Senior Brand & Content Manager
Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with Tommy’s on a fantastic Senior Brand & Content Manager role. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the organisation’s brand presence through innovative content strategies and compelling storytelling that make a meaningful difference.
This role will be a central point of integration across brand, content, social and campaigns – managing the content team to deliver high-quality, integrated marketing that grows reach and favourability, deepens engagement and ultimately helps more families bring their babies home.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent and effective application of Tommy’s brand across all activity
- Deliver integrated, multi-channel brand and marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and impact
- Act as the link between strategy and delivery, ensuring brand, content, social and campaign activity is aligned and effective across all channels
- Lead and develop content, social and creative design teams to deliver high-performing, audience-first, channel-specific work
- Monitor and analyse content performance, adjusting strategies to maximise impact and reach.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in brand communication
- Foster an inclusive environment where diverse voices and perspectives are valued and integrated into content plans
Person Specification
- Proven experience leading integrated, multi-channel brand marketing campaigns from planning to delivery
- Strong background in brand and/or content led marketing
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in planning and delivering content across digital channels, particularly social and web
- Expertise using insight, data and performance metrics to inform decision and optimise activity
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating a team-focused approach.

The Digital Content Manager will lead the development and delivery of our website and digital content strategy, ensuring our digital channels play a central role in achieving our mission. This role manages a talented team of Senior Digital Content Officers and works closely with colleagues across communications, marketing, youth engagement, fundraising and beyond, to deliver impactful, user-focused content and campaigns.
You will oversee the ongoing evolution of the website, improving user journeys, accessibility, SEO and content performance. Working alongside the Product Manager and digital agency, you will help shape and deliver the website roadmap and vision. A key focus of the role is ensuring young people are active partners in our digital work, co-creating content and providing insights that shape our digital services and supportive content model.
You will also play a key role in the development of multi-channel campaigns to expand our reach, particularly among Black and minoritised young people, and ensure the organisation has the skills and tools needed to deliver effective digital communications. Through strong leadership, data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking, you will help maximise the reach, quality and impact of our digital offer.

Digital Content Manager
The Talent Set is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Manager on behalf of a higher education institution. This contract role plays a key part in shaping and delivering the institution’s online presence through engaging, innovative digital content.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will develop and oversee the organisation’s digital content strategy, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels. They will lead creative content production to enhance engagement and communicate the institution’s values and achievements effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with institutional goals.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across social media, website, and campaign channels.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual and messaging consistency in line with brand guidelines.
- Lead and support content creation teams, providing guidance to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to ensure content supports wider promotional initiatives.
- Manage digital and visual asset libraries, ensuring easy access and organisation.
- Build and grow social media platforms and online communities, increasing engagement and visibility.
- Analyse social media insights and metrics to optimise content performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to source relevant content and ensure timely dissemination.
- Monitor emerging digital trends and implement innovative content practices.

Person Specification
- Previous experience working in a higher education insitutition
- Experience managing multimedia content production and social media channels.
- Strong understanding of visual branding and content best practices.

What’s on Offer
Salary: £53,744
Length: 6- month contract role with an ASAP start
Hybrid Working: 3 days a week on site in their London officer and 2 days working at home
