The Royal College of Pathologists is a professional membership organisation with charitable status concerned with all matters relating to the science and practice of pathology. It is a body of its Fellows, Diplomates, Affiliates and trainees, supported by the staff who are based at the College's London offices.
The College is a charity with over 13000 members worldwide. The majority of members are doctors and scientists working in hospitals and universities in the UK.
The College oversees the training of pathologists and scientists working in 17 different specialties, which include cellular pathology, haematology, clinical biochemistry and medical microbiology.
Although some pathologists work in laboratories, many work directly with patients in hospitals and the community. Together, they are involved in the majority of all diagnoses and play an important role in disease prevention, treatment, and monitoring. About the Role
We're hiring a Night Support Mentor to join our team based in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea . The service supports long term street homelessness and have faced significant challenges including with their mental health, substance use, and alcohol dependency, and struggled to sustain engagement with support services. That's why they're here, to make a change and gain the support they need to enable greater independence and recovery.
In this role, you will identify individual resident needs, and provide person centred, tailored support to residents to help them overcome their personal challenges and achieve their goals. You will do this through a combination of producing tailored support plans, activities, and partnership working. You will play a crucial role in continuing the high quality support which is provided during the day, ensuring a safe, respectful, and responsive environment for residents. You will be expected to remain awake, alert, accessible, and actively engaged throughout the shift. There is a focus on welfare checks, providing resident support, and completing administration tasks, ensuring clear handovers are prepared for the day staff and managers.
You will support us continue to work in a trauma informed way, and create a psychologically informed environment, which supports us in creating a safe, respectful, and responsive environment which puts our people and communities at the forefront. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support residents who may be facing challenges through tailored one to one sessions, group sessions, in and out of service activities, and general wellbeing check ins.
- Supporting with the creation of tailored support plans in collaboration with the day team and resident.
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing, carrying out regular welfare checks, and responding to any incidents or emergencies.
- Complete all routine night duties and any tasks handed over by the day shift or service manager. Prepare regular handovers for the day staff.
- Planning activities to engage residents with other people, communities, and opportunities during the evening which may include movie nights and games nights.
- Be a valued and reliable member of the team, completing handovers for day colleagues for a seamless service.
About You

Our residents are at the forefront of our service delivery, so building trusting and professional relationships is key. You’ll be adaptable, proactive, and confident using your initiative to resolve challenges, and keep the night service running smoothly. Teamwork is essential and having previous knowledge of the needs our residents may have. Each support plan is tailored to the individual, so you'll help deliver care that truly meets their needs. . A self motivated individual who can stay engaged during the shift, able to be proactive in managing your own time during busy or quiet periods to ensure productivity. You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and will have alignment with our SIG values.

Empowering independence through trauma-informed solutions and dynamic partnerships that keep people out of prison, out of hospital and off the streets
We are seeking a sessional worker with experience of facilitating groups to lead weekly psychoeducational sessions on Wednesdays from April 1 through June 17 from 6.45pm to 7.30pm. We will be one of ten local Minds participating in a 12-week rollout of Bat & Chat, a new and innovative programme funded by National Mind that aims to enhance mental health through guided psychoeducation and cricket-based activities.
Based at the Oval Cricket Ground, each weekly session will consist of 45 minutes of progressive cricket skill development with professional coaches, a 30-minute break, then 45 minutes of structured psychoeducational group work with the facilitator, who will be required to be present from 6.15-7.30pm.
The successful candidate must be available to run all 12 sessions and as part of the role will receive a comprehensive handbook that includes session structures with scope to adapt, facilitation tips, themes, and prompt questions. They will also be required to collect and input session attendance and outcomes into a database, for which training will be given during working hours.
The programme will:
- Run weekly for 12 weeks from 1st April to 17th June 2026
- Support up to 12 group participants
- Be open to all genders, but previous cohorts have mainly consisted of men, and we expect this to be the case here, given our partnership with cricket clubs and our outreach strategy
- Sessions to take place at The Oval Cricket Ground

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Mental Health Client Assessment Coordinator The post-holder will be responsible for delivering a 10 week, 1:1 personal training programme to clients with severe mental health illnesses (SMI) which can include: Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Severe Clinical Depression. Your role will be responsible for attending initial and final assessment meetings either side of the 10 week programme for each client assigned to them as part of the Active Wellbeing programme.
The Health and Wellbeing Team are a passionate group of health professionals who empower people to make lasting changes to their health and wellbeing and improve their quality of life. We put the person at the centre of everything we do, building innovative initiatives that tackle barriers to improving health. We are experts at reducing health inequalities, real or perceived, and creating lasting changes.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a weekly physical activity session for each client considering safety and progression with each of the 10 sessions.
- Engage in all client assessments prior to and beyond their 10-week programme
- Active engagement and design of goals and individualised exercise plans for each client
- Monitor clients exercise intensity, type, and ability to ensure clients are exercising safely.
- Monitoring clients mental wellbeing during sessions to ensure safety and communicating any concerns to the line manager.
- Responsible for arranging weekly sessions with clients.
- High level of communication between instructor and client to confirm session times and locations.
- High level of communication between instructor and line manager to report any concerns with a clients mental and physical wellbeing during sessions.
- Provide motivation and encouragement for clients to engage in sessions and stay engaged in their programme.
- Responsible for the setup of equipment for outdoor or online sessions.
- Responsible with checking in and out of sessions with the admin team to ensure safety of both instructor and client.
- Responsible for checking the safety of equipment. If equipment is faulty and needs to be replaced, responsible for communicating this with the Active Wellbeing programme coordinator.
- Responsible for administering first aid in the event of an accident and ensuring that safety requirements are met in all areas.
The successful candidate will have
- Level 3 qualified personal training certification (essential)
- Class based instructing qualifications (essential)
- At least 2 years' experience in a role that involves delivering face-to-face personal training physical activity support
- Experience working in a mental health setting and/or long term health conditions (essential)
- Experience working with vulnerable groups (desirable)
- Mental health first aid, suicide prevention or mental health awareness qualification (desirable) or willingness to undertake training (essential)

