Introduction
Iswe is a social impact foundation dedicated to finding ways to put people at the heart of social and political decision-making to solve some of society’s greatest challenges.
We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of Assemblis - a hugely ambitious global platform to strengthen community-led decision-making - as it moves from a working prototype to a fully fledged product used by community groups worldwide.
The period from 2025 to 2026 presents a unique opportunity to scale the use and impact of Assemblis around the COP30 UN Climate Conference—set to take place in the Amazon at the end of 2025—by leveraging strategic relationships, including key support from the Brazilian government.

Assemblis will support communities across the world to run community gatherings, deliberate on shared challenges, and make collective decisions. The platform combines step-by-step guidance, storytelling features and data aggregation, enabling community groups to deliberate meaningfully, share their insights and connect with each other. Assemblis will support people to deliberate on challenges and act together in their communities, whilst building a global picture of citizen needs, actions and solutions, which will inform global decision making. One of the ways it will do this is through the Global Citizens’ Assembly - a permanent institution that Iswe and partners are building.
A Global Citizens’ Assembly for COP30 to be launched in Brazil in November is the key opportunity to pilot Assemblis. We are about to test a minimum viable product (functional prototype) with small sets of global users, and are looking for someone who can lead the iteration process, with the goal of an alpha launch in Climate Week in September.

About the role
You’ll take a user-centred approach to shaping the product, balancing strategic vision with on-the-ground experimentation. You’ll lead, and help to build, a small, agile team, currently a developer, researcher/product designer and data specialists, working closely with a wider team of deliberation specialists, content creators and a strong network of global partners.
You will play a key role in defining the roadmap, testing features with real-world users and ensuring Assemblis becomes a powerful, trusted tool for citizen-led change.

Main duties

Lead product delivery: Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring features meet user needs and align with organisational goals.

User-centred design: Champion a user-first approach through ongoing testing, feedback loops, and engagement with a diverse global user base.

Team leadership: Lead and support a small cross-functional team; identify and recruit additional roles as needed.

Technical direction: Work with developers to make key decisions on technology architecture, infrastructure, and tools, ensuring scalability and sustainability.

Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with Iswe’s internal leads to ensure strategic alignment, and global partners (civic groups, movement partners, and research collaborators) to incorporate their needs into the platform.

Governance and data: Embed deliberative values in product choices, including data ethics, privacy, accessibility, and transparency.

Business model development: Support the development and testing of a sustainable income-generating model for Assemblis, while ensuring accessibility and alignment with Iswe’s mission.

Agile processes: Implement lightweight product management processes (e.g. sprints, prioritisation frameworks, documentation) to maintain momentum and clarity.

Working in the open: Publish regular blog/weeknotes content to communicate about the work to ensure transparency and inspire healthy criticism and collaboration.
About you

The Marketing Manager at CBM UK is a vital role and has responsibility for delivering CBM UKs digital and direct marketing plans to engage and inspire individual supporters and churches to support the work of CBM.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, as part of the Public Fundraising team, the role holder will be responsible for the management and development of two Marketing Officers. Through digital and direct marketing, the Public Fundraising team are responsible for raising over £3m of unrestricted income from cultivation, acquisition, mid-value donors, regular giving, legacies and churches.
Key responsibilities
Fundraising campaign management (40%)
Manage the effective implementation of the annual public fundraising plan, ensuring that all activity is of a high standard, and delivered on time and to budget:
a. Oversee cultivation fundraising appeals primarily carried out through direct mail and email, leading on the continued development of mass fundraising to engage both existing and potential supporters, including high donors, regular givers and church communities.
b. Manage and develop CBM UKs donor acquisition activity in collaboration with the Marketing Officer (Acquisition), using channels such as social media, magazine inserts, press advertising, email and telephone.
c. Oversee the delivery of CBM UKs legacy and in-memoriam giving plans and campaigns.
d. Identify and consider new income streams and broaden the channels used currently for direct response campaigns to reach an agreed balance of long-term value versus risk.
Digital marketing (40%)
Grow digital engagement and income from new and existing supporters:
a. Lead on Pay Per Click strategy, including agency management and development of internal capabilities.
b. Oversee CBM UK’s paid social media activity.
c. Collaborate with the Communications Team to optimise the performance (traffic and income) of fundraising pages, including appeal and donation pages, churches and community, legacy, and in memoriam giving. Ensuring fundraising pages on the CBM website are engaging to existing and new audiences and where appropriate, utilising Search Engine Optimisation tools where appropriate.
d. Explore and make use of new and existing digital platforms and partners, such as Dataro and SEMrush, while promoting a culture of testing, innovation and learning within the digital space.
Leadership and people management (10%)
a. Support and inspire direct reports in line with CBM UK’s staff management policies and procedures. Ensure team members are appropriately trained, briefed and motivated to achieve their objectives and meet targets and recruit to posts where relevant. Regular 121s and appraisal reviews.
Planning and reporting (10%)
a. Monitor and report on fundraising appeals, identifying opportunities for future testing and optimisation, and contribute to the creation of annual planning, budgeting, and the setting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
b. Work closely with the Data and Insight team to ensure strong joint working on technical solutions related to campaign analysis, tracking and insights across digital systems, such as the website, donation platform and CRM (Salesforce).
c. Plan, deliver and report on campaigns/projects within an agreed budget.
Other
a. Ensure the consistent use of CBMs brand, key messages and style guide across all fundraising activities.
b. Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to direct marketing, including Fundraising Regulator guidance, and Data Protection legal requirements (GDPR and PECR).
c. Collaborate with colleagues across CBM UK and the CBM Global Federation, to support integrated and partnership based working.
d. Help foster a positive and inclusive culture of enthusiasm and success, reflecting the ambitions of CBM, and promoting positive working and innovation.
e. Be willing to work occasionally outside normal office hours and to travel in the UK and internationally if required.
f. Ensuring that the values of CBM UK are understood by external partners and always reflected in communications.
g. Undertake other duties as required by the Head of Marketing and Director of Fundraising, Impact and Communications.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public and Patient Involvement (PPI) Community Outreach Coordinator who will be responsible for growing the PPI activities of the charity at the community level.

