The Role
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Marketing the Data & Systems Project Coordinator will be responsible for driving change, implementing new data processes and providing new insights at Enable.
We are seeking an experienced data and systems professional with a passion for numbers and using data and analytics, to take the lead on various projects over the next 12 months.
The Sales and Marketing Team

- Forecasting and Reporting – Producing trend and campaign reports to inform strategic decisions, identify return on investment and identify trends and patterns
Skills and experience
- Experience with managing, interrogating, and implementing new data and CRM systems
- Proven experience reporting data and analysing trends to generate meaningful change within a company
- Worked on sales campaigns and be able to identify trends and insights mentioning sales trends – as well as campaign.
- A pro-active and ‘get-it-done’ approach to the implementation of new processes
- Excellent problem solving, and verbal/written communication skills
- Skilled user of digital systems, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and in particular Excel)

Job Purpose
This role sits within our new mental health Prevention Hub - which is a drop-in service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed, seeking support and advice for their mental health, there and then. This service is a 9 month pilot project and will initially operate 11am-7pm Monday-Friday, however there may be a need to cover weekends/late nights, depending on the need of our clients and service growth.
Staff within the service will provide person-centred, practical and emotional support, face to face or via telephone on a one-to-one or group basis to individuals experiencing mental health distress. This will consist of 1:1 support; de-escalating and providing interventions, signposting for specialised or longer-term support, and delivering collaborative self-management plans with clients to improve mental wellbeing. The aim of this service is to de-escalate, and provide holistic wellbeing plans.
The objectives of the service include:
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health distress, in Spelthorne
- To provide support to clients accessing the service- for instance: signposting, de-escalation, planned wellbeing activities etc.
- To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
- To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
- To treat service users with respect, dignity and personalised support
- To raise awareness of mental health services available with the goal to improve long term mental health and reduce social isolation
- To increase self-management skills of those accessing the service
- To reduce the use of police, ambulance and statutory mental health services whilst experiencing crisis.
- To reduce the use of statutory crisis services by people experiencing mental ill health without positive outcomes for the individual.
The Role
The role of the Prevention Hub Coordinator will be to support the rest of the team in delivering interventions on a one-to-one and group basis. The role will also involve triaging and assessing all clients accessing the service, signposting and delivering collaborative self-management plans with clients to improve mental wellbeing. The role will involve supporting a team of volunteers in delivering interventions.

About the Role
As an Arts Coordinator, you will design and deliver creative arts activities for young people, overseeing the programmes for the Arts and Crafts room, Dance/Drama studio, Film and Media room, and the Music Studio.

- Manage incoming fundraising leads across fundraiser recruitment
- Manage individual fundraising comms from sign up to challenge completion (with support from Marketing and Fundraising Manager)
- Manage individual donor and major donor comms where relevant
- Manage the admin for our Community Fundraising projects (e.g. our 34k Challenge)
- Regularly update our Grant Prospecting database and stay on top of new opportunities and upcoming deadlines
- Maintain our fundraising events calendar
- Produce regular reports from our fundraising platforms (JustGiving, Enthuse, Donr etc.)
- Support social media asset creation for fundraising projects
- Complete research tasks for fundraising event logistics
- Complete reports on fundraising event analysis
- Process and fulfil merchandise orders and manage customer queries
- Stay up-to-date with fundraising trends in the sector

Role Overview:
Our national programmes team is responsible for providing young people from across all our services with tailored support to help develop their independent living skills, and progress into education, employment, training or volunteering.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Programmes Coordinator. The appointed candidate will organise and deliver progression opportunities for young people supporting them to realise their ambitions into education, training, employment and volunteering (ETEV).
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise, promote and deliver sessions and programmes to support young people into education, training, volunteering or employment outcomes.
- Promote and support the awarding of education, training, employment and volunteering (ETEV) grants to young people to support their progression.
- Develop and deliver partnerships with organisations who can support Depaul clients in their progression into education, training, employment and volunteering.
- Coordinate client engagement activities in your region to meaningfully engage clients.
- Participate in internal/external meetings as required, and attend training events, conferences and other functions as necessary.
- Ensure you are kept up to date and abreast of the latest information/ research around ETEV and client involvement tools and methods

As Children’s Service Coordinator you will provide support to the Registered Manager to help launch and run a newly established team, in a brand-new solo home in Gloucestershire.
You would be based in a solo placement home in a beautiful setting in Gloucestershire, the home is for a young person with complex needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and leading a team of professional social care staff.
- You may be required to step up as deputy to the Registered Manager

The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives and ideally will have previously worked as Deputy Manager (preferred but not essential). What’s the job?
Working under the direction of Academic Representation Manager, you will coordinate and develop a Course Rep scheme that accurately and legitimately represents Manchester Met students and creates positive change and supervise and support the Faculty Organisers throughout the year in supporting course reps and the work of other union departments within faculties.
- You will lead on the course rep recruitment plan and training, including the delivery of the lead volunteer program, maintaining a partnership approach to delivering the Course Rep scheme, through positive relationships with university stakeholders and Union colleagues.
- You will organise and deliver events and workshops for Course Reps around particularly issues identified as relevant to their academic community and support the Academic Representation Manager with any projects, consultations or research into the academic experience at MMU.
