Combat Stress is the UK's leading mental health charity for veterans. For over a century we've been helping former servicemen and women deal with issues like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression. About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Planned Giving Officer to join our growing award winning team. We are responsible for both legacy fundraising and administration as well as in memory giving. This is a real growth area in the fundraising team and one you will be an integral part of.
You will be working with the Head of Planned Giving and the Senior Planned Giving Officer. This role will involve a certain amount of administration, complying with Charity Commission Guidelines. Also you will be helping with supporter enquiries and interactions so must be comfortable talking with supporters. This is an exciting role as you will be part of the team which ensures supporters are aware of how vital gifts in Wills are as well as sharing the work of Combat Stress.

An opportunity has arisen to join the central Wildlife Trade team to ensure that good practice and innovation in wildlife trade approaches are effectively integrated and implemented into projects. This is a role based in our UK Headquarters providing technical input and support to our regional programmes, with an initial focus on supporting our projects in the Caribbean and Nicaragua. These projects involve working with local partners to implement interventions based on crime prevention and behaviour change techniques and to build law enforcement capacity.

You will understand the need for inclusive, collaborative and evidence-based approaches to preventing illegal and unsustainable wildlife trade including, but not limited to, effective crime prevention, community-level responses to illegal wildlife trade, building enforcement capacity and demand reduction.

Regent’s Park College is a Permanent Private Hall within the University of Oxford. It admits undergraduate and graduate students some of whom are candidates training for Baptist Ministry. The Principal is Sir Malcolm Evans. The College is a charity and a limited company. It has a self-appointing advisory Council of 50+ members of the Charity, from which the Governing Body (Board of Trustees/Directors of the Company) is elected.
Regent’s Park College wishes to appoint an experienced Clerk to the Governing Body and its committees. The successful candidate will be an excellent minute taker with a strong understanding of matters of governance and policy. As well as providing the administration for Governing Body meetings (agendas, papers, minutes), the successful candidate will ensure that the Governing Body and the College are meeting the requirements of the Charity Commission and the legislative and regulatory framework within which the College operates.
The Clerk to the Governing Body will provide practical administrative support to the Governing Body and will be responsible for the production and circulation of agendas, papers and minutes. Through the effective planning and management of the annual agenda of business, the Clerk will ensure that the Governing Body receives items of business, such as Financial Accounts, Audit Reports and college policies for renewal in a timely manner. The Director of Finance Business Partnering (Operations) is a critical role within the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance division that will lead, develop and deliver high quality finance business partnering and decision support to all the central services of the university, including providing financial planning, reporting and insight across revenue and capital funded activity.
You will support the senior Director of the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance function in development and improvement projects. About the role:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the OD in performing his/her role, acting as a point of contact both internally and externally in the OD’s absence.

Windsor Road service offers 11 beds to people experiencing mental ill health. We are a CQC registered residential care home. We offer individual one to one interventions and sessions such as social anxiety, anxiety, finance and budgeting, positive self-image, building self-esteem, support with diet and nutrition, healthy eating, sleep hygiene, DBT skills, building resilience, life skills, solution-based therapy, stress management etc. We offer a range of activities in our service planner including a daily coffee morning, a ‘here and now’ group, community gardening, cooking, arts and crafts, social inclusion and family and friends’ days. We support our residents with daily living skills where this is needed, such as support with shopping and cleaning tasks, this could include prompting or supporting alongside them. We also work closely with other agencies and our residents wider care teams, so good communication skills are required. And of course, all of this is recorded on our information management systems, so good record keeping and documentation is also essential. Our service consists of 8 24/7 Recovery Workers, a Service Manager and Registered Manager.

Personal Specification:

Purpose of Job:
The postholder plays a key role in managing the alumni network, with a specific emphasis on events and volunteer management, to actively engage alumni and stakeholders with Queen Mary’s Grammar School.
