Main purpose of role
Responsible for managing and developing the charity’s social media presence to increase engagement, reach new audiences, and deliver an excellent supporter experience. You’ll lead on community management and content planning, ensuring our channels reflect our values, campaigns, and services.
You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, wider Marketing and Communications team, and teams across the organisation to create integrated social media plans, support live event coverage, and coordinate organic content with paid and email activity.

The Data, Impact and Evaluation Officer will hold and develop our monitoring and evaluation functions, ensuring they reflect the relational nature of our work. Understanding our data, demonstrating our impact, and telling our story in a compelling way are central to our organisation’s strategy going forward. Whether that’s about generating the income to do our work, making sure more people can access our services, or reporting to funders on the social impact of their investment, this role plays a vital part in ensuring our story is well evidenced, well told and widely understood.
This role combines technical ability in data, reporting and evaluation with relational and strategic strengths in collaboration and influence. You’ll work closely with Service Leads, our Fundraising Manager, Wellbeing Support Workers and Volunteers to ensure that data is rigorously collected, recorded, analysed and interrogated. Where you spot gaps in our systems and processes, you’ll lead on designing and implementing solutions.

Key responsibilities
1. Data and systems

Review Likewise’s current data systems and processes and build an understanding of our current strengths, challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Establish and manage user-friendly, intuitive data collection processes that reflect the realities of our frontline work.

Ensure the quality, consistency and completeness of data across services, supporting accurate reporting and insight.

Maintain and develop Likewise’s monitoring and evaluation framework, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and funder requirements.

Lead on the improvement of digital systems (e.g. CRM, data dashboards) to make data easier to use and learn from.

Lead on GDPR and data protection, including overseeing data management and storage practices, coordinating team training and acting as first point of contact for any data protection
2. Analysis and reporting (supporting fundraising and contracts)

Work with the Fundraising and Communications Manager to generate robust evidence and stories for funding bids and reports.

Provide accurate, insightful data to demonstrate need, reach and outcomes for current and prospective funders.

Guts UK is the only charity that covers the digestive system from top to tail, including the gut, the liver and the pancreas. The charity focuses particularly on the conditions that have no other specific charity or voice - conditions that are underserved, such as pancreatitis, diverticular disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), childhood gut and liver disease, and digestive cancers. With their mission being to improve the lives of the millions of people affected by digestive conditions, they are looking for their first Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager to help them reach that goal.
The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high net worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Guts UK, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.
With some fantastic corporate partnerships in place already, there is great potential to build on the existing foundations and leverage those corporate partnerships to secure more ranging from transactional right up to transformational.
The philanthropy function has green shoots to nurture and develop. This is an exciting role for a candidate who wants to grow and shape this income stream, and demonstrate their personal impact on generating income, and providing donors with an incredible supporter experience.
This specialist manager role would suit someone who is already operating at a senior fundraiser or manager level, or someone who can demonstrate experience of developing a corporate and/or major donor pipeline, creating operational plans and delivering income. Guts UK is a small charity with big ambition so a background that includes working within a smaller charity would be helpful for the candidate to have but isn't essential.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Information Governance Officer, with a passion for delivering compliance in an organisation that positively impacts the communities we serve. This new role comes at an exciting time as the Fund is launching its new Digital Strategy. The new strategy will provide opportunities to get involved in some interesting and innovative projects to assist in your development in Information Governance.
In this new role, you will be assisting the Information Governance Manager and Data Protection Officer with day to day task management such as:
- Data breach recording, investigation and resolution,
- First point of contact for processing requests from customers and individuals within statutory timescales,
- Responding to internal data protection queries,
- Management of Information Governance communication channels including SharePoint
- Assisting with projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally have 1 – 2 years’ experience working in an Information Governance role. The role requires the successful candidate to work both independently and as part of the wider Information Governance team, work to internal and regulatory deadlines and be able to respond to data protection queries, escalating issues to the IG Manager when necessary.
We have a hybrid approach to working, however the role can be predominantly home working, with occasional travel to a Fund office. Purpose of the job
We are recruiting an enthusiastic and committed individual to fulfil the combined role of project manager for the Roding Rises project, and catchment partnership co-host for the Roding, Beam and Ingrebourne catchment partnership. The Roding Rises is an ambitious 3-year project funded through The National Lottery Heritage Fund that aims to deliver the following key outcomes:
- Raise the value placed on the river Roding by the local community through a river connection programme of engagement events that will work with urban and rural communities throughout the Roding catchment.
- Raise protection of the river Roding through a citizen science action programme, giving communities and catchment partners the data and knowledge to advocate for the river, and through a masterplan for the lower Roding, which will influence and inform future development.
- Raise the quality of the habitat in and along the river through the delivery of a significant capital river restoration scheme and a catchment grants programme, so the river brings maximum benefits to both people and wildlife.
- Deliver a legacy for the river Roding by integrating the outputs of The Roding Rises with ambitions of the wider catchment partnership and using the project as a springboard for leveraging further catchment-scale restoration work.
The Roding Rises Project Manager will work alongside a multidisciplinary Thames21 team to ensure each element of the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum impact.
Within the role of co-host of the Roding, Beam and Ingrebourne Catchment Partnership, this position will help develop and advance the namesake catchment’s action plan through building the partnership, facilitating knowledge exchange between various partners, and working across the partnership to develop and successfully fundraise for river & catchment improvement projects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of ‘The Roding Rises’ project, ensuring each work programme delivers its required goals on time, within budget and with maximum impact.
- Work with The Roding Rises admin and finance officer to ensure the smooth administration and reporting of the project.
- Develop and oversee the administration of The Roding Rises grants scheme.
- Support the Roding Rises Engagement, Evidence and River Restoration leads with the administration and coordination of their direct areas of work.
- Line manage and oversee the work of the Roding Rises Reporting and Finance Officer.
- Work with Catchment Partners and Thames21 support functions, to identify, scope and develop river and catchment improvement projects which are realistic and fundable, thereby enabling the implementation of the Catchment Partnership’s Objectives and Catchment Action Plans to meet national environmental objectives.
- Arrange, host and coordinate meetings for The Roding Rises and the Roding, Beam and Ingrebourne Catchment Partnership to share knowledge, news and project progress between stakeholders, including the production of agendas, minutes and actions.
- With support from Catchment Partners and Thames21 support functions, lead on the development of match funding applications for The Roding Rises project, and wider funding applications to enable the delivery of river improvement projects across the catchment partnership.

The Deputy Contract Manager is responsible for the operational management of our specialist customer focused support services across the service. We’re looking to grow our delivery team with a brand new role that is responsible for processing the referrals we receive for the Settle Programme as well as holding assessment meetings as and when necessary. The Relationship Fundraising role will play a significant part in contributing to a high-performing fundraising team. The role will cover the counties of Cambridgeshire, Norfolk & Suffolk.
You will report to the Relationship Fundraising Manager and support the Head of Relationship Fundraising & Volunteering to drive the continued growth of the charity’s fundraising income in your area. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy, finance, and reporting

Monitoring and Reporting

The Tours & Projects Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of several key areas of the Orchestra’s core performance activity, including but not limited to: international stand-alone concerts, tours and residencies; UK tours, engagements and festival performances; commercial recordings and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
