You will deliver multi-channel campaigns across TV, digital, direct mail, email and events to raise awareness of gifts in wills, generate legacy enquirers and create inspiring journeys to nurture and engage legacy and in memory supporters.

In this role, you will plan, manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across the marketing funnel, as well as work with the Legacy and In Memory Marketing Officer to deliver exceptional stewardship, through personal communications and events, to our committed supporters.

• Be responsible for using data, analysis and insight to innovate and maximise both existing campaigns and seek to test new audiences and channels that meet specific objectives within the LIM Team plans

Standard working hours are 36.5 hours a week 9.30am until 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and from 9.30am until 4.00pm on Friday, including a paid lunch break of one hour.

We have embraced the benefits of working from home and at the same time, we value the contribution of face-to-face contact in building teamwork, collaborating with your colleagues, exchanging ideas and know-how, and for work efficiency. We therefore operate a hybrid working policy, where staff can work from home if they wish, however everyone is required to work in the office a minimum of 1 to 2 days a week with Tuesdays as the core day for regular whole team meetings.

Recruitment Process

We hope to meet initially with as many candidates as possible, however where demand is unusually high, we may not be able to meet everyone.

If your skills and experience are relevant to the role, you will likely meet with a member of the HR Team to talk through any questions you may have, and for us to find out a bit more about you.

You will then be asked to submit a technical task, for review by the panel prior to selecting the shortlisted candidates for interview, further details will be provided in the initial conversation.

Once the advertising has closed, we will invite the shortlisted candidates to a formal in-person interview on the 15th July 2025, with the view to appointing the Junior Salesforce Administrator as soon as possible after that.  The successful candidate will ideally start in September 2025.

We’re a thriving advice organisation that is part of the national Citizens Advice network. Our services are delivered by a team of around 40 paid staff and 60 volunteers. We have a typical annual turnover of £2 million and in addition to our core advice service, funded by Wandsworth Council, we have a range of projects funded by trusts, foundations and our local Integrated Care System.

While we’re proud of the number of residents we support, we know that we can’t meet demand for advice and that marginalised communities don’t always come to established organisations for support. Why we need you

We’re looking for two Financial Resilience Navigators to join us as we set up an innovative pilot project funded by Wandsworth Council. These roles involve providing holistic support to vulnerable households in order to improve their longer-term financial resilience and avoid the need to access crisis support.  They involve giving generalist advice but their focus is acting as an advocate with a broad remit to facilitate access to and engagement with other services. Because of this, we’re open to applications from people with a background in social care, community-based support or similar.

We still want to hear from you if you don’t meet all the criteria in the person specifications – we’re happy to help you develop, learn and grow. Following interviews, we may be able to offer less experienced candidates development roles instead.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Join the Harris Federation as a Primary Operations Manager and lead on statutory compliance across a group of primary academies. This is a key role ensuring excellence in areas such as health & safety, GDPR, safer recruitment, asset management, and funding compliance.

You’ll support and develop academy staff, drive operational improvements, and work closely with central teams to uphold the highest standards. This role is ideal for a proactive, organised leader with a passion for education and operational excellence.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that all academies achieve and maintain full compliance when claiming free school meals (FSM) funding
• Ensuring that each academy has the correct time-based evidence related to each free school meal claim
• Developing academy staff to ensure that each academy has sustainable processes and systems regarding FSM claims
• Leading with the central finance team any independent audit on FSM by any external agencies and to ensure that process and procedures are EFA compliant
• Ensuring and approving that each academy has recorded FSM and PP correctly on their termly census return and have the evidence to support the numbers claimed
• Being the lead across the primary academies on any new statutory developments and ensure that schools fully implement any new guidance
