The objectives of the Communications and Campaigns team are to increase the public profiles of Rethink Mental Illness and Mental Health UK, mobilise public support to bring about change and ensure that all colleagues are aware of, bought into and engaged in contributing to the values and direction of the charities.
How you will make a difference
I am a social media expert who thrives on planning, creating and delivering high quality content across Rethink Mental Illness’s and Mental Health UK’s social media channels (Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube).
I disseminate our messages and information to key audiences through clear and engaging social media posts that are tailored for different networks. I monitor the performance of our posts and I am proactive in incorporating best practice to ensure that our posts are well received by our audiences, and that our presence on our social media channels grows.
I regularly collaborate with colleagues across both charities, and the other founding charities of Mental Health UK, and key partners to create compelling and inspiring content.

As Communications and Fundraising Assistant, you will play a particularly prominent role in telling the story of what Charity funding makes possible at King’s – generating high quality content to communicate the difference we’re making, and helping our communications officer to bring it to life it on our digital channels. Key Tasks
- Working with the Communications Officer to create content for websites, digital platforms, social media, email campaigns and other channels. This includes the Trust’s Inside King’s magazine as well as our own channels. It could involve interviewing staff, patients and volunteers, creating films, taking photographs.
- Organising, distributing and updating the Charity’s marketing materials around the Trust, including posters, leaflets and banners.
- Helping to maintain the Charity’s social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, producing analytics reports and using insights to inform future strategy.
- Developing our use of Sharepoint as an internal communications channel, and maintaining the Charity’s presence on the King’s staff intranet.
- Helping the Communications Officer keep our website fresh and engaging, identifying key user journeys and supporting colleagues across the charity to use the website to achieve business goals.
- Acting as a champion for the Charity’s work by attending regular events and assist in delivering internal engagement opportunities, such as fundraising events, celebrations, and so on.

You’ll then devise creative ways to share these stories so they connect with our different audiences, from prospective residents to new supporters and beyond.
A self-starter, you’ll need to be able to work independently within agreed brand guidelines and with minimal supervision. You’ll also need to be highly organised, ensuring that deadlines are met and that content lands in a timely manner. Through analytics, you’ll monitor engagement, using these insights to inform our evolving content plan and drive growth.
As well as creating compelling content for our core communications platforms, you’ll also provide valuable support to our ambitious press plan, helping to amplify the voice of Pilgrims’ Friend Society in local and national media.

Role Objective
To work with the Commercial Marketing Manager to drive commercial interest in Kooth Digital Health’s services in the UK healthcare setting by supporting the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, online and in-person events and customer database management.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Delivery:
- Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and logistics of various commercially focused campaigns ensuring deadlines are met and key milestones and metrics are achieved.
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns, providing support in defining objectives, identifying target audiences, and coordinating campaign logistics.
- Aid in the management of content on our digital platforms, such as email, social media, and online advertising, by helping with scheduling, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries.
- Provide assistance in the implementation and management of email campaigns, ensuring proper organisation of workflows and automated drip campaigns, and helping with metric tracking to inform continuous improvement and conversion rate optimisation efforts.

Event Management:

Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience (Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience)
- Demonstrable experience in event management as well as evidence of collaborating with a range of internal and external senior stakeholders to deliver high quality, unique in-person experiences
- Proven track record in a previous digital marketing function with evidence of campaigns/collateral/content that you have created or contributed to and insight into their performance

Rays of Sunshine exits to brighten the lives of seriously ill children aged three to 18 across the UK by granting magical wishes and providing ongoing support within the community. Our work creates a positive distraction, reduces isolation, improves self-esteem and creates precious memories and smiles.
You will be joining a small but passionate team, full of positivity, energy and drive to succeed and we need someone who will be a part of our success, helping to achieve our new vision for the charity to ensure we can creating lasting memories for all children and young people with a life limiting illness.
In this role you will be responsible for working across corporate partnerships, major donors, trusts and foundations, with a prominent focus on supporting with account management of existing partnerships and developing our pipeline of prospects. Partnerships

Fundraising Public Relations Officer
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PR and marketing professional in our London fundraising office to design and deliver creative, multi-channel, integrated fundraising and PR campaigns designed to significantly increase the Hospital’s voluntary income.
The success of this role will be dependent on engaging and building meaningful long-term relationships with both existing and new supporters through effective donor stewardship, attending events, and networking.

