About the role
This coordinator role sits within our Mass Participation team in our Income Generation directorate. The role supports participants in mass participation events – both organised by third parties including the London Marathon or bespoke Shelter events that you will have responsibilities for.
The main objective of the co-ordinator role will be to deliver challenge and bespoke events, from planning and set up, pulling together financial budgets to meeting supporter recruitment and income targets through to the delivery of event day and evaluating results.
This role will give you the exciting opportunity to work on our busy third party programme, enabling delivery of events including London Marathon, London Landmarks Half Marathon and the Hackney Half and support the development of new bespoke products.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a variety of mass participation events with the chance to be involved in event delivery, supporter stewardship and volunteer management for some of the most prestigious events in the charity calendar.

The Strategic Programme Director will be responsible for contributing to and supporting the Bishop’s Senior Staff Team and key lay and ordained leaders in the delivery of the diocesan strategy. The role will ensure that the programmes, projects and workstreams within the plan are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The Programme Director will provide oversight of the strategic plan from inception of ideas through implementation to delivery of projects. This is a new role within the communications and engagement team, with responsibility for helping our members to campaign and secure improvements to regional transport accessibility. The role is part of our work to achieve justice in society, where disabled people’s voices are amplified, and our message is heard and acted upon.
You will work across the north of England, mirroring the regions covered by the Sub-national Transport Body ‘Transport for the North’. You must live in this region to apply and undertake this position.
You will collaborate with Transport for All members, disabled people’s organisations, and civil society organisations, bringing disabled people together to share our views on accessible transport and make change. Where campaigning is already taking place, you will work alongside it, offering resources and practical support as desired.
You will need to stay abreast of transport developments in your region, and work closely with other teams to share your insights. This will ensure local disabled people’s experiences guide the national agenda.
Key responsibilities
1. Planning and development (10% of time)
· Plan regular activity across your region, considering staffing, budget, and wider organisational requirements
· Help to develop and deliver Transport for All’s membership offering, community building and local campaign support
· Keep Transport for All’s CRM and records up to date

2. Communication and community building (50% of time)
· Build relationships with local members, campaigners, disabled people’s organisations, groups and forums
· Represent Transport for All at meetings and events, including giving presentations on our work
· Organise and deliver regular member meetings online and offline, providing space for people to connect, share transport accessibility news and plan and progress campaigns
· Contribute and commission member content for the member newsletter, website, and social media
· Speak to the media and develop and grow a network of local members willing to train as spokespeople for meetings and media interviews
· Promote and grow a diverse membership in your region
· Ensure members can take part in paid opportunities via the training, research and consultancy team
3. Policy influencing and campaigning (30% of time)
· Maintain awareness of the policy agenda for your area

· Act as a conduit between members, the Insight and Advice team, and the Policy, Public Affairs and Campaigns team

· Bring together and support members and campaign groups to influence local policy through local or national Transport for All campaigns. This could mean you will:

o Provide practical support eg booking venues and access support for meetings, coordinating emails to local members
o Give guidance on technical aspects of transport policy
o Attend meetings with decision makers alongside campaigners, and representatives from the Policy, Public Affairs and Campaigns team
o Publicise campaigns in local media

· Contribute to Transport for All’s understanding of overarching issues and contribute to national campaign planning.
4. Insight (10% of time)
· Share information about the Transport for All advice-line with members and the disabled community in your region
· Give updates on regional transport changes to the Insight and Advice team to support accurate advice giving and regional casework

· Undertake any other tasks, duties or projects which may arise from time to time which are in line with the general level of this post and as instructed

You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. Introduction to the Role

