About Us 
Gulab Sorkh Foundation (GSF) is an independent charity supporting former members of the Afghan security forces and their families, who have come to the UK under the Government’s Afghan Relocation and Assistance Policy (ARAP). Our mission is to help these individuals rebuild their lives, access support, and integrate fully into British society. 

We have recently been awarded new funding under the Communities for Afghans (CfA) Phase 2 programme. This funding allows us to expand our work supporting Afghan families through Sponsor Groups, which is why we are growing our team to ensure we can provide high-quality support to all participants. 

About the Role 
You will manage all financial aspects of the CfA programme, including budgets, payments, grant compliance, and financial reporting. You will work closely with Sponsor Groups to process payments, provide guidance on grant rules, and ensure all financial activity follows strict compliance and fraud control procedures. 

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, trustworthy, and experienced in managing grant-funded programmes.

The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for building and growing the organisation’s individual giving programme from the ground up. This role will deliver engaging digital and traditional fundraising campaigns, design impactful supporter journeys, and strengthen donor stewardship to drive long-term value. Working closely with colleagues the postholder will develop campaigns such as seasonal appeals which contribute towards the organisation’s ambitious growth strategy.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in individual giving and charity fundraising, with a track record of delivering multichannel campaigns and securing income growth. Solid digital fundraising skills are essential, including experience with platforms such as Donorfy, Mailchimp, and JustGiving. The role requires compelling copywriting and data analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

This role is a part-time, permanent position (21hrs) with hybrid / flexible working in their Guildhall office, City of London.  The salary for this role is £24,000 to £27,000 which is a full time equivalent of £40,000 to £45,000.

As the Supporter Engagement & Legacy Manager you will play a key role as we seek to reignite our legacy marketing programme and grow overall individual giving income to help ensure long-term support for those facing financial difficulty. You will be responsible for the project management and implementation of all supporter engagement activity, acquisition, and legacy marketing activities, ensuring all activity is optimised and campaigns include enhanced digital and social media content.  

Reporting to the Co-Heads of Supporter Engagement and managing the Supporter Engagement Officer, you will develop a multi-year plan to rebuild legacy income and a pipeline of legacy supporters, including re-engaging the EFH care home staff and major donors.

You will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction, operational plans and effective management of Turn2us’s giving programmes from individuals including appeals, regular giving and legacies, maximising net income from new and existing income streams.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing direct marketing campaigns in a charity environment as well as proven ability to manage successful legacy marketing campaigns. They will have significant experience stewarding individuals and legacy supporters and be adept at communicating the impact of donations, as well as having line management experience. The ability to make a strong case for supporting Turn2us’ key areas of work is crucial, as is an aptitude for proactively increasing acquisition and retention rates.

The post holder will also be a self-starter who is comfortable building new strategies from a relatively small pool of supporters and is experienced testing different tactics to establish the best practice for Turn2us.

Job Overview

As the UK Policy Manager for refugee, asylum and integration issues, you will sit in the UK advocacy team and join the Global Policy and Solutions department. You will be responsible for analysing policy developments in the UK and developing solutions that are high impact. You are a critical thinker with experience of policy development on refugee issues in the UK. You will seek to make the most of IRC’s knowledge across departments and look for new and creative partnerships in the UK. You are clear communicator and can distil the complexity of policy for a range of audiences. 

Major Responsibilities:

•  Solutions Strategy: Support UK strategy development on refugee protection and integration, working closely with the UK Advocacy team and other internal collaborators, and support relationships with external policymakers and key opinion formers.

•  Analysis and Solution generation: Work with internal and external partners (esp. programmatic teams) to understand the biggest challenges facing IRC's clients in the UK and support the team in the creation of a suite of technical and policy and practice solutions.
•  Thought Leadership: Be IRC's authoritative voice on solutions for the most pressing issues facing our clients. Lift other policy voices as appropriate, especially those of our clients and local organisations.

