The Role
The Law Society is the professional body for solicitors in England and Wales. Members of the Governance team support our elected and appointed members, who are solicitors drawn from a wide variety of types of legal practice and different sectors of the community.
This is a critical role in the effective operations for the Law Society Council, the Board and their committees which will include:

* drafting agendas, minutes, workplans and action lists
* collating and distributing meeting materials electronically, and
* assisting with the appointment and reappointment processes for committee members and committee chairs and other governance projects.

Within the Governance team you will play a key role supporting a variety of committees that report to the Law Society Board or the Council covering a range of matters central to the work of the Law Society and our relationship with the profession and wider stakeholders.

Regional Community Organiser

We are seeking a Regional Community Organiser to empower communities, grow grassroots leadership and help people take action for nature with Warwickshire Wildlife Trust.

Position: Regional Community Organiser
Location: Warwickshire, Coventry and Solihull (home, office or community-based working)
Salary: £25,353 to £34,694 per annum depending on experience

About the Role

This role will strengthen Warwickshire Wildlife Trust’s Team Wilder movement, focusing on rural communities, villages, and areas not yet covered by our place-based organisers. You will help spark new groups, mentor local leaders, and connect people to each other and to nature.

Key responsibilities include:

· Supporting communities and volunteers to deliver meaningful action for wildlife.

· Mentoring and training local leaders and organisers to grow confidence and capacity.

· Building and connecting regional networks to influence change.

· Supporting campaigns, public actions and placemaking projects designed by local people.

Role Overview: Knowledge in grant-funding, capacity building, organisational support

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Charity Support Officer to help deliver AWN’s mission. You will be the first point of contact for grassroots charities, supporting them to strengthen their organisations and improve their chances of securing grant funding by offering practical guidance, signposting, and building trusted relationships that help them grow in confidence and resilience. The role includes helping organisations strengthen governance and compliance, sharing information on grant-funding opportunities, and supporting them to identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
 
The non-profits you will support work across a wide range of areas for example: women, health and wellbeing, youth, homelessness and poverty, family services, sports, faith groups, crime and gangs, prisoners and ex-offenders, refugees and asylum seekers, drug addiction, older people and rehabilitation, and many more. 
 
Bringing a strong awareness of the barriers facing small charities particularly Muslim-led groups, will be key to helping them build long-term sustainability and impact. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for charities and community groups, managing a varied caseload and balancing priorities. 

• Carry out needs assessments to understand organisations strengths, challenges, and funding needs, and develop clear action plans. 

• Provide tailored support, including health checks on governance, compliance, finances, and funding readiness, offering recommendations and signposting to specialist services (e.g., Cranfield Trust, CVS, Charity Excellence etc). 

• Advise on funding opportunities, strategy, and application readiness, with referrals to bid-writing support where needed. 

• Deliver workshops, webinars, events, and one-to-one sessions to build skills, knowledge, and confidence of UK grassroots organisations. 

• Work collaboratively with organisations and AWN colleagues (including via the triage and referral system) to identify challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with charities, funders, and sector partners across the voluntary, public, and charity sectors. 

• Represent AWN at external events, conferences, and meetings, helping to organise and deliver events linked to your work. 

• Keep accurate records on the CRM, gather feedback, write case studies, and contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and service development. 

• Support AWN’s communications by contributing updates for the website and social media.

Essential Criteria 

• 3+ years’ experience within the UK charity sector (domestic, not solely international). 

• Strong understanding of charity governance, compliance, and the UK funding and grant-making landscape. 

• Insight into the needs and challenges of small and grassroots non-profits, with awareness of the systemic barriers affecting Muslim-led organisations. 

• Experience supporting or advising charities, community groups, or local networks to build capacity and resilience. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with organisations, offering constructive and practical guidance. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in public speaking and engaging a wide range of stakeholders. 

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.  

• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a small team, with minimal supervision. 

• Confident using technology to deliver support and manage work effectively, including CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, and other digital tools.

We need to continue to grow our membership supporter base and we need someone with the fundraising experience to help lead this growth and introduce innovative suggestions throughout the supporter journey and experience to strengthen recruitment and improve our retention and ultimately increase our income generation.

The role will focus on progressing our work around the supporter journey, ensuring that we reach as many potential supporters as possible and enable them to understand our work and feel motivated to support the organisation. Background and purpose

We are the only UK-wide charity for everyone affected by a genetic and acquired bleeding disorder. 

At the Haemophilia Society (THS) we want to empower everyone affected by a bleeding disorder to live life to the full, whatever your stage in life.

One in 2,000 men, women and children in the UK have a diagnosed bleeding disorder, which are a group of conditions, including haemophilia and von Willebrand disorder, that result when the blood cannot clot properly. 

As many as a third of bleeding disorder diagnoses have no known family history and can be the result of a random gene mutation. This means a bleeding disorder diagnosis can come completely out of the blue.

THS brings together people with bleeding disorders and their families to share experiences and understand more about how to live well with a bleeding disorder. Together, we can all make a difference.

