We are seeking a Fundraising Manager (Grants & Trusts) to maximise income for Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust’s work from all large funding opportunities.
This person would be responsible for leading on and developing major grant and trust funder relationships, working closely with internal teams on developing these projects further, maintaining a healthy pipeline and undertaking reporting and claims.
Work closely with the Philanthropy Coordinator to ensure that records are kept up to date and that any individuals that fit multiple categories are identified and stewarded suitably. Collaborate with the Supporter Development Manager and wider Fundraising and Engagement team on joint team initiatives and projects.
Key responsibility include: Lead on identifying opportunities for and developing high-quality applications and proposals to secure funding from charitable trusts and grant funders such as statutory and lottery funders. Lead the development of activity plans to achieve income targets and be responsible for liaising with project staff on applications, reports and claims. Lead on identifying prospective major grant funders and developing a portfolio of established trusts and grant-making bodies, devise a schedule of approaches and carry out submissions. Work closely with project teams to proactively develop projects and the project pipeline in response to and in anticipation of the funding opportunities that are in line with delivering the organisational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Coaching
- Manage the Member and Supporter Experience Officers, providing the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent supporter service through tailored training and coaching.
- Lead regular check-ins and team huddles to review progress, share updates, and address any challenges or blockers.
- Support the monitoring of quality and productivity using satisfaction ratings, and performance measures. Take remedying actions, such as further training or support.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop deep insight into at least one portfolio and mission, to enable you to implement effective communications plans for your mission and portfolio, aligned to the corporate plan, and the Fund’s customer journey, including supporting Strategic Communications Leads to build and manage matrix teams
- Provide communications support to portfolio and mission leads, including creating messaging, narrative and content, social and brand assets, working closely with colleagues in the wider team to deliver effective and impactful communications activities
- Build relationships with journalists and lead on devolved media relations activities in your country, working closely with colleagues in the media team to deliver integrated activities, monitoring media and advising on opportunities and risks. Role purpose
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Head Fundraiser to lead efforts in securing financial support to continue our vital humanitarian work. Job Purpose
We are looking for a Neonatal Lead to join the Wakefield and Kirklees and Calderdale Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnerships (MNVP).
Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnerships are a team of people working together to improve maternity and neonatal care for local people. They hold responsibility to act as multi-disciplinary working groups with the primary function of embedding the service user experience as a method for review and co-design of maternity services.
The groups are made up of an MNVP Lead, lay roles, women and their families, healthcare professionals such as midwives, health visitors, GP’s, local commissioners, charities, and community groups.
The Neonatal Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring that the experiences and needs of families with lived experience of neonatal care are central to the development and improvement of local maternity and neonatal services across Wakefield, Kirklees, and Calderdale.
This role would suit a person who is passionate about developing neonatal care and engaging with families across Wakefield, Kirklees, and Calderdale.
The role requires some flexibility in terms of time, but we also recognise and accommodate, where possible, the other commitments you may have, including work, parenting, and other caring commitments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Neonatal Lead will be an advocate for the service user’s voice, ensuring it is heard and considered in the planning, review, and improvement of neonatal services.
They will actively engage with families with lived experience of neonatal care, to gather feedback and understand their experiences.
They will build strong relationships with providers, commissioners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the service user voice is heard and influences decisions.
They will work to identify areas where services can be improved and advocate for changes that will enhance the quality of care for neonatal service users.
They will work closely with the Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership Leads, share engagement information with the MNVP Leads in order to support them feeding in to local and national meetings and events, in order to share the service user voice and provide independent scrutiny.
Key responsibilities
· Be one of the points of contact for neonatal enquiries to the MNVPs.
· Lead on engagement with families with lived experience of neonatal care.
· Work closely with the Wakefield and Kirklees and Calderdale MNVP Leads, for example sharing engagement data so that this can be fed into local and regional strategic meetings.
· Input as required to MNVP social media.
· Work in collaboration with the Yorkshire and Humber Neonatal Operational Delivery Network (ODN), as part of the Co-Production Meeting.
· Organise at least three community based listening events per year, one in each locality – Wakefield, Kirklees, and Calderdale.
· Attend already established neonatal community groups in order to gain knowledge and insight into the experiences of those attending.

Prostate Cancer Research exists to honour the men and families who have been through things no family should have to go through, and to work for a future where no one needs to fear a prostate cancer diagnosis.
We are always working to provide resources to help, support and empower patients. Giving them the information they need to make better choices about their treatment, while working to identify and target specific unmet needs in the prostate cancer ecosystem, such as racial inequality and bone metastasis.

It’s been a successful few years for PCR’s Events team with good results across the portfolio, raising over £1.4m (against a target of £800k) in 2023-24 and more than £2.3m in 2024-25 (against a target of £1.7m). The team structure has recently been refreshed, bringing in new roles to ease capacity and ensure the whole team can do their best work – contributing to PCR’s lifesaving mission, developing in their careers and enjoying their jobs within our ambitious and supportive team.
This role is a new position within the structure, created to focus on our growing third-party events portfolio, an area which is performing well across the sector and deserves more attention. It is an important role which will oversee the innovation, planning and delivery of all third-party events, whilst taking a leading role on wider infrastructure development for the team.
You will work with colleagues across the organisation to seize opportunities, whilst ensuring best practice in our fundraising activity and the delivery of brilliant stewardship during supporters’ participation in third-party events & beyond.
The position reports to the Head of Events & Community and will supervise the work of two Events & Community Executives on relevant projects. Collaboration will be important, including with the other Events team managers who each lead the innovation, planning & delivery of (a) virtual challenge events, and (b) PCR-owned bespoke events.

Strategy, project management and income growth
