The role
The Video Content Creator will be responsible for creating, editing, and co-ordinating video content to proactively maximize BDF’s existing content from BDF’s Knowledge Hub. This role involves end-to-end production, from idea generation to final edits, ensuring high-quality, accessible and inclusive content is available across all platforms.
The requirement
- Proven experience in end-to-end video production, including script writing, video recording, sound management, animation, and editing.
- Experience of creating both live recorded (in-person and online) and animated videos.
- Demonstrate creative storytelling abilities and adaptability to various creative briefs.
- Ability to engage, or learn to engage, confidently with people at all levels of seniority, and with different disabilities and needs.
- Willingness to travel, and readily available to attend the London office as required.

We need someone who’s creative, strategic and has great media contacts, or the knowhow to forge them, who can ensure a steady stream of coverage that gets our work in front of key audiences. Skills & experience:

- Lead the development of written and audiovisual content for our digital platforms

About You
- Ability to create impactful and compelling online content (written copy, graphics, video and audio)

- Excellent video production skills, from conception through to editing and resizing for different platforms

About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Learning Content Specialist to join our Sector Support team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and managing engaging digital learning experiences through our Learning Management System (LMS). You will be responsible for creating online learning content and the day-to-day administration of the LMS.
About you:
- Proven experience working with Learning Management Systems (administration, user management, content upload)

Summary of the role:
The Communications Officer plays a key role in executing the organisation’s communication strategy. About us
The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) brings together 15 leading UK aid charities to raise funds quickly and efficiently at times of humanitarian crisis overseas. This role will require you to lead on organic social media as part of the DEC Communications team, working closely with the Digital and Innovation team in Fundraising, collaborate with social leads across our 15 member charities and public figures through our talent agency. During appeal launch periods it will also involve managing a small social media team of volunteers.
All roles at the DEC are based in our London office. We operate a hybrid working model, with some non-negotiable office attendance. Place of Work
