Iswe is a social impact foundation dedicated to finding ways to put people at the heart of social and political decision-making to solve some of society’s greatest challenges. 

We are seeking a proactive, organised and values-driven Project Coordinator to support the delivery of the Global Citizens’ Assembly. • Assist the Delivery Manager to develop a delivery plan, workflows, and risk management strategies.

• Lead the implementation of the delivery plan with the supportive oversight of the Delivery Manager and Programme Director.

• Ensure accessibility, inclusion, safeguarding, translation and wellbeing protocols are implemented in practice.

• Coordinate the execution of Civic Assembly sessions, including the scheduling (and possibly hosting) of plenary videocalls, ensure all personnel have access to the videocall links and resources they require to participate.

Coordination and support of global delivery personnel

• Support Regional Leads by monitoring recruitment of Facilitators and Notetakers, helping fill any shortfalls ahead of the Civic Assembly.

• Liaise between the Process Team and delivery personnel (Facilitators, Notetakers, Editors), including scheduling and coordinating training.

• Coordinate Facilitators: Distribute materials, manage schedules and substitutions, and maintain regular communications for logistical updates and motivation.

• Coordinate Notetakers: Convene regular team meetings, maintain ongoing communications, manage schedules and substitutions (occasionally stepping in as a Notetaker), and organise outputs for Editors.

• Provide ongoing logistical support to Facilitators and Notetakers throughout the Assembly.

• Act as a primary point of contact for Regional Leads, ensuring their work is well-supported.
   

Assembly participant support & engagement

• Support Regional Leads in assessing and addressing the inclusion needs of Community Hosts and Assembly Members, including arranging internet connectivity where required.

• Oversee and adapt participation processes to ensure diversity, accessibility, and wellbeing.

• Coordinate the distribution of materials and resources to Assembly Members via Regional Leads and Community Hosts.

• Monitor and respond to emerging needs within the mini‑public infrastructure, including technical support and pastoral care as necessary.

Research & evaluation coordination

• Support the Research & Evaluation Lead in implementing the project’s research framework and evaluation plan.

We have an exciting opportunity within our Communications Team on a part time basis for a Media and Communications Officer.   This post is for a one-year fixed term contract.

 The Down’s Syndrome Association is the only organisation in England, Wales and Northern Ireland focusing solely on all aspects of living successfully with Down’s syndrome. The Down’s Syndrome Association aims to create the conditions that all people with Down’s syndrome need to live full and rewarding lives.

The successful candidate will cover the whole spectrum of duties in relation to media and communication areas and needs to be able to think strategically and work operationally. You will lead the development of our media strategy, build and maintain a strong media contracts database and nurture relations both online and across other offline platforms.  Your work will amplify the voices of people who have Down’s syndrome and help shape public understanding through inclusive and impactful storytelling.

We are looking for candidates with at least three years proven experience in either media relations, journalism or communications.  An understanding of the key ingredients of success in developing relationships with local and national media engagement, as well as managing performance in line with budgets are also essential.

A valid UK driver’s licence is essential, as well as a willingness to be flexible about hours and location of work as there may be some occasional travel in UK with overnight stays as required. The post-holder will also be DBS checked.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Policy and Strategic Communication.  (The full-time equivalent salary for this role is £30,000 pa)

We’re looking for a creative and proactive marketing and communications professional to join BSR.  The post-holder will support the planning and implementation of marketing and digital campaigns for a wide range of BSR projects, connecting us with our community. Managed by the Marketing and Communications Manager, the role is responsible for planning and building powerful marketing emails and newsletters in Dotdigital, creating digital assets, running social media content, running paid campaigns, and providing performance reports and insights. The role also includes updating website content, advising on SEO and user experience, and using analytics to support data-driven decision-making. We are scaling rapidly — building our membership base, global reach, and digital fundraising channels — and we’re investing in the infrastructure to support that growth.

As part of this journey, we are launching a major CRM transformation project to unify our supporter data, power our fundraising, and deepen relationships with our global supporter community.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Communications (MarrComm) team to deliver clean, actionable data for emergency appeals, regular giving campaigns, petitions, and legacy fundraising. Your work will directly help fund frontline rescue operations around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce CRM and ensure smooth migration from legacy systems

• Build and manage data automations using Zapier or similar no-code automation platforms, connecting platforms such as MailerLite, FundraiseUp, Meta Lead Ads, and Stripe

• Ensure all supporter data is accurate, deduplicated, well-tagged, and GDPR-compliant