About the Role
You will lead on data analysis and reporting on the data held in Salesforce CRM, improving both the quality and quantity of monitoring and evaluation processes, driving improvements in data capture through training and upskilling the Youth Work team, strengthening the ability of both youth zones to demonstrate the measurable impact of youth work delivered.
You will also be responsible for measuring and demonstrating both charities’ impact to stakeholders; authoring and providing the necessary data to the leadership and fundraising teams and Board (as required), annual publications such as Trustees Reports and annual Impact Reports. As the motion design producer at Breast Cancer Now, you’ll play a key role in helping bring our work to life.
You’ll be creating high quality, engaging content about our life-changing research, campaigning, fundraising, services and health information. And you’ll be part of the multimedia team, where we produce video, photography, motion design and audio that help strengthen our brand and tell our story.
Reporting to the senior multimedia manager, you’ll be producing motion design projects that cover all aspects of the organisation. This includes producing multiple small and large-scale motion projects throughout the year to support major campaigns and projects. Experience of producing long and short-form content with an eye towards social trends is also desirable.
The role may require some work on larger video and photography projects throughout the year to support the wider team, so any skills in video production, video editing or photography would be an advantage.

About the role:
Kinship are seeking to recruit experienced event co-ordinators with a whole range of skills and great energy to join our brand-new training team. They will be responsible for delivering this first ever programme of its type supporting kinship carers across England in their caring role.
As a pivotal part of the team, you’ll be supporting delivery of high-quality in-person and online training events across England. You’ll be the first point of contact for the team and be experienced and responsive in dealing with enquiries. The Talent Set is thrilled to partner with an esteemed membership organisation in the search for their next Marketing and Communications Officer. This interim position offers a 3-month contract with an immediate start date.
You'll play a pivotal role in championing their brand and driving data-informed marketing and communication strategies to realise their vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide marketing and communications guidance and support to colleagues across various departments, offices, and branches.
• Develop and execute communications plans aligned with strategic priorities, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
• Generate engaging content across multiple platforms including websites, social media, email communications, and newsletters.
• Craft and implement marketing strategies for diverse projects and campaigns spanning events, education, research, and membership communications.
• Ensure seamless integration of marketing and communications efforts across the organisation.
• Oversee content production, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging objectives.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and disseminate findings to inform future initiatives.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure content accuracy through meticulous proofreading.
Person Specification:
• Proven experience in marketing or communications roles.
• Proficiency in producing marketing materials in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across complex organisational structures.
• Demonstrated brand stewardship and proactive engagement in organisational branding initiatives.
• Experience managing content production for various formats including collateral, publications, social media, and multimedia.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong initiative, eagerness to learn, and a sense of ownership.
• Proficiency in IT tools including Microsoft Office and some familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
What's on offer:
This role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £20per hour. They offer a flexible working pattern, ideally attending their Central London office once a fortnight. The post holder must have the right to work in the UK.

The Women’s Budget Group (WBG) is the UK’s leading feminist economics think tank, providing evidence on women’s economic position and proposing policy alternatives for a gender-equal economy.
Having been through a period of growth, our small team is expanding! You will lead on content for our website, newsletter and social media channels, helping us to reach new audiences and translate complex ideas into accessible and engaging short videos, infographics and other images.

Hours: Currently 30 hours per week for full pay during a pilot of working a shorter week ending July 2024. (In some organisations this is the 4 day week but at WBG, 30 hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days per week with flexibility). In the event that the shorter working week does not become permanent, hours will be negotiable between 30 hours and 37.5 hours per week. We are happy to consider flexible working arrangements and invite job share applications. Some out of hours working will be required for which TOIL will be given.
Location: Hybrid London / remote. The postholder must be resident in the UK with the right to work in the UK. Office is in Vauxhall, London. Post can be worked as office based or a mixture of office/remote working with at least two days per week in the office.
Duration: 18 month contract with potential to extend subject to funding.
Salary: £36,288 pro-rata (£29,030 for 30 hours) plus 5% pension contributions.
Line management: Reports to the Head of Communications and Public Affairs