Core Responsibilities
1. Grant & trust applications
You will drive the research, development, and management of grant applications and trust funding. Your role involves identifying funding opportunities that align with Hong Kong Watch’s mission and preparing detailed proposals that secure essential resources for our projects.
2. Fundraising campaigns & donor engagement
In this responsibility, you will design and execute targeted fundraising campaigns and events. You will work to cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, trusts, and institutional funders, ensuring a consistent flow of financial support that underpins our advocacy and community work.
3. Coordination & communications
This responsibility centres on effective internal collaboration and external representation. You will coordinate with our communications teams to ensure consistent messaging, manage donor communications, and report on the impact of our fundraising efforts.
Key Tasks

Research and application development:
Identify suitable grant opportunities, trusts, and philanthropic funding sources both in the UK and internationally. You will draft, refine, and submit proposals that reflect Hong Kong Watch’s strategic priorities, ensuring compliance with each funder’s requirements. -
Campaign strategy and event coordination:
Develop integrated fundraising campaigns in collaboration with our communications team. This includes planning virtual and in-person events, managing donor appreciation sessions, and ensuring that each campaign aligns with our overall mission and values. -
Donor relationship management:
Build and nurture relationships with a diverse range of funders. This task involves regular communication, organising meetings and presentations, and providing clear, detailed impact reports that demonstrate the effectiveness of our initiatives. -
Internal collaboration and reporting:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all fundraising efforts are fully aligned. You will attend monthly strategy meetings, coordinate updates, and produce comprehensive reports on campaign performance and donor engagement. -
Digital and social media integration:
Collaborate with the communications team to create engaging online content that supports fundraising efforts. This includes drafting newsletters, managing social media updates, and developing digital materials that promote events and initiatives. -
Monitoring, evaluation, and strategic review:
Continuously track key fundraising metrics and donor engagement levels. You will evaluate the success of fundraising initiatives, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare strategic reviews that inform future plans and objectives.

The responsibilities of the Assistant Finance Business Partner will include:
- Producing management accounts for relevant budget holders and contributing to GPA’s client budget process
- Provide advice on financial treatment of project costs to ensure that all items are correctly assessed for capitalisation, and that the treatment of abortive costs and feasibility works are appropriately treated as RDEL, while being allocated to the correct projects
- Contributing to property reconciliations to ensure all expenditure has been fully recovered from tenants

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning Fundraising Team at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital Charity. The Corporate Partnerships Officer will join our recently established Philanthropy and Partnerships (P&P) team to help us develop and nurture a range of corporate and philanthropic relationships. Working closely with the National Director/CEO on planning for the future wind-up of the entity, providing all financial management, reporting and compliance resources as required in the interim.

Working with the Director of Programme Delivery, provide financial resource and support to the management of the former GB Homes asset portfolio, developing appropriate reporting mechanisms that provide data which can be included into the combined budgeting and reporting of Habitat GB

Accountable for integration and ongoing provision of the operational requirements of the GB Homes subsidiary, including insurance, technology, and communications requirements.
Fundraising & Programmes support:

Work closely with the Directors of Fundraising & Partnerships, and of Impact & Influence to set ambitious and achievable targets across restricted and unrestricted fundraising, track performance, and ensure high quality forecasting, reporting and budget management.

Be responsible for the development and oversight of policies, protocols and systems required for restricted fund management which align with Habitat for Humanity International and external donor requirements.

Work collaboratively across Habitat GB to agree service delivery expectations and ensure the timely provision of relevant inputs from the Finance, Operations & Compliance team across partnership and programme cycles. For example, audit or financial reporting requirements from donors, up to date policies, review of proposal documents, grants and contract agreements.

Work closely with the Directors of Programme Delivery & Retail to ensure Habitat GB has the specialist knowledge and financial skills relevant to our diverse types of programmes, including a new and growing retail operation, as well as construction project delivery.
Risk Management and Compliance:

Lead on the development and maintenance of the organisational Risk Register, being responsible for the management and mitigation of financial, regulatory and operational risks and coordinating with others on the reporting and review of other risk areas.

Ensure Habitat GB is fully compliant and up to date with all its data protection and insurance requirements and has access to appropriate legal and other expert resources where necessary.
