patterns or issues with the website, and reporting these to the Fundraising Manager and Country Manager.
- Supporting our post-campaign thanking plan.
- Supporting office management; including collecting, processing and sending post, and ordering supplies to be used by the team.
- Responding to ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Helping execute the distribution of merch to our key supporters.
- Attending local events, where necessary, to give our fundraisers a remarkable experience, which can include work at evenings and weekends.
Support Fundraising Managers:
- Assist with tasks as required for to support driving income, specifically within Sport, Community and Workplace audience
- Identify and develop opportunities within identified community audiences to create a pipeline of new prospects in Ireland
- Secure new supporters to meet annual acquisition and income targets, and other organisational targets in line with the wider strategy
- Other tasks as assigned by Fundraising team to meet income and audience goals
For this role, you’ll need:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant role, such as fundraising or customer services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Great organisation skills and ability to prioritise
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- To work well under pressure and to deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
- Be a great team player
- A high degree of self-motivation and initiative

About the role

The Role

Purpose of Role
As Digital Fundraising Lead you’ll oversee Comic Relief’s Digital Fundraising & Engagement programme, from strategy to delivery; managing and developing a team of high performing colleagues. You’ll be role modelling and leading expert collaboration across the organisation, and with partner organisations, to deliver integrated digital fundraising and audience engagement growth in line with organisational objectives.
As a digital first organisation, a significant proportion of Comic Relief’s fundraising and public engagement is delivered via digital channels. Key responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
· Lead the strategy setting; annual planning and budget setting for Comic Relief’s Digital Fundraising and Engagement activity, including keeping abreast of external trends; innovations and digital developments and exploring how these factor into Comic Relief’s objectives; building financial models, developing business cases, setting and monitoring budgets and managing reforecasts throughout the year.
· Where appropriate, bring x-organisational project teams together to strategise, plan and deliver digital fundraising and engagement change projects.

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Neonatal Lead to join the Wakefield and Kirklees and Calderdale Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnerships (MNVP).
Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnerships are a team of people working together to improve maternity and neonatal care for local people. They hold responsibility to act as multi-disciplinary working groups with the primary function of embedding the service user experience as a method for review and co-design of maternity services.
The groups are made up of an MNVP Lead, lay roles, women and their families, healthcare professionals such as midwives, health visitors, GP’s, local commissioners, charities, and community groups.
The Neonatal Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring that the experiences and needs of families with lived experience of neonatal care are central to the development and improvement of local maternity and neonatal services across Wakefield, Kirklees, and Calderdale.
This role would suit a person who is passionate about developing neonatal care and engaging with families across Wakefield, Kirklees, and Calderdale.
The role requires some flexibility in terms of time, but we also recognise and accommodate, where possible, the other commitments you may have, including work, parenting, and other caring commitments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Neonatal Lead will be an advocate for the service user’s voice, ensuring it is heard and considered in the planning, review, and improvement of neonatal services.
They will actively engage with families with lived experience of neonatal care, to gather feedback and understand their experiences.
They will build strong relationships with providers, commissioners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the service user voice is heard and influences decisions.
They will work to identify areas where services can be improved and advocate for changes that will enhance the quality of care for neonatal service users.
They will work closely with the Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership Leads, share engagement information with the MNVP Leads in order to support them feeding in to local and national meetings and events, in order to share the service user voice and provide independent scrutiny.

· Be one of the points of contact for neonatal enquiries to the MNVPs.
· Lead on engagement with families with lived experience of neonatal care.
· Work closely with the Wakefield and Kirklees and Calderdale MNVP Leads, for example sharing engagement data so that this can be fed into local and regional strategic meetings.
· Input as required to MNVP social media.
· Work in collaboration with the Yorkshire and Humber Neonatal Operational Delivery Network (ODN), as part of the Co-Production Meeting.
· Organise at least three community based listening events per year, one in each locality – Wakefield, Kirklees, and Calderdale.
· Attend already established neonatal community groups in order to gain knowledge and insight into the experiences of those attending.

· Have lived experience, that is be a parent whose baby or babies has/have spent time in neonatal care and/or accessed Neonatal services, whether this is recently or in the past.

· Experience of leading engagement, particularly with hard to reach groups and communities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
· Capable of working independently and managing a varied workload.
· Have an understanding of the structure of the NHS and Neonatal services within it, particularly in the Wakefield, Kirklees, and Calderdale areas.

Rainbow Migration is the longest-running charity in Europe dedicated to supporting LGBTQI+ people through the asylum and immigration system and has been campaigning for their rights since 1993. We are recruiting a Senior Casework and Service Coordinator to assist the Support Services Manager, provide guidance and advice to colleagues, and manage incoming queries from service users.

Role overview
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week). Working part-time (minimum 28 hours) will be considered. Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.
Salary: Starting at £36,994 with potential annual step increases up to £41,315 (pro rata if working part time), plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, we consider giving a separate inflationary increase every April.
Location: Rainbow Migration’s wheelchair accessible offices are based between Vauxhall and the Oval, London. This role will have an office-based contract but the postholder can choose to work from home for part of the week in agreement with their line manager as per our hybrid working policy. You must be available to work from our offices in London when necessary. The successful candidate would also be welcome to work from the office full-time if that is their preference. Role purpose
The Minster Centre is seeking to develop and further professionalise its operations and is recruiting to a new Head of Finance role. This is a part-time, flexible role for two days per week in the first instance. Some time in the office will be needed to work alongside other staff and key stakeholders – this can be managed flexibly alongside working from home.
