Camphill Village Trust is seeking a new Individual Giving Executive and Prospectus is excited to be heading up the search. Release Counselling and Therapy for Women was set up in Brighton and Hove in January 2013, and registered as a UK charity in 2020, to provide affordable counselling and other forms of support for women across Sussex experiencing mental health distress. We specialise in maternal mental health, supporIng mothers and their babies during the perinatal period, a key Ime of transiIon in a women’s life in which many experience vulnerable mental health. As part of this, we aim to increase inclusion, reaching women often excluded from counselling and other mental health support due to cost.

Main Purpose and scope of role
1.Leadership
Provide leadership for the charity and its staff by -
- Ensure the values of the charity are embedded through the organisation fostering a positive work culture that promotes collaboration, professional development and staff well-being.
- Build and maintain key partnerships to enhance the charity’s impact and reach within the community. Including, represenIng the charity to third parIes such as, funders, the public, other sector agencies, and statutory bodies.
2.Governance & Compliance
- Work closely with the board of trustees to ensure the charity adheres to the highest levels of governance including all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the board of trustees are well informed of the work of the charity, providing them with all the information they require in order to exercise their fiduciary duIes and in accordance with their legal requirements.
- Ensure the organisaIon’s policies and pracIces are kept up to date and adhered to, including and ensuring effective risk management.
3.Strategy
- Work with the board of trustees to develop the strategic direcIon for the charity in line with the charity’s mission and objectives.
- Implement the strategic plans and communicate this internally and externally as appropriate.
- Keep abreast of sector developments, closely monitoring opportuniIes and threats, and taking acIon accordingly.
4.Operations
- Ensure the charity is resourced to meet the objecIves of the strategic plans.
- Lead fundraising activities for the organisation, including income generaIon, monitoring and evaluation securing diverse income from government grants, foundations, corporate sponsors and individual donors.
- Manage the financial performance of the charity, including setting budgets and providing financial reporting to the board of trustees.
- Develop effective controls, incorporating finance, data management, safeguarding, equalities, and monitoring systems.
- HR oversight.
5.Service delivery
- Manage the successful delivery of the charity’s work in line with its contractual obligations.
- Manage and upskill a team of staff, ensuring they are fully skilled and able to deliver effectively for the organisation.
- Ensuring all service delivery is impact driven and of the highest quality.
6.Communications and PR
- Manage all internal and external communicaIons for the charity.
- Act as a spokesperson and first point of contact for all press and media enquiries.
- Represent the charity at public events and conferences as opportunities present themselves.
7.Safeguarding
- To work alongside the Designated Trustee Lead for Safeguarding in creating a culture of high safeguarding standards throughout the organisation.
- To ensure that the statutory obligaIons with regards to safeguarding are met and any safeguarding issues arising are dealt with in an appropriate manner.

About the role
The St Pancras Community Association (SPCA) is a charity delivering high quality services for Camden residents, especially the lively and diverse community of the St Pancras and Somers Town ward. Keychange is a Christian Charity working in elderly social care and homeless communities. Keychange provides care, support, development, and well-being services across nine sites in England, consisting of seven residential Care Homes for older people and two Housing Communities for young people, with an additional housing site in development. The Director of Strategic Partnerships reports to the CEO and is a part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) along with the Director of Finance, the Director of Operations and Facilities Business Manager. We are hiring for a talented Individual Giving Executive (Retention) to join our Committed Giving Team. The role reports into the Senior Individual Manager (Retention) and is responsible for the day-to-day support in delivering a variety of donor centric retention programmes for regular givers and weekly lottery players that aim to reduce attrition and ultimately maximise donor lifetime value.
About You
We’re looking for:
- A creative and self-motivated individual.
- Previous project management experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience writing campaign briefs (creative and data).
- The ability to build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Previous experience with regular giving programmes (cash, direct debit, weekly lottery products) would be beneficial for this role but it is not essential.
About the Team
The Committed Giving Team is a high achieving, fast-paced team responsible for the acquisition and retention of committed/ regular donors. The team work across 3 key areas; Acquisition, Direct Dialogue Acquisition (Face to Face channels), and stewardship,. The team work closely together with the shared aim of delivering exceptional supporter experience and raising the reliable income the hospital needs to help provide extraordinary care for seriously ill children and their families.

As a Challenge Events Executive you will:
- be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of all challenge events within your portfolio – delivering marketing plans that drive participant numbers, and stewardship journeys that provide excellent supporter experiences and maximise income.
- Keep abreast of developments in the challenge events market, spotting opportunities and making recommendations on how to grow and diversify the programme.
In order to be successful, you must have experienced :
Experience of challenge events fundraising
Experience of coordinating fundraising events or campaigns
Experience of using a relationship database to support, inform and report on fundraising activity
Excellent communication skills - in writing, face-to-face and over the phone
Salary: £30,000 - £33,500 per annum

This is an exciting 2 day a week role to be part of the growing Newham District Foodbank and Ascension’s Advice Service. On 9th June 2021 Ascension’s foodbank officially became part of the Trussell Trust network. We were named Newham District Foodbank, because our plan is to expand to more than one distribution centre to ensure that people across the whole of Newham are well supported. As part of the strategy, we have already secured funding to have debt and benefit advisors supporting each new distribution centre.
In this role you will manage the poverty response work of Ascension Community Trust, including its foodbank. You will provide high level strategic work, including liaising with donors, referral partners and other local foodbanks and support new partners into Newham District Foodbank. Your role will include fundraising for and reporting on the work of Newham District Foodbank, including local partnership funding. You will be involved in the recruitment, management and development of staff and volunteers.
