Join Art Reach as our Operations & Finance Manager and be the backbone of our creative organisation. You’ll lead on office management, financial reporting, grant monitoring, HR, contracting, and Board support, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What we are looking for:

Art Reach is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations and Finance Manager to lead on the smooth running of our office and operations. This pivotal role supports the whole team and Board, ensuring our systems, policies, and finances are robust, efficient, and compliant.

You’ll oversee everything from HR and contracting to grant monitoring, reporting, and financial management. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our work with major funders like Arts Council England, and help ensure our organisation meets all statutory and governance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing office systems, IT, equipment and resources
  • Overseeing HR processes, contracts and staff records
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, including safeguarding, health & safety and data policies
  • Supporting Board administration and statutory reporting
  • Leading financial systems, reporting, and budget planning
  • Coordinating grant monitoring and funder reporting
  • Providing consultancy support to clients