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
The Individual Giving and Legacy Manager will report into the Head of Public Fundraising and sits within the wider CoppaFeel! Fundraising Team. In this pivotal role you will leverage your individual giving digital skills, knowledge and passion to drive our fundraising efforts to new heights. Your innovative approach and data-led mindset will grow our income and supporter base, and ensure we’re on track for our mission to educate and empower young people of early detection of breast cancer.
You will need to have experience in both acquisition and retention programmes particularly in paid digital, new product development and developing multi-channel supporter journeys. You will be a great project manager, be confident in managing budgets across multiple income streams and using data to make evidence-based decisions. You will also have excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months and a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

THE ROLE
This new Programmes & Operations Coordinator role will act as the central operational lead for day-to-day delivery.
You’ll take ownership of systems, operations, volunteer coordination, and delivery logistics, while working closely with the Founder across areas such as community activity, growth planning, partnerships, and fundraising.

For 50 years, Kidney Care UK has been at the forefront of supporting people with kidney disease. From our early days when we campaigned to introduce donor cards in the UK, we have worked hard to support and represent the interests of everyone affected by this lifelong condition. Our ‘Priced Out of Existence’ campaign was shown on the BBC 6 o’clock and 10 o’clock News and referenced by media across the UK. Our #BloodyAmazingKidneys campaign has reached more than 6 million people and 294,000 of those have taken our digital kidney health checker.
We’re building partnerships with leading companies across the UK, raising the profile of kidney disease and working with them to make sure that their customer service teams understand the needs of kidney patients throughout the country, working with them to make sure that kidney patients are top priority for their vulnerable customer teams. We’re working with global pharmaceutical companies developing world class patient information and advice. And we want to identify more companies in different sectors who are passionate about supporting people with kidney disease, which is why we are expanding our Corporate Partnerships team.
The charity is set to build on this success and aims to continue this growth, so that we can reach more kidney patients and their families, providing critical support at a time when it is needed now more than ever.
About the role
The Corporate Partnerships Officer will play a key role in this growth, managing and securing new corporate partnerships with support from the Corporate Partnerships Manager. Our corporate partnership income has grown from zero in 2020 to c£2.3 million in 2025. It is a very exciting time to be joining the charity and our Fundraising team.
Primarily, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of corporate partnerships, growing strong relationships, delivering partnership activities, and proactively securing new corporate partnerships, including charity of the year relationships. You'll further support the Corporate Partnership Manager and Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications as needed with key activities within larger partnerships, developing a well rounded understanding of how Kidney Care UK works in partnership.
You will also work closely with the Events, Marketing & Communications teams to promote and support all opportunities to drive corporate income growth ensuring strong collaboration.
Key duties will include;
- Managing relationships with key contacts,
- Delivering partnership activities such as renal unit visits or training presentations to key staff,
- Delivering informative annual reports,
- Proactively secure and onboard new partnerships within your target area.
You will do this by stewarding the significant number of existing relationships and partnerships we already hold and maximising any opportunities that exist. Alongside this, you'll be working with the Corporate Partnership Manager to manage a personal goal of generating new partnerships through proactive engagement to and through our supporters, beneficiaries, networks, and contacts.
The right candidate will have a proven record of building strong and rewarding relationships, and confidence in managing and building these relationships autonomously. You will be a driven and enthusiastic fundraiser with experience of cultivating new relationships across a range of businesses and sectors and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.

There when it matters
About the role:
The prospect research and pipeline management role will support high value fundraising across the Corporate, Trust and Community or Regional fundraising teams through prospect research, network mapping, lead qualification, and due diligence checks. This role will also manage the pipeline management process on our CRM ensuring the teams have access to dashboards tracking their donors across the stages of solicitation and be able to provide insight reports into how well we are moving prospects through the pipelines. This role will also be required to develop processes and ensure we are working within data protection and fundraising regulations and that our due diligence is tracked and auditable.
About you:
• Educated to degree level or with equivalent relevant work experience
• Familiarity with prospect research tools and the ability to identify and recommend the best tools to support our work using the budget as cost effectively as possible.
• Thorough working knowledge of GDPR as it relates to major donor fundraising and the Fundraising codes to practise.
• Experience of undertaking due diligence checks on prospective donors and of setting up and implementing policies and processes to ensure and demonstrate adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build supportive and collaborative relationships with colleagues both across fundraising and the organisation including the ability to chair meetings and present data and insight.

Essential Criteria
