Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in employee relations and generalist HR experience, ideally gained in a charity or non-profit setting. You will be confident in advising on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations cases, and supporting recruitment and retention strategies. A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience of 4+ years) is essential. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both strategically and operationally are key. Experience working independently in a hybrid environment and partnering with managers at all levels will be highly valued.

Support Coordinator
We’re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to a new project in West Yorkshire to deliver 6 month reviews to stroke survivors of working age.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke.
Position: S11272 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Homebased Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Salary: Circa £21,948 per annum (FTE circa £27,400 per annum)

The Role

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the Data Officer will meet data needs relating to the management and delivery of supporter and engagement products. You will work alongside three other Data Officers to assess, prioritise and provide solutions including the building of data selections and journeys for direct marketing purposes and the running of supporter data imports and exports.

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership, oversight and curation to the FYT Leadership Team, and to lead the smooth running of the FYT Organisation which supports the wider FYT Movement. The Role
The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.
The Stroke Support Coordinator will:
- Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Community Project Lead to join our team and lead the development of our advice services for under-served communities. This two-year, fixed-term role is a key part of our strategy to reach groups who may not traditionally engage with IPSEA’s support - including children and families with English as an additional language, cared-for children (children in care), migrant children, detained children, and Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities.
The project builds on a detailed scoping exercise we’ve recently completed, which involved working closely with a wide range of charities and organisations that support these communities. The resulting report outlines the barriers they face, and will form the foundation for this project and directly inform the work you will lead.

On 20th August 2011, Flt Lt Jon Egging lost his life whilst completing a display at the Bournemouth Air Festival. He was coming to the end of his first year with the world-famous Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows, flying in the position of Red 4.

Coram PACEY is the professional association dedicated to supporting home-based child carers, including childminders and nannies, to provide high quality services, information and advice to children, their families and carers.
The Role:
As a member of the Coram PACEY Cymru team to coordinate the planning and delivery of work related to language and communications in Wales, delivering against the Welsh Government and other bodies funded work programmes. Through this work raise the profile of childcare and early years professionals and the work of Coram PACEY Cymru across Wales. Fluent Welsh language skills are essential for this post.