Where relevant, help identify advocacy targets (esp. political appointees, civil servants). Work with Advocacy colleagues to develop and strengthen effective and targeted advocacy plans, strategies and tactics that are as effective as possible, including supporting policy analysis for specific markets.
•  Content and message development: Develop analytical and policy content (reports, briefs, etc.) that can be used across IRC for influence, funding, and profile-building opportunities. Support the maintenance of Advocacy Master Docs and Communication Master Docs on refugee protection and integration in the UK. 
•  Policy Communications: Provide subject matter expertise to communications team to shape communications including op-eds and press releases. This may include acting as lead writer or reviewing existing materials from other departments to provide policy expertise and analysis.
•  Spokesperson: Serve as IRC spokesperson with media and at other external engagements as needed, including relevant conferences and policy events. Represent the IRC at senior and technical meetings with policy stakeholders or advocacy targets, in close coordination with the UK Advocacy team.

Job Requirements:

Work experience:
5-7 years of experience working on refugee protection and integration in the UK. Demonstrated experience in policy analysis and policy strategy and development

Demonstrated skills and competencies:
•  Extensive knowledge of refugee issues in the UK, particularly refugee resettlement, access to asylum, and refugee integration and inclusion.
•  Deep understanding of relevant UK policymaking processes, current debates, and policy frameworks in relation to refugee resettlement, asylum and inclusion. Familiarity with leverage points within the UK government that can be targeted to achieve policy change objectives.

The Role

The TCEN Communications and Commonwealth Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping The Commonwealth Equality Network’s advocacy and communications agenda over the next five years. The postholder will shepherd the development of the Network’s five-year advocacy strategy, ensuring it is participatory, evidence-based, and reflective of member priorities.

They will also be responsible for supporting development and delivery of a coherent campaign and communications strategy for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) 2026 — ensuring that member’s voices are heard, and their impact amplified.

We’re an award-winning charity running local learning centres in the heart of the communities where the young people we support live. Our centres provide a high-impact education programme which includes practical learning support, pastoral care, and motivational and confidence-building activities for young people aged 7-18. Our aim is to enable students from the least advantaged neighbourhoods to realise their ambitions and achieve their wonderful potential.

As the UK’s leading university access organisation, our staff team is helping 60,000 young people each year at its 46 learning centres and extension projects across England and Scotland, and we plan to scale-up our provision to 50 centres over the coming years.

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate to take on the role of Regional Operations Manager for our centres in East London (Bow, East Ham, Hackney Downs and Hackney South).

As a Regional Operations Manager you will line manage the Centre Leaders in your region to ensure that centres are working effectively, that the high quality of programme delivery to young people is maintained across the cluster, and that targets are monitored and met. 

And of course, you will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people and helping them achieve their ambitions.

This is a fixed term, maternity cover role until December 2026. This role can be either full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE) - responsibilities will be adjusted proportionally for part-time candidates.

We are a delivery organisation providing frontline educational services for young people. Our team works in-person 4 days per week (or 3 days for a 0.8 FTE staff member) with 1 day working from home.

My client is a UK health charity embedded in the local community. They work to transform care and patient experience; from small but impactful initiatives through to funding pioneering equipment. Their aim is simple, for patients, staff and families, make the hospital journey the best it can be for all.

Now entering an exciting new chapter, the organisation is transitioning into a fully independent charity. As such they are looking to bring in some interim support to lead on the finance transformation and set up.

Reporting to the Chief Executive key duties will be:

• Establish and lead on all aspects of the charity’s financial management, from budgeting and forecasting, to audit and reporting.
• Design and deliver the monthly management accounts.
• Maintain Sage systems, streamlining processes and developing fit-for-purpose financial policies and procedures.
• Support the charity’s transition from Trust to independence, embedding good governance and control frameworks.

This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and strategic finance professional who enjoys being both hands-on and high-impact. As a qualified Accountant, you will have previous experience of working in the charity sector and be confident in working in this independent, stand alone role.

With a hybrid working model, the successful candidate would be required to work 2 days a week in the Romford office.
