About the role

We are looking for an experienced and creative HR Engagement Coordinator to help us strengthen engagement, culture and communication across our hybrid workforce.

The is a hands-on role that role sits within a friendly, close-knit HR & OD team of four, working collaboratively to deliver engaging communication, culture and engagement initiatives that help our people feel connected, included and supported to do their best work. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, the postholder takes the lead on internal engagement activities, creating clear and consistent communication that encourages collaboration and participation.

The role plays a central part in organising our annual all-colleague event, working directly with our CEO on the logistics and programme for the day. Alongside this, the HR Engagement Coordinator provides important coordination across a wide range of HR & OD projects and workstreams, helping to bring together varied roles and responsibilities into a clear, joined-up approach.

By leading on HR communications and staff engagement, the role helps bridge the gap between the HR & OD team and the wider organisation, ensuring colleagues understand what we are working on, why it matters, and how they can get involved. Through regular updates and thoughtful engagement, the role supports visible progress, keeps work on track, and helps our people stay connected to the work that shapes their experience at CSP.

Working arrangements

Hybrid working

The CSP operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work between their home and the office. While we do not stipulate the number of days in the office, employees can decide, through discussions with their line managers, how, when, and where they work best, balancing the needs of the CSP, the team, and themselves. Employees are still expected to attend the office for in-person meetings when required for their role and the organisation. Homeworking is subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements, which include a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps and a dedicated space to work from.

Flexible working

We currently have employees working part-time, job share, compressed hours, adjusted start and finish times, and other non-standard working patterns. We are open to considering alternative arrangements and would welcome discussion with successful candidates about any specific flexibility they may require, subject to organisational needs.

This role at ISEAL is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration experience, interested in moving into a HR role or broadening their HR experience in an organisation is now consolidating recent growth. With significant recent growth in employee numbers and with staff based both in London and international locations, the HR function is looking to continue to strengthen its processes to provide excellent support throughout the employee lifecycle. Continuing the improvement journey already started, you will coordinate the induction processes for new employees as well as supporting regular HR processes linked to probation and performance reviews and employee communications.

ISEAL is committed to providing good learning and development opportunities, starting with the induction process. The Coordinator will take a lead in bringing new ideas on how to develop the learning programme as well as coordinating relevant training and developing a more consistent approach to training provision. The role will also have the opportunity to contribute to optimising our remaining HR processes and procedures, helping to identify opportunities for improvements and taking ownership of the introduction of a new HR system to provide easy to access services for staff.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a proven interest in working in HR, possibly with studies in a related field or work experience in a HR/administrative setting. You will be organised and a strong communicator. You understand the confidential nature of HR and enjoy supporting others and ensuring they get the best out of their time at ISEAL. A specific interest, or existing experience with, learning and development would be a bonus.

The Key Responsibilities we will entrust you with:

HR administration

• Support Senior Manager, HR & Operations in day-to-day delivery of ISEAL´s HR provision
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, contracts, and HR records in line with legal requirements in the UK and other locations of employment
• Support onboarding processes, coordinating and overseeing employee inductions, including ownership of keeping Employee Handbook up to date
• Help with and monitor the implementation and administration of all HR policies, procedures and tools
• Develop and deliver guidance and training for ISEAL staff and line managers about HR policies, practices and procedures
• Organise timely review of policies and communication of updates or changes to any such documents and procedures
• Coordinate annual performance review processes, ensuring timely completion of documents
• When required, support recruitment process managed by external consultant

Improvement to Processes

• Input to continued improvement of Learning and Development provision
• Implement move to new HR system, including contributing ideas for how best to use the system
• Support revision of HR policies to ensure all policies are up-to-date and new policies produced if needed

Systems, data and reporting

• Improve processes and systems for HR data capture and to ensure consistent and accurate data
• Help identify an appropriate HR system for increased automation of HR processes and employee self service functions
• Analyse employee and HR data and help prepare regular reports 

Essential experience, knowledge and attributes

• Experience working in the HR function in a small to medium sized organisation
• Experience working on learning and development function
• Previous experience in an administration or coordination role, working with a variety of administrative systems and tools
• Track record in contributing to improving processes or procedures
• Strong ability to communicate and work effectively with individuals in a partly remote, international environment, including occasional international time-zone calls
• Service-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills enabling effective relationships with internal clients and other stakeholders
• Excellent written and spoken English, with proven ability to provide clear guidance both in verbal and written format
• Proficient IT skills, familiarity with virtual meeting tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom, etc.)
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability issues
• Experience working with confidential information and an understanding of the need preserve confidentiality

Role Description

The Programme Coordinator will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of all student related events. This will include having a full understanding of the SEO-London law programmes; understanding the legal industry that the programme supports; how these fits into the SEO-London organisation and using this knowledge to liaise with students and client/partner firms to run, organise and market successful events. In turn this role will be responsible for using data to run reports to show the impact of each programme.  

Reporting to the Head of Law Programme, you will make recommendations for possible changes and ideas to further support the student experience. The role will also ensure a seamless and professional level of customer care to all students of the Corporate Law Programme and City Solicitors Horizons scheme.

