We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic communicator to help raise Creekside’s profile and connect with a growing, diverse audience. As a key member of our small team, you’ll lead on developing and delivering our communications strategy—bringing our mission to life across social media, our website, and other platforms.
This part-time role blends strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and delivery. You’ll craft engaging, informative content that showcases our work and impact, reaching local communities, schools, funders, partners, and supporters.
You’ll also support outreach activities and events, helping build strong relationships and partnerships that further our mission to inspire people to connect with the wonder of urban wildlife.
This is a part time role (15 hours per week) and flexible working arrangements will be considered and discussed at interview. There may be some evening and weekend commitments for which TOIL is given.
Full Time Salary: £30,000 per annum, pro rata. Other benefits include 22 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays and a Christmas closure period, and 3% employer pension contribution.

About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Shop Supervisor to make a difference and deliver positive social impact in the local community while also raising money to fund Crisis’ work ending homelessness.
As a Shop Supervisor, you will support the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in delivering customer service and supporting volunteers, as well maintaining the look and feel of the shop and processing stock. You will work towards ambitious sales and training targets, maximising the impact on our mission to end homelessness.
This is a unique retail opportunity where you will also be involved in delivering on the job training for Crisis members, supporting them to gain the skills and confidence needed in the workplace. You will work collaboratively with your team and will have opportunities to build your own skills and career progression.

To be successful in this role you will have significant retail or customer service experience alongside a genuine interest in charity retail. The Role

About You
You will have:
- Experience using operational systems and processes, including online databases and grant management systems
- Proven experience managing funding schemes and supporting funded projects to deliver objectives and resolve issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats (e.g. reports, presentations, social media, websites)
- Good numerical skills with experience working with financial data and using Microsoft Excel functions
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with databases, spreadsheets, email and word processing (preferably Microsoft Office)
- Highly organised, able to manage own workload, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines consistently
The ability to communicate in Welsh is also desirable.

In this role, you will:

Role Details
- Position: Operations Coordinator
- Location: Remote. Travel required for in person team days 3 - 6 times a year and some travel across Oxfordshire.
·Hours of work: PT 4 days a week. (28 hours) per week. (Flexible for the right candidate)
·Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 (pro rata) depending on experience.

About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Shop Supervisor to make a difference and deliver positive social impact in the local community while also raising money to fund Crisis’ work ending homelessness.
As a Shop Supervisor, you will support the Shop Manager and Assistant Shop Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in delivering customer service and supporting volunteers, as well maintaining the look and feel of the shop and processing stock. You will work towards ambitious sales and training targets, maximising the impact on our mission to end homelessness.
This is a unique retail opportunity where you will also be involved in delivering on the job training for Crisis members, supporting them to gain the skills and confidence needed in the workplace. You will work collaboratively with your team and will have opportunities to build your own skills and career progression.

To be successful in this role you will have significant retail or customer service experience alongside a genuine interest in charity retail. The Campaign Director will be in charge of our campaign for Safe Sick Pay, so that everyone has the Statutory Sick Pay they need. The Campaign Director will form the campaign strategy to see an increase in the rate of Statutory Sick Pay, fundraise to implement the strategy, hire campaign team members, support the team to implement the strategy, hold the key stakeholder relationships, drive the campaign, and deliver parts of the campaign where needed.
As a member of the Executive Team, the Campaign Director will be part of the team responsible for the strategy, structure, team, culture and finances of the organisation.
