Job description

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for youth empowerment and a talent for building impactful partnerships and sustainable funding models? We’re looking for someone to drive our mission forward by leading both our partnership and fundraising strategy—ensuring young Londoners remain at the heart of everything we do.

In this pivotal role, you’ll cultivate high-impact relationships across sectors—spanning work experience, skills development, food initiatives, and community engagement.

You’ll work closely with young people, businesses, funders, and community partners to co-create inclusive programmes and embed our values into every external engagement.

If you’re a collaborative strategist with a strong track record in partnership development and fundraising innovation, and a deep commitment to youth-led change, we’d love to hear from you.
