Sitting on the senior leadership team, you’ll help steer organisational strategy while leading a high-performing department that translates insight into influence and influence into change.

Why this role matters

The voluntary sector is navigating profound political, economic and social change. Strong, credible leadership in policy and public affairs has never been more important.

In this role, you’ll:

  • translate research and evidence into tangible change
  • strengthen the voice and impact of civil society
  • lead organisational strategy at the highest level
  • build partnerships that accelerate systemic progress.

This is a role for a confident and values-driven leader who combines political astuteness with strategic clarity and delivery focus.
