The Mental Health Foundation is recruiting for a Grants & Compliance Officer to support the fundraising team based at our London office.

Salary: Starting salary £36,604 rising to £40,796 pro rata, inclusive of £4,000 London Weighting (£18,302 rising to £20,398 actual)
Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week (0.5 FTE)
Contract type: This is 12-month maternity cover post (ending 31st December 2026)

This exciting role will support our work in preventing poor mental health and protecting mental health primarily through administrating the contracts of our existing programmes funded by external grants and maintain and grow our trust and foundations supporters. This post is key in ensuring we fulfil our requirements to our grant funders and keep our trust donors up to date with our work. 

What does the role involve?

• Maintain relationships with existing trust and grant funders
• Develop and updates cases for support to trust funders
• Support project teams to report on the progress of their grant funded activity

What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?

• Demonstrable experience of setting up & managing administrative systems 
• Experience of using a database 
• Attention to detail and strong written skills

The Post-Diagnosis Support Programme Manager is a key role at ReMind UK, working across ReMind UK's departments to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of our post-diagnosis interventions. The Data & Research Manager plays a key role in Youth Futures Foundation’s Impact and Evidence team, helping us understand and address youth unemployment in England.

The postholder will lead on managing our data infrastructure including our flagship youth labour market dashboard and contribute to the design, commissioning, and delivery of high-quality quantitative research and analysis.

They will combine strong technical skills with the ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly to internal and external audiences, influencing policy and practice to improve employment outcomes for young people.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing the design, commissioning and delivery of economic, quantitative social research and data analysis projects using a wide range of methods, including primary and secondary data analysis, and evidence reviews

As Community Programmes Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating Affiliated Societies membership to ensure members have a positive experience and continue their relationship with the RHS.

• Providing administrative support to the Britain in Bloom Federation

• Working with the Community Programmes Officer to research, plan and organise the Britain in Bloom UK Finals competition judging.

As HR Officer, you will provide practical, people-focused support from recruitment and onboarding through to contract changes, benefits administration, and leaver processes. You will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, helping colleagues and managers to apply policies effectively, use systems confidently, and follow processes that are consistent and people-centred.You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate information across systems such as Employment Hero, SharePoint HR Intranet and Monday, ensuring data is compliant and well managed. Working closely with the Senior HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor, you will contribute to improving how HR supports staff, helping to strengthen processes, enhance systems and create a positive employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting the detail right, solving problems and improving the way things work. You will be part of a small, friendly team where HR systems and processes are evolving, so you will need to be comfortable balancing daily operational work with helping to shape clearer, more efficient ways of working.

The Role

We’re seeking an exceptional Clinical Director to join our Executive Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).

This is a unique opportunity to lead our nationwide clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of care in line with CQC requirements, and driving excellence across our treatment programmes.

As Clinical Director, you’ll provide both strategic direction and hands-on clinical leadership — guiding multidisciplinary teams that include therapists, psychologists, and lived experience practitioners. You’ll ensure that our services remain innovative, compassionate, and effective for everyone who needs them.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all clinical services, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care.

• Oversee clinical governance and quality assurance, maintaining CQC compliance and continuous improvement.

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based treatment and recovery models.

• Champion staff development, wellbeing, and reflective practice across all clinical teams.

About You

You’ll be a credible and compassionate leader with a background in psychological therapies and experience managing complex clinical services. You’ll bring strategic insight, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of evidence-based practice.

Essential:

• Doctoral-level qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (BPS accredited) or equivalent post-graduate qualification in a mental health profession.

• Professional registration (e.g. HCPC).

• Substantial experience in specialist psychological assessment, treatment, and supervision.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams.

• Skilled in CBT and related therapeutic approaches.

Desirable:

• Experience in addiction or gambling-related harm services.

• Knowledge of specialised psychological therapies in addictions.

• Understanding of mental health legislation and clinical governance frameworks.

Director of Finance & Operations

A global not-for-profit consultancy is seeking a Director of Finance & Operations to lead its internal infrastructure and enable high-performing delivery across the UK, US and sub-Saharan Africa. The organisation works with mission-driven initiatives, from grassroots innovations to international movements, helping them scale their impact sustainably through practical tools, strategies and support.

This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring the organisation runs efficiently, sustainably and in alignment with its mission.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and sitting on the Senior Management Team, the Director will oversee finance, HR, governance and operational systems. They will lead a transformation of financial processes and controls, champion inclusive people practices and future-proof the organisation’s infrastructure to support growth. Purpose of the Job

This role is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to join the UK Youth Employer Engagement team as part of the Network Delivery Department, supporting the Summer Jobs Programme. With a focus on identifying and securing employment placements and income for The Summer Jobs  Programme, the Employer Engagement Officer plays a key role in ensuring strong stewardship and a positive employer experience of the programme and partnership with UK Youth over the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

Employer recruitment and income generation

• Work closely with the Employer Engagement Manager to develop and implement an employer engagement strategy, integrating both local and national approaches.

• Support the development of employer sponsorship proposals, creating a menu of different engagement levels to meet income targets

• Work with the Employer Engagement Manager and the wider Corporate Partnerships Team to collaborate on UK Youth fundraising opportunities and integrate our employer ask into our wider corporate partnerships offer

• Track, monitor and report confirmed placements in specified locations.

• Input to feedback for programme funder, the Youth Endowment Fund, on corporate partnership opportunities

• Identify and engage with regional and localised contacts to assist in sourcing placements (e.g. local business networks).

• Accurately record programme donation contributions

Employer training and management

• Manage relationships with a cohort of employers throughout the programme, including:

• Securing their commitment to provide placements and funding in agreement with the programme’s terms of reference

• Ensuring they have the information and tools to succeed within the programme.

• Act as the primary point of contact at UK Youth.

Key Internal Relationships

• Collaborate closely with The Summer Jobs Project Manager to:

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of approach and information.

• Support Local Delivery Partners to build relationships with employers.

• Attend one to one meetings and appraisals with the Employer Engagement Manager

• Work in partnership with colleagues in the Communications team to enable the delivery of high-quality comms activities that support employer recruitment.

About Women in Prison

Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation.  We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities. We also campaign for systems change that addresses the root causes of offending, reduces the harmful impact of prison, and creates workable, community-based alternatives to imprisonment.  
 

Job Purpose:

Women in Prison’s Advocates deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, independent advocacy for women in communities and in prisons, which focuses on early intervention, and holistic provision as part of a ‘whole system’ multi-agency response that looks to address the root causes of women’s offending.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. Provide high-quality, trauma-responsive advocacy and support to a caseload of women in contact with, or at risk of being in contact with the criminal justice system.
2. Undertake risk and needs assessments and co-producing bespoke support plans with women across the nine pathways to reoffending.
3. Monitor case management systems to ensure accurate and timely data recording, aligning with contract KPIs and WIP policies.
4. Champion the core values of Women in Prison, including social justice and feminism in all internal and external communications, articulating their importance to the work we do.