Reporting to the Patient and Public Involvement Officer you will encourage people affected by heart diseases to join our Patient and Public Network, deliver clear messaging and demonstrate the benefits of involvement. You will drive and promote innovative ways of involving and hearing from patients, carers, and the public, challenging traditional methods, particularly ensuring growing involvement from currently underrepresented and underserved groups and communities to enhance our engagement, understanding, and cohesion with people from all backgrounds affected by heart diseases.
This role will support the delivery of our growing portfolio of PPI activities which enables us to embed the patient and public voice at all stages of our work. The International Organization for Migration in the UK (IOM UK) delivers a range of programming to support migrants, both in the UK and internationally, including projects focusing on protection, modern slavery and human trafficking, diaspora engagement, migration and development, and provision of immigration advice.
This position will support IOM’s work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, in coordination with the Programme Coordinator, and the overall guidance of the Chief of Mission of IOM UK. Working in close coordination with relevant country offices, units at our HQ in Geneva, Regional Office in Brussels and unit heads at the IOM London, the incumbent will assist in the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of relevant migrant support projects managed by IOM London, in particular related to the voluntary return and reintegration of survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking in the UK. The incumbent will also liaise with external stakeholders on matters related to communications, project development and reporting as well as may represent IOM in external forums and meetings.
Responsabilities:
- Support the implementation of an IOM project which is improving the capacities of UK support providers who assist survivors of modern slavery with voluntary return or repatriation to their countries of origin.
- Assist with the implementation of the operational activities of the relevant projects, including the organisation of project events, project research, implementation of communications activities, and outreach to project stakeholders including government counterparts, diaspora, private sector, civil society and the UN.
- Assist with the timely preparation and submission of all project donor reports (both narrative and financial).
- Maintain close communication with the relevant IOM country offices (especially Albania, Brazil, China, India, Pakistan, Romania and Viet Nam) to collate and verify that data sent from the missions regarding the project is of high quality and in accordance with the donor’s requirements
- Work closely with and support the development of partnerships between IOM and organisations working with survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking in the UK, as well as related organisations such as diaspora and community organisations.
- Assist with IOM UK’s coordination with the UK Government and other UK based stakeholders in the field of migration and modern slavery.
- Assist the IOM Team in the UK to expand its projects and partnerships in the field of migration, protection, and modern slavery and human trafficking, including through project development support and research activities.
- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring project documents and information are appropriately filed and processed within IOM internal systems.

- Community Resettlement Workers support clients who have moved in to independent accommodation, usually from the street or hostels. The accommodation is across London and your role is to work alongside individuals as they transition towards independence.

Elders Voice, a charity supporting older people, are excited to be joining a consortium of organisations, that will work together on making Brent an age friendly borough. Led by the Brent Pensioner’s Forum, the consortium’s aim is to make Brent a place where people can live healthy and active later lives; a place where the environment, activities and services enable older people to enjoy life, participate in society and be valued for their contribution.
We are looking for a coordinator to develop and implement a borough-wide action plan, that addresses the eight barriers to the wellbeing and participation of older people, as identified by the World Health Organisation (WHO) under their Age Friendly Cities Framework. Overview of Role
- Develop an Age Friendly Borough strategy in association with a range of partners and a project plan with agreed timescales.
- Build on existing partnerships & networks within Brent and engage with stakeholders to understand the current situation and identify priorities for action.
- Collaborate with statutory, health and third sector partners to achieve age friendly status in the borough.
- Ensure older people are fully involved in the development process and all stages of implementation.
- Apply for fundraising to ensure sustainability of the project.