About the role

We’re incredibly lucky to have a generous and dedicated community who are always looking for new ways to support our work. We are looking for a passionate fundraiser who can take ownership of our community fundraising and empower our members and supporters in their fundraising ventures. You’ll act as the face of THS for people looking to raise money in a variety of wonderful ways – ensuring they have what they need to be as successful as possible. About the role

The Grants Officer will join our small, hardworking, friendly team and will be responsible for overseeing the monthly grants programme. They will support the Director in collating the board papers for each of the three annual Trustees’ meetings. They will also be expected to help assess the large and medium grant applications that go through to the Trustees’ meetings. The new Grants Officer will be asked to visit charities and projects, which will entail travel across England and Wales. The new Grants Officer will also maintain the grants database, be responsible for updating the new website and be the first port of call for any grant application enquiries.

About you

This role would suit a range of candidates and we are open to candidates without direct grant making experience but the successful candidate will need a demonstrable understanding and knowledge of the grants world. We are particularly keen to hear from people who have energy, enthusiasm, good communication and relationship building skills and experience and confidence with databases. An understanding of how to read charity accounts would be a bonus but training will be provided for the chosen candidate. You will have an aptitude for working both independently and as part of a collaborative team and managing a varied and busy workload.

WCCM seeks to appoint an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Grant and Major Donor Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising and grant management across a global organisation dedicated to the teaching of Christian Meditation. Working to the Executive Director, you will interact with our decentralised finance, marketing and communications staff and volunteers.  Together, you will nurture Major Donor relationships and create and manage appropriate donor stewardship schemes and rationalise our income streams. You’ll ensure grant reporting and management is kept on track whilst developing targeted proposals for new funding from sympathetic donors in the arena of Trusts and foundations.  You will work to support both our teaching and resourcing of meditation and the running of our retreat centre in Bonnevaux, near Poitiers in France. An excellent writer with excellent financial and budgeting skills, you will be adept at pulling together relevant, succinct and compelling information for our donor reports and bids. You’ll work with communications staff to develop impactful donor communications which enhance our accountability and inspire renewed major donations.  You will have a demonstrable track record in winning grants as well as in the stewardship of major donors.  Occasional trips to France. Interest in Christian Meditation/Spirituality an advantage.

The Woodland Trust is looking for an Engagement Officer in our Northern Ireland team, to deliver opportunities for audiences to connect with woods and trees through a range of engagement activities both on our own estate and in partnership with others. This role is responsible for providing communications support including the creation of physical and digital assets.

THE ROLE
•    This is a key role in the Northern Ireland team and it will be responsible for improving the visitor experience on our estate and inspiring new and existing supporters to give time, voice and money to our cause.
•    Lead on the public engagement aspects of our visitor offer at key sites across Northern Ireland, working with estate colleagues to plan activities, communicate key messages and improve visitor experience
•    Plan and deliver an annual engagement plan for the country, identifying key audiences and activity (on and off our estate) to most effectively achieve our objectives
•    Support the development of improved visitor experience at key sites including data collection, visitor monitoring, evaluation and interpretation planning
•    This role is a full time, fixed term contract for 12 months until September 2026.

About the role:

This role is a hybrid post and your location will be Dyfed Powys Police Headquarters in Carmarthen.
As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer you will:

• Directly support victims affected by crime & ensure the provision of tailored one-to-one support
• Assist those victims in ensuring they receive the support required to complete their journey through the criminal justice system to cope and recover from the impact of crime and help people to move beyond the crime and access additional support services.
• Develop networks of agencies to which victims can be referred for ongoing/specialist support and report on the effectiveness of relationships with partners with a view to improving services delivered by Victim Support
• Work alongside a team of staff to reflect the community and the needs of the victims and utilise resources in the team to deliver individual, bespoke services to vulnerable victims

Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. The Role
Our donors are vital to delivering our mission and we are looking for a motivated, empathetic, and creative individual to help ensure every person who chooses to support our life-saving service feels valued and knows the impact of their support. This is a new and strategically important role, created to help us build stronger, longer lasting relationships with donors. Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager the successful candidate will support in the delivery of the Individual Giving strategy, programme and associated campaigns. They will play a key role in shaping and delivering personalised supporter journeys that foster loyalty, increase lifetime value, and strengthen the emotional connection between our supporters and our mission. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to use their creativity and drive to make a real difference to the people of Scotland.

This role will work alongside the fundraising and marketing and communications teams, and engage with the wider organisation — including pilots and paramedics — to share the story of SCAA and ensure our supporters feel connected to our mission.

This is a full-time role based either in Perth, at Scone Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located, or at our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport (if based in Aberdeen there will be the requirement for the successful candidate to attend our Perth base on an occasional basis). The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current arrangements consist of a minimum of two office days per week.

About You

• Experience working in donor or customer relationship management.

• Strong communication skills, with a creative and empathetic approach to communication, storytelling and stewardship.

• Collaborative and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Knowledge and experience in working with a CRM database package and working with data to inform decisions.

• A passion for delivering exceptional supporter care, the supporter experience and its role in long term fundraising success.
