This is an opportunity to join Refuge as an Health Advocate Educator supporting women and children who are impacted by domestic violence.
The Health Advocate Educator will train and provide ongoing support to GP practices and other health professionals to enable primary and secondary care staff to be able to effectively talk to their patients about domestic violence and abuse (DVA), provide early identification and offer appropriate care pathways for female, male and non-binary survivors of domestic violence and abuse, aged 16 years and over and their children.
The post holder will work in partnership with the local ICB and the service manager to proactively develop and maintain links with health providers in the local area.The post-holder will work within a defined locality, either Stratford-upon-Avon District; North Warwickshire and Nuneaton and Bedworth, or Warwick District and Rugby borough; building links with health professionals and support agencies.
Travel around Warwickshire for client appointments essential to role, therefore use of a car essential.
As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.
This post is restricted to women due to the nature of the role. The Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies.

Role description
As our philanthropy coordinator, you will play a key role in building new partnerships with philanthropists and high-net-worth individuals, with an immediate focus on the UK, US, and Europe. You will design and implement a comprehensive strategy to build a robust portfolio of individual donors, Family Foundations, Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) and other personal giving vehicles.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Designing and executing our philanthropy fundraising strategy. Lead a strategy to identify, cultivate, and solicit high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) —including through Donor Advised Funds, Family Offices, Family Foundations, and other giving vehicles—with an immediate focus on the US, UK and Europe.

Prospecting and donor acquisition. Manage HNWI prospecting, generate new leads, develop solicitation plans, brief senior leadership in advance of meetings, and coordinate cultivation and networking opportunities.

Terms and remuneration

Re-engage has just launched a new five-year strategy which will have growth at its heart. We’re looking for an exceptional person to join our team as Supporter Care Officer and be a vital part of this exciting phase of our development.
This is a new role within a growing fundraising team which is aiming to significantly grow income to achieve our growth strategy. Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop relationships with individual and community donors, and legacy pledgers. Your personalised approach and friendly manner will help them feel valued, understand the life changing difference they make and deepen their connection to our work reducing loneliness in later life. As part of your role, you will also have opportunity to support the Individual Giving Manager with fundraising activities.
Key responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for supporters and build good relationships with them - respond to queries, take donations, and support them in their fundraising.
- Develop a programme to regularly thank donors for their support and find out more about them, including a schedule of supporter phone calls and sending a donor survey.
- Make sure all individual, community and legacy gifts are recorded correctly on our CRM and thanked within a timely manner. Look for new ways to thank donors in a way that surprises and delights.

As Head of Risk, Compliance and Governance, you will be instrumental in maintaining a strong governance and risk culture, enabling teams to operate effectively and with confidence. This role requires a strong understanding of risk management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and support a team.
Key Skills Required:
- Extensive Risk Management Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks, including strategic and operational risk registers, and holding a relevant qualification.
- Compliance and Governance Oversight: Strong understanding of compliance requirements, policy development, and experience with company secretarial matters, including relevant regulatory body filings.
- Effective Line Management & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team, fostering a collaborative environment and working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Ability to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, and ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

The responsibilities of the Assistant Finance Business Partner will include:
- Producing management accounts for relevant budget holders and contributing to GPA’s client budget process
- Provide advice on financial treatment of project costs to ensure that all items are correctly assessed for capitalisation, and that the treatment of abortive costs and feasibility works are appropriately treated as RDEL, while being allocated to the correct projects
- Contributing to property reconciliations to ensure all expenditure has been fully recovered from tenants
- Attendance at monthly stakeholder meetings to support the management of projects, supply chain and client relationships
- Supporting any client discussions as required to ensure recovery of billed amounts, keeping accrued income minimal and controlled
- Building a network internally with other finance teams to ensure smooth transition of data and knowledge between interlinked processes, and contributing as part of the wider finance team
- Promote continuous improvement by developing and improving accounting processes and procedures relating to projects and other expenditure
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations including accruals and prepayments
- Analysing financial performance to identify variances and ensuring transactions are accounted for correctly
- Take ownership of key financial processes, including the preparation and processing of journals, while supporting both internal and external audits.
- Play a proactive role in facilitating forecasting and reporting activities, and use your analytical skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the financial data to inform strategic decision-making
Key Skills & Experience
- CCAB or equivalent part-qualified or finalist-level candidates required, full qualification desirable.
- Experience in facilities management or estates-related roles (e.g. property management, construction projects) is preferable, however candidates from other backgrounds will be considered.
- Strong month-end management accounting experience required; finance business partnering experience is advantageous.
- Confident communicator with proven stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ambitious and driven, ideally from a fast-paced or client-focused environment.