Accountabilities

DAY TO DAY DELIVERY OF EVENTS 

• Responsible for the overall administration of all student events, with specific responsibility to ensure student communication is exceptional. Including event management, student and partner communication and coordination of all the relevant stakeholders, along with posting roles on opportunities pages, promoting events and managing the law commercial awareness newsletter content.  

 
STUDENT MANAGEMENT & QUERY HANDLING 

• Responsible for the relationship management of the students - including the ability to understand needs, resolve issues and anticipating and creating a strong relationship on behalf of SEO-London 
• Responsible for managing student query escalations and to identify where there are opportunities to improve communication, marketing, or the type of events 
• Responsible for managing the programme inbox (where applicable) 
• Responsible for identifying creative and innovative ways to connect, educate and train students
• Provide oversight of cv support, screening, and recruitment preparation  
• Responsible for attending campus events and representing SEO-London professionally with knowledge and enthusiasm 
• Organise mentoring and buddying allocations  

 QUALITY ASSURANCE 

• Responsible for ensuring that all information relating to the events and student data is managed within the GDPR guidelines and is updated in Salesforce effectively for tracking purposes.  Responsible for running reports to track and monitor events from the CRM.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for applicants with 1–2 years of experience in some of the areas listed below and a willingness to learn and develop additional skills:

Essential

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging online sessions
• Excellent business writing and organisational skills
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• A keen interest in, and some knowledge of, an aspiring solicitor’s early career journey (school and university stages)
• A collaborative team player with a “can-do” attitude, able to handle requests at short notice and work under pressure
• Ability to use Teams and Zoom, including creating and managing breakout rooms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

• Project management experience
• Experience with database management and data analysis, including applicant tracking systems (such as Salesforce)

About the role:

We are excited to be recruiting a 0.4 FTE Success Projects Coordinator to join the Success Projects team.

The role will support the delivery of success projects. This will include supporting with our university transition programme, Join the Dots, alongside supporting bespoke projects delivered in partnership with universities and schools that sit outside the charity’s established programmes. Priorities for the team include delivering and evaluating Join the Dots at a high quality, ensuring good engagement in our programmes, and prioritising projects that address discrete inequalities (for example, working with mature learners and young people who have been in local authority care). 

This role will support the delivery of projects to support these priorities. This includes working with partners to define the scope and objectives of projects, working with colleagues across other teams in the charity to deliver projects and managing the logistics of project delivery.

Lindengate is a mental health charity that supports children and adults of all ages with their mental, physical, and social wellbeing through nature-based activities.

Working under the Horticulture, Conservation & Site Lead, you will apply your horticultural and conservation expertise daily to run volunteer sessions, facilitate group activities, support training delivery, coordinate garden and conservation projects, and contribute to plant and produce sales — all while supporting wellbeing through nature.

The Sheppard Trust provides homes for older women in housing need, and we support them to live independently.  We reduce loneliness and isolation by fostering a supportive community spirit. 

We're planning to move to brand-new, purpose built accommodation near Hampton Court village in Surrey.   Whilst we wait for the build to complete, 20 of our existing residents are temporarily housed in Mill Hill, with 4 housed in Greenford.  Their new homes are expected to be ready in July 2026.   The aim of this role is to support these residents before, during and after our move, as well as to plan, organise and deliver the logistics of the moves.

We're a small friendly team who are currently flexibly hybrid working.  This role is based on 21 hours a week, with two visits per week to Mill Hill and occasional visits to Greenford and Hampton Court.  The rest of the work could be carried out from home if desired.  From July to September when the moves take place the workload will be higher and more on-site attendance may be necessary on move days.   

The right appointment is important to us, so we're willing to discuss proposals for alternative working arrangements including adding additional responsibilities to create a full time role. There will be the opportunity to apply for permanent positions at the  new site if wished.

About the Role

As Programme Coordinator for Money Heroes, you’ll play a pivotal role in our flagship primary programme, helping children develop financial capability.

You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager and Money Heroes team to:

• Coordinate teacher training events and programme delivery
• Support marketing, promotion, and social media campaigns
• Coordinate content development and website updates
• Help monitor and evaluate programme impact
• Provide high-level customer service to teachers, educators, and YE colleagues

This is a varied role with lots of scope for creativity, independence, and collaboration. You’ll see the difference you make every day — from supporting classroom learning to help children and young people build vital life skills.

• Deliver a high-quality experience for schools and partners, building positive working relationships with teachers, consultants, partner organisations and colleagues across Young Enterprise, including senior leaders.
• Support the delivery of the Money Heroes teacher training and mentoring offer, helping educators feel confident and well supported.
• Keep track of programme activities using databases and spreadsheets, including teacher and parent sign-ups and training or mentoring events.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and Programme Manager to support the growth and visibility of the programme, including contributing to marketing communications and coordinating activity to maintain engagement.

A few practical things

• This is a hybrid role based in London or Oxford, with a minimum of 8 office days per month
• The contract runs until December 2027