Campaigns and Communications Manager (Job share)

IKWRO –Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) is an award-winning charity founded (as the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation) in 2002. As testament to its’ success and in response to huge need, IKWRO has expanded and now provides unique and vital support for women and girls from all Middle Eastern, North African and Afghan (MENA) communities who are at risk of “honour” based violence, child marriage, forced marriage, female genital mutilation, domestic violence, sexual violence and other forms of gender violence.
IKWRO provides direct services including advocacy and professional counselling. IKWRO opened the UK’s first specialist Middle Eastern women’s refuge. IKWRO is regularly called upon to share expertise with government, academics, and media and to train professionals from bodies such as the police, social services and schools.
IKWRO has led the recognition of “honour” based abuse and “honour” killing as forms of violence against women and girls. Campaign successes include; the first extradition from Kurdistan-Iraq to the UK of perpetrators of “honour” killing of Banaz Mahmod, the UK’s criminalisation of forced marriage, child marriage, virginity testing and hymenoplasty, as well as the first ever national inspection of policing of “honour” based violence.
This is an exciting time to join IKWRO with the opportunity to help shape and implement the organisations’ new campaigns and communications strategies.
The Campaign and Communications Manager will work under the direction of the Executive Director of IKWRO and will be responsible for drafting and implementing IKWRO’s new campaign and communications strategy to achieve positive systemic legal and policy change, informed by the experiences of the women and girls that IKWRO represents. The role involves lobbying, research, media and communications, networking, events management, engaging with the wider team and the women and girls IKWRO represents to ensure their voices are heard and maintaining and strengthening IKWRO’s leadership in the field. The Campaign and Communications Manager will be both an excellent team player and also have the ability to work independently and manage volunteers.

We are looking for a Branch Manager with a passion for animal welfare, who will contribute to our mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing animals in need. Our new Branch Manager will want to actively promote kindness and the prevention of cruelty to animals, and be driven by a desire to give those in our care a second chance in finding their forever home.
They will expand our profile across the North West London and South Hertfordshire area, working closely with the trustees to create a sustainable business plan, and have overall responsibility for the Branch, our shops and the day to day running of the charity.
Role Responsibilities
People
Be responsible for all branch employees, including recruitment, employee development and performance assessment.
Health and Safety
Ensure the Branch fulfils its duty of care and legal obligations for the health and safety of employees, volunteers and others on site.
Have overall responsibility to ensure that the buildings and equipment belonging to the Branch are maintained and operated in a safe and secure manner.
Financial Performance, Governance and Administration
Together with the Branch Treasurer, develop and implement robust policies, procedures and controls in line with guidelines, and produce annual budgets and reports for the Branch.
Income Generation and Fundraising
Lead income generation, innovate new fundraising activities.
Have overall responsibility for the Branch retail operation, working closely with the Retail Operations Manager to ensure that individual shops meet annual sales targets.
Work with the trustees in developing retail strategy and growth opportunities.
Digital Media and Marketing
Be responsible for developing the use of digital media to deliver the charity's vision, mission and strategy.
Work with the trustees to develop a marketing strategy, helping our Branch reach more people and generate additional income.
Animal Welfare
In collaboration with the Animal Operations Manager, ensure the Branch delivers on its commitment to care for and ensure the welfare of animals, overseeing compliance with RSPCA standards and policies, relevant legislation and best practice in the provision of animal welfare services. Develop the Branch’s ability to accommodate the changing animal welfare needs in our community.
Person Specification
You have:
- A proven track record of leading and motivating people to deliver the strategic aims of a business or charity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and also the ability to listen to the opinions of others

About the Role
A core strand of the charity’s offering works to help adults build the skills, knowledge, confidence and behaviours to manage their money well. We do this by delivering Financial Wellbeing Workshops, Webinars, Specialist Programmes, Consultancy projects and through distribution of our Money Manual. The charity works with both community (charities/social enterprises) and commercial organisations to reach adults in their context of need.
Reporting to the Director of Workplace & Community Programmes and working as part of a small team, the successful candidate for this role will support the organisation and administration of our fully-funded Financial Wellbeing Workshops, our Specialist Programme for adults with Learning Difficulties, and other ad-hoc Community-oriented projects. Our Community Workshops and Programmes are delivered in partnership with organisations in a range of settings up and down the UK, with the participants being their beneficiaries or service users. The Workshops themselves are delivered by our training consultants who also undertake local outreach work to find new organisations and groups to partner with, supporting our central marketing efforts. This is a brand new role on the team to help us grow our reach as part of our new 2025-2028 strategy.
