About the role
As a technical specialist focused on data & integration, you’ll collaborate with our digital, IT, and cross-functional teams, as well as external partners, to help design and implement robust data centric solutions.
The solutions you help to deliver will be fundamental to the success of the organisation and will involve using a mixture of SQL and C#. You’ll also document concepts, processes, and solutions to support long-term maintainability and knowledge sharing.
About you
You’ll enjoy problem solving and making use of creative ideas to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. You’re collaborative with a solid foundation in SQL and C# and are familiar with DevOps and service desk tools.
You’ll approach new challenges with a structured but creative approach. You’re a person that enjoys creating data centric solutions that are focused on delivering value by integrating internal and external systems.

The Role
As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the financial strategy and operations of LTM, ensuring robust financial management, governance, and performance. This is a pivotal role on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), reporting directly to the Director and attending all Board meetings. You will also deputise for the Director when required.
This role goes beyond traditional finance leadership. You will be a moderniser—driving transformation, leading negotiations, overseeing broader business support functions, and contribute to LTM50, including capital programme oversight. You will be the face of financial and business systems at LTM, helping to deliver a future-fit museum aligned with our strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of LTM’s overall budget, ensuring financial sustainability across short, medium, and long-term goals
- Oversee all aspects of financial control, governance, reporting, and compliance with statutory, charity, and TfL requirements
- Deliver timely and accurate statutory accounts, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
- Lead business support functions and liaise with TfL departments including HR, Procurement, Reward, Tech and Data and Finance
- Provide strategic financial advice to the Board of Trustees, SLT, and wider teams
- Represent LTM in financial negotiations with external partners and suppliers
- Champion a high-performing, inclusive finance team—setting clear goals, recognising success, and modelling LTM’s values
- Collaborate closely with TfL Finance to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Ensure all financial and legal obligations are met and policies are up to date and followed
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record in senior finance leadership roles within complex organisations, and will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience at Board level and ability to work in collaboration with Trustees and colleagues;
- Understanding and experience of strategic risk management, finance audit and internal controls;
- Broad operational knowledge including digital transformation, estates, and HR;
- Experience navigating challenging financial climates and driving efficiencies.

The Role
The Early Learning and Childcare Advisor supports the organisations contribution to policy development and guidance on the delivery of early learning and childcare. The Policy and Impact Team sits at the heart of Volunteering Matters. What the job involves
We’re looking for a Senior Supporter Journeys Executive to help us shape how our supporters experience our charity. Working at the heart of the Individual Giving team, you’ll design and deliver engaging, insight-led journeys that build loyalty, reduce attrition, and encourage long-term support.
This is an exciting time for the charity as we're delivering a new 3-year fundraising strategy with a particular focus on loyalty. In this newly created role, you'll play a key part in making sure every touchpoint, from the first welcome to ongoing engagement, feels personal, timely, and meaningful.
You'll be responsible for developing and improving multi-channel journeys for both new and existing supporters, coordinating the creation of journeys from various channels to help increase conversion. You’ll also support the design and rollout of journeys for key segments, including legacy enquirers and tribute fund donors.
Working with our data and insight colleagues, you’ll monitor journey performance using key metrics like retention and lifetime value. You'll use our CRM and Email Service Provider to identify opportunities, track activity, and coordinate testing of messaging and value propositions to maximise engagement.
As a key collaborator, you’ll work with colleagues across the organisation and with external agencies to ensure our supporter journeys are joined up and focused on the individual.
What we want from you
This role is a great fit for someone with experience in Individual Giving, donor stewardship, or similar supporter experience roles. You'll have a strong understanding of what drives loyalty and retention, and a clear grasp of donor lifetime value.
Your project coordination skills will be essential as you manage multiple priorities across teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery. We need someone who’s comfortable working with data and insight to inform decisions, using CRMs (ideally Raiser’s Edge) and email platforms like Adestra to improve supporter journeys and campaign performance. You'll also have a good working knowledge of direct marketing concepts and multi-channel delivery, including mail, email, and digital.
We're looking for an independent thinker who can not only manage projects but also proactively identify and develop new opportunities from their own observations. With your collaborative mindset, you'll be able to work effectively across teams and adapt to changing priorities, always focused on delivering an exceptional supporter experience that's insight-led and truly impactful.

Role Overview: Fundraising and Operations Director
The successful candidate will lead RLS’s income generation through our next phase of development. You’ll oversee our relationships with key funders, individual giving, our approach to major donors and our communications. You’ll work closely with the Management Team and trustees to set and implement fundraising strategy and highlight and manage risk.
As a member of the Management Team, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the organisation, with involvement in decisions from strategy to HR, project design and many other aspects of our work.

Fundraising strategy and development
- Lead the development and delivery of RLS’s fundraising strategy to meet our funding targets and deliver our strategy.

Main Purpose of Job
The Programme Coordinator – Careers, Events and Pathways is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of large scale employability events and progression initiatives for young people. - Create engaging fundraising campaigns that increase profile, secure new support and increase income.
- Proactively identify opportunities for retaining, growing or diversifying income from existing supporters.
- Actively network to raise the profile of the charity and identify opportunities for new support.
- Recruit, support and coordinate volunteers to support for fundraising and engagement activity.
Data/administration
- Ensure prompt and effective supporter communications, particularly when thanking donations.
- Maintain accurate, compliant data in our CRM (Donorfy), growing the database and improving data quality.
- Use data insight to prepare reports and analyse performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor/evaluate income and KPIs making recommendations for remedial action or growth opportunities.
- Prepare Quarterly reports for the Board, and upon request.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the Fundraising Code of Practice.

Overall purpose
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team to help us deliver partnership management to our corporate partners. Having expanded our services into Birmingham and Greater Manchester for the first time, fundraising and charitable activities with our corporate partners are a key area for growth to ensure that our organisational development is sustainable and permanent. Building on our success to date, working with over 50 active partners, our focus is on developing long-lasting and growing relationships that deliver both increased income and outcomes for our refugee clients. You will play your part in supporting and delivering external relationships working across multiple opportunities from staff engagement, hiring initiatives and volunteering projects, that maximise the value for Breaking Barriers, our clients, and our partners.

The main purpose of the Partnerships Officer role is to support the Partnership Management team on the delivery of first-class account management to our portfolio of corporate partners. Each partnership at Breaking Barriers is bespoke, comprising fundraising, skilled volunteering, awareness raising and, crucially, placement and job opportunities for our refugee clients. This diverse role is perfect for someone looking to make a difference and gain experience working within a corporate partnerships team. The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative, internal/external comms and wider support to the partnership management team. You will work closely with the Breaking Barriers delivery teams to help ensure our shared value partnerships have the maximum impact for our refugee clients.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the Partnerships Managers and wider Partnerships team to help deliver bespoke partner activities across our portfolio of 50+ partners.
- Support the Partnerships team with administrative support, financial tracking, and monitoring and evaluation reporting.
- Work closely with the Partnership Managers and Employment teams to support the delivery of workshops, placements, hiring pathways, and volunteering activity with each corporate partner, as well as any additional programmes which are developed to support our refugee clients.
- Manage a portfolio of small partnerships, including fundraising, comms and delivery requirements.
- Create compelling proposals, reports and correspondence in relation to partnership objectives.
- Maintain regular monitoring and updating of our CRM database, ensuring data is updated regularly and timely for reporting requirements.
- Support on logistics and creation of key external events or projects.
- Champion the value of refugees and work collaboratively with colleagues across the UK to drive our mission forward.
