Phab Nottingham provides activities and days out for children with disabilities. This is an opportunity to help improve the lives of our members, help them develop skills and friendships, and through your leadership role ensure that the charity continues to support hundreds of young people in the years to come.
The charity organises day trips and weekend residentials, supporting c.100 young people per year, and providing respite for their parents / carers.

Orchards is a Christian charity (CIO: 1179459) working in partnership with local churches across the UK to see women free from sexual exploitation and empowered for flourishing, independent lives. We build trusting relationships with women and support them for lasting recovery through our main areas: 1) transitional safe housing; 2) trauma counselling; 3) training and work opportunities for job and life skills. We are grounded in specially trained churches, who we partner with and train to become communities where a woman, if she chooses, can rebuild belonging, receive befriending support, and explore the Christian faith for herself.We launched in 2018 with one woman and one flat. Since then, we have had the privilege of setting up three safe properties embedded in a network of churches in South London and have launched a national counselling service (face to face and online). We have recently opened a new counselling hub in East London and are now preparing to open a new housing hub in East Sussex and through local church partners in those areas.
Orchards Trustees serve the board with a passion to see women free from sexual exploitation, bringing their relevant career experience and skills and prayerfulness. At present the Trustees have members from a variety of professional backgrounds; including a former CEO of an anti-trafficking NGO, an accountant, HR specialist, church leader and communications consultant. They represent a range of church denominations and church networks.
Two of our Trustees are reaching the end of their tenure this summer and we are seeking new Trustees to strengthen the Board and help position us for sustainable growth in the coming years. We are particularly looking for Trustees with experience in the following areas:
- Safeguarding
- Church leader or church network leader
- Social housing.

Position Overview:
The Spiritual Arts Foundation is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Charity Administrator / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of charity law and regulations in the UK, along with extensive practical experience in setting up charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs), and Companies Limited by Guarantee (CLGs). Responsibilities:
You will be required to:
- Provide expert guidance and support in the setup and registration of charities, CICs, and CLGs, ensuring compliance with relevant UK legislation and regulatory requirements.

We are seeking experienced complemnetary therapists, preferably trained massage therapists, to join our team of volunteers offering therapies to our clients affected by cancer here at our Centre in Isleworth, at other agreed local community venues in Richmond or Hounslow, or ad-hoc at local community events. We are particularly keen to recruit massage therapists but we will also consider applications from therapists for reflexology, EFT, acupuncture, shiatsu and reiki.

Our focus is on teaching and learning life skills so those we work with self-identify as PiP students. Ranging in age from 18 to 92, our average student is around 34 years old.
PiP students have a range of learning disabilities including Down's Syndrome, Fragile X, Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), dual diagnosis with mental health problems and/or physical health conditions such as Diabetes and Epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities:

The Lambeth Baylis Trustee provides a unique opportunity for a young person to discover how a Board of Trustees in an arts organisation works. Across the UK, less than 1.2% of Trustees are under 30 and 0.5% are aged 18–24.
The role aims to provide a specific youth viewpoint in relation to The Old Vic’s activities and strategy.
What is a Board of Trustees?
A Board of Trustees offers guidance and expertise to senior management. At The Old Vic, this means the Artistic Director, Executive Director and the Senior Leadership & Management Teams.
What is the time commitment?
Board meetings, of which you would be expected to attend at least three during your year, are normally held four times a year. In addition, you would be invited to attend theatre performances and fundraising events and have informal meetings with relevant members of the Management team. Attendance at these events is a key part of the role, particularly if you are to get the most out of the experience. Board memberships are voluntary, unpaid positions, however for the Lambeth Baylis Trustee, expenses will be covered.

The Lambeth Baylis Trustee will undergo an onboarding programme to learn about the theatre and the work we do, as well as sessions to understand how a Board works before the first Board meeting.
The Lambeth Baylis Trustee will be appointed a “buddy” (Euan Borland, Education and Community Director), have opportunities to attend Old Vic events, shadow members of The Old Vic Management team and undergo any relevant training throughout the programme.

We are looking for 2 experienced social media and communications volunteers who are able to develop posts and campaigns from design to inception, create fresh and engaging content, increase engagement and to increase awareness of the charity and of the condition we represent.
Even though we are a small organisation we have big ideas and would like to draw on your experience in the communications world to help the charity deliver engaging content and communications to help us spread our aims and message to all our audience.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Help increase engagement, improve the number of followers/likes, create & execute a content calendar
- Produce fresh, branded and engaging content for our social media channels
- Prepare graphics and text for sharing across channels
- Engage with our followers and encourage interaction
- Manage and maintain social media channels on a regular basis
- Support charity campaigns, marketing, events and fundraising activities by promoting them on our social media feeds

- Building strategies to increase social media following and /or build fundraising or awareness campaigns
- Developing a coherent brand voice for social media, from content creation to community interactions
