A new and exciting opportunity to join this amazing East London charity embedded in the local community, providing practical help, support and training to people affected by homelessness or suffering from addiction. The post holder will be at the heart of managing, shaping, and developing SCT’s services, including all aspects of our Therapeutic Programmes, Supported Housing Team, Training and Development, Housing First provision, and emerging women’s and community-based services.
Salary: £40,777 - £48,984

Training Coordinator
The post-holder will design, deliver, procure, and oversee high-quality training, formation and development programmes to meet the specific needs of the Pastoral Development Department in its support for the local church (parishes and deaneries) and beyond, in line with the new Pastoral Plan.
The key initial priorities of this role are to:
- Audit the current training, formation, and pastoral development needs across the archdiocese.
- Identify effective strategies, platforms and subject matter experts to meet these needs, and design initial training and formation.
- Support the delivery of the pastoral plan, area 2 – vocation of baptised.
You will be joining a small team of professionals who are all committed to supporting the delivery of the Pastoral Plan.
