Overview
Working with corporate partners, is a crucial part of our strategy, to improve outcomes from sepsis.
This new role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of corporate relationships that will support UK Sepsis Trust’s continued growth across the UK, helping us to reach and support more people who are affected by sepsis.
As UK Sepsis Trust’s Corporate partnerships coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our fundraising efforts by cultivating and managing relationships with corporate partners. Working closely with our Head of Income Generation, Head of Partnerships, volunteering and fundraising and events colleagues, your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate partnerships with corporates and maximise fundraising income from this funding stream
You will understand the importance of working collaboratively to deliver multi-faceted partnerships and will have brilliant communication skills.

This is a home based role with some travel to Birmingham and London. Salary will be dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnership Development
· Identify and research potential corporate partners aligned with the mission and values of the charity.
· Develop and implement plans to cultivate relationships with new and existing corporate decision-makers.
· Present compelling proposals and tailored fundraising opportunities to corporate prospects.
Fundraising Initiatives
· Work with your events, community fundraising and volunteering colleagues, to plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events tailored to corporate donors.
· Collaborate with colleagues to create promotional materials and collateral for corporate fundraising activities.
· Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and recognition for corporate donors.
Donor Stewardship
· Provide excellent stewardship to existing corporate donors, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
· Regularly communicate impact reports and updates to corporate partners to demonstrate the value of their support.
· Organise corporate engagement activities such as site visits, volunteer opportunities, and networking events.
Revenue Generation
· Set ambitious fundraising targets and work with your colleagues to develop plans to achieve them.
· Use our CRM to track and report on fundraising progress, providing regular updates to colleagues.
· Explore innovative fundraising ideas and opportunities to diversify revenue streams from corporate donors.
Relationship Management
· Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners, serving as the primary point of contact for fundraising-related inquiries.
· Maintain accurate records of all corporate interactions and donations on the CRM system.
Experience/ qualifications
· At least 2 years’ experience in corporate fundraising in the nonprofit sector or equivalent role.
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage corporate stakeholders at all levels.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the charity's mission and impact effectively.
· Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets.
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

This role will play a key part in delivering the Growth Strategy; you will proactively identify and research new income opportunities that support the diversification of Family Fund Group’s income streams, helping more families raising a disabled or seriously ill child access the support they need.
The role
We are looking for a Group Business Development Officer to work closely with the Group Director of Fundraising and Volunteering to look for new income opportunities. This role is offered on a secondment basis and is a great opportunity to develop your research, analytical, negotiation and influencing skills. This tole plays a key part in delivering the Growth Strategy and supporting the diversification of the Group’s income streams.
Main duties include:
- Research databases, e.g. charity commission organisation lists, Local Government tenders, etc to identify opportunities for the Group to consider. This might include opportunities that the Group could deliver but currently don’t, or opportunities to partner with other organisations where the Group cannot deliver all the requirements.
- Seek out tender opportunities within relevant business sectors not identified by the existing Group horizon scanning processes.
- Target identified organisations/funders and initiate contact via Family Fund Directors, or where appropriate personally, to generate new opportunities across public, private and not for profit sectors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, as and when required, understanding the need to adapt style for the target audience.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter, able to work independently and be results driven. Ideally you will have experience of presenting and selling to potential clients and funders but must have previously worked in a customer facing role. You will have strong research and analytical skills and the tenacity to follow leads to generate and develop opportunities to grow income.

The Trust has achieved a great deal over the last 5 years, securing funding from public sources, trusts, and foundations. This newly created role will build on this success and attract substantial support from individuals and corporate sources. It involves working with internal and external stakeholders to raise funds for core funding, projects, and capital campaigns. Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
Development
· Review and develop the Trust’s Development & Fundraising Strategy, identifying and pursuing fundraising opportunities, campaigns, and funding applications in line with this strategy, including:

o a new legacies programme, Supporters, and individual giving programmes
· Maximise income and in-kind support through fundraising activities onsite and online, including events and sponsorship, to engage current supporters and cultivate new relationships.

· Manage the evaluation of fundraising activities and prepare and submit reports to key stakeholders.
· Deliver reporting for statutory funders, ensuring that the museum delivers on its reporting requirements in a timely manner.

About the role
The Client Services Manager utilises our CRM to manage the Charities team inventory requirements (products including charity entries and advertising packages) across the London Marathon Events portfolio. This role supports the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the charities team systems and processes to ensure our team can work efficiently, maximise the use of our CRM to support sales and charity customers communications, and give our charity partners a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the charities advertising asset management process, working with internal teams to confirm timelines, roles and responsibilities and ensure tools and workflows are used efficiently to deliver partners benefits on time and on budget.
- Support with registration platform system testing, feedback, management and development.
- Deliver charity entries and advertising sales product set-up, testing and roll-out in Dynamics.
- Support in improving processes for all systems used by the Charities team.
- Represent the Charities team as a subject specialist on business improvement project groups supporting to scope and test our team’s requirements.
- Utilise Dynamics, our CRM to analyse buying patterns and sales to provide the sales team with deeper customer and products insights to help identify opportunities to strengthen charity relationships or product offerings.
- Working closely with the Dynamics team to optimise the use of our CRM for charity customers, including segmentation and targeting, sales performance reporting.
- Support the Senior Client Services Manager with the relationship management of our partners (Enthuse, Let’s Do This), reviewing performance to spot opportunities or trouble shoot challenges.
- Contribute to data selection procedures and technical solutions to import data, identifying opportunities for improvement.

About you
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a range of audiences. The ideal candidate will be a confident user of Microsoft Office 365, with advanced skills that support efficient and high-quality work.
Experience in undertaking data selections for targeted marketing mailings is essential, along with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects from start to finish. You’ll need excellent organisational skills, coupled with strong analytical thinking, time management, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an Individual Giving Manager for a 10 month maternity cover role starting from September 2025 until July 2026, to take responsibility for the operational planning and delivery of public fundraising programmes in line with agreed strategic fundraising goals, to grow individual giving income and the number of individual supporters.
This is a hybrid role with two days a week in the London office.

The Role
Oversee and manage the implementation of a developing and ambitious individual giving programme that seeks to engage more arts lovers, recruits new donors (including regular givers), and retains and develops existing supporters.
Manage direct reports and teams responsible for individual/regular/in memory giving, community fundraising, supporter engagement, and trading income, promoting a culture of collaboration.
Maximise the use of digital engagement and fundraising opportunities to test concepts & messaging.
Report on appeals, campaigns, supporter journeys and other individual giving plans to provide insight on which plans can be optimised to deliver the best results.
The Candidate
Strong experience of delivering fundraising work plans to achieve against set income targets across all areas of responsibility (i.e., public donations, member schemes, community fundraising).
Significant experience of effective line-management and of managing fundraising teams.
Experience of donor audiences, supporter journeys and fundraising programme insight to take an audience-led approach to delivering fundraising campaigns.
Experience of digital and direct marketing strategy to improve engagement and deliver income targets.
