Westway Trust are seeking an experienced and confident Team Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Property Department, playing a key role in ensuring the annual cycle of organisational requirements in terms of administration are well planned, on track and delivered by the relevant part of the team. 

You will be a friendly, motivated and pro-active Administrator who will be highly organised to drive a number of competing work packages. You’ll be comfortable in connecting with colleagues, tenants and key partners and stakeholders on the Westway Trust 23 acres estate, with the ability to listen and gather a range of source material and feed these back into the work of the Property Team.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Head of Property and the Property Managers, including the scheduling of team meetings.
• You will ensure time is set aside by the whole team to meet organisational goals, such as performance reviews, work to achieve the organisation’s annual audit, service charge reconciliation, and contractor reviews.
• Schedule in key team tasks within the peaks and troughs of the range of team activities.
• Initial point of contact for enquiries to the Property team.
• Manage routine office duties such as invoice requests and expenses.
• Upkeep and maintenance of databases.
• Schedule Committee Meetings and attend in the capacity of the minute taker. Work with the team to prepare and collate the papers. 
• You may be asked to organise emails, create presentations, and work within the teams filing system.
• You will receive reports from key team members and ensure they are ready to present through the Governance.
• You will co-ordinate and collage high level data collection provided by others for upward reporting.
• You will ensure key project information regarding estate development is circulated to the lettings and leasing side of the Property Team’s operation.

• Minimum 5 years’ administration experience working on multiple work streams, in a busy office, with strong organisational and time management skills.

About the role:

This is a home based role that will include travel across England and Wales when delivering training. • Experience of delivering training programmes using a variety of different methods e.g. face to face, virtual and one to one, managing delegates and issues that may arise
• Experience of designing and delivering training for adult learners, ideally within a commercial or client-facing environment
• Experience of delivering soft skills training and experiential learning activities
• Ability to develop a range of learning and development solutions that meet client priorities
• Experience of planning courses and evaluating outcomes

We’re looking for a home-based Programme Manager to lead an exciting new programme supporting householders to progress with domestic energy retrofit across West Yorkshire. You’ll oversee delivery across Calderdale, Leeds, Bradford, Kirklees, and Wakefield, so you must be based in West Yorkshire and have strong knowledge of the local area.

This is not an IT or construction project management role. We're seeking someone with experience delivering programmes on behalf of clients, working with partners and suppliers, managing quality assurance, and building strategic partnerships with local authorities and other organisations.

The team

The energy teams’ purpose is to enable households, small businesses, and communities to have affordable energy costs and reduce carbon emissions that contribute to climate change. We provide energy advice services, renewable energy expertise and manage and administer loans and grants for energy saving and low or zero-carbon improvements to homes and businesses on behalf of governments, local authorities, and businesses.

We manage programmes across the UK with more being added as we grow in response to demand. We collaborate and support each other, sharing expertise and best practice and innovate to deliver world-class customer experience. What you’ll do

• Managing a consortium of delivery partners to provide a one-stop shop for householders

• Leading on the quality management of the programme

• Developing strong strategic partnerships with local authorities, suppliers, and finance partners

o Remote and in-person energy advice

o Home visits and installation coordination

o Ongoing relationship management with stakeholders

Who We Are

 Maa Shanti is a specialist charity supporting South Asian single mothers and their children who have experienced domestic abuse. We offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed support to help women rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Our services include one-to-one casework, advocacy, group activities, mental health support, and community outreach. We work in partnership with local organisations to ensure women are heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-to-one emotional and practical support to women impacted by domestic abuse and exploitation
• Deliver in-person outreach and advocacy across North (with a focus on South Camden) and East London
• Build referral pathways and collaborate with grassroots organisations to strengthen community connections
• Facilitate workshops, group activities, and online peer spaces
• Help shape new services based on lived experience and community feedback
• Promote awareness of domestic abuse within South Asian communities and represent Maa Shanti at local forums

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years’ experience (paid or voluntary) in VAWG, social care, or community support
• Fluency in a South Asian language (e.g. Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi)
• Experience supporting vulnerable groups, especially survivors of abuse and migrants
• A strong understanding of cultural barriers and intersectional challenges faced by South Asian women
• Confidence working both independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills
• A trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and empowerment-focused approach
