What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll work directly with children, young people and families who have experienced trauma, delivering high-quality psychological interventions as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll balance clinical work with supervision, collaboration and contributing to service development, helping ensure our work is effective, evidence-based and centred on the needs of those we support.
- Deliver trauma-informed clinical interventions (1:1, family and group work)
- Carry out assessments and develop agreed treatment plans
- Work closely with colleagues as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Collect and use outcomes data to inform and improve practice
- Supervise and support trainees and contribute to skill development
- Liaise with external professionals and agencies around the child or family
- Maintain high standards of clinical recording, safeguarding and professional practice
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a confident, compassionate clinician who enjoys working with complexity and values working collaboratively with others. You’ll bring strong trauma-informed experience, a commitment to inclusive practice, and the ability to balance high-quality clinical work with reflection, supervision and service development.
- A recognised clinical qualification with current professional registration (e.g. HCPC, UKCP, NMC, ACP or BACP)
- Experience delivering therapeutic interventions to children, young people and families affected by trauma
- Training in evidence-based approaches such as TF-CBT, MBT-CYP or parenting interventions
- Experience working within multidisciplinary and multi-agency systems
- Confidence in assessment, formulation and outcome-focused practice
- Experience of supervising or supporting trainees (or readiness to do so)
- A clear commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of clinical work
Key details
Hours: Part-time (22 Hours per week) Including Wednesday. Usual working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00.
Salary: £50,835 FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme
Location: Hybrid (a mixture of home/onsite working): Clinical staff need to offer clinical sessions onsite at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) for 60% ofworking hours.

St. Bride Foundation is partnering with Robertson Bell to recruit a Part-Time Finance Manager (21 or 28 hours a week) on a permanent basis. Established in 1891 with a clear social and cultural purpose, St Bride Foundation is one of London’s hidden gems.
We are looking for a highly competent Part-Time Finance Manager to join our team who displays a passion for St Bride Foundation. Responsible for producing financial and management accounts and reports. Also providing effective and efficient financial and administration support to the Board of Trustees, Foundation Manager and Heads of Departments.
The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:
- Manage the Annual Report process and prepare statutory accounts for St Bride Foundation Trust Ltd, St Bride Foundation and Bridewell Centre Limited.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting reports, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
- Prepare month end journals and maintain robust supporting documentation.
- Maintain and reconcile all balance sheet accounts, including fixed assets.
- Manage the accounting system, including oversight of sales and purchase ledgers, cash book, bank reconciliations and debt collection.
- Lead the migration from Sage Line 50 to Xero, due for completion by March 2026.
- Manage payroll processing, RTI submissions and pension administration.
- Manage relationships with HMRC, prepare VAT returns and ensure VAT and Corporation Tax submissions are accurate and on time.
- Prepare the annual budget and work closely with budget holders to ensure forecasts are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, manage working capital and produce periodic income and expenditure forecasts.
- Liaise with investment managers, reconciling income and ensuring appropriate information is received for financial reporting.
- Prepare financial papers for the Board and Finance Committee, including financial analysis and commentary.
- Maintain and update the Risk Register, working with senior stakeholders to identify and manage financial risks.

- Have great communication skills and have the ability to translate complex financial reports to non-financial stakeholders
- Ideally have experience with line management, however candidates eager to develop in this area will be considered
- Be willing to gain a knowledge of, or have experience of, fundraising and restricted funds

The Senior Evidence & Evaluation Manager sits within the Impact & Evidence directorate at the heart of Youth Futures Foundation.
You will play a central role in building the evidence base on what works to support young people into good jobs.
Working with three Heads of Evaluation, the Deputy Director and the Director, you will help ensure our evaluations are designed to generate credible evidence of what works.
- You will work closely with independent evaluators and delivery partners and colleagues in our Programmes & Grants and Policy & Communications directorates, you will assess the evaluability of interventions, and lead the design and delivery of large-scale, complex impact evaluations.
- You will manage a portfolio of projects, leading some directly, and overseeing others while supporting more junior colleagues.
- You will also contribute to strengthening our ‘evaluation architecture’, leading projects that enhance data infrastructure and access to administrative datasets, and set standards for methodological rigour in the sector.
This role can be based at our Birmingham, Leeds or London hub. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.
