The Role

Reporting to the Director, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen our fundraising strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in income to support our mission of protecting and restoring tropical forests and inspiring climate action.

The Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing an ambitious fundraising strategy, with a strong focus on corporate partnerships and trusts.

Working closely with the Director, Deputy Director, Finance and Grants Manager and Communications and Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive forward fundraising targets, cultivate new opportunities, and consolidate existing partnerships. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery, ensuring our fundraising approach is robust, ethical, and aligned with our values.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Strategy Development and Income Generation

● Develop and deliver a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the charity (with a strong but not exclusive focus on corporate partnerships),  aligned with the charity’s 5-year strategic plan.

● Research, identify, and build a pipeline of new funding opportunities to diversify and expand income streams, such as corporate partners, trusts and foundations,  high net worth individuals and individual giving.

● Prepare due diligence checks on potential new funding opportunities to be presented to the board / senior management.

● Develop compelling cases for support and tailored proposals to secure significant income from corporate partners primarily.

2. Systems and Process Improvement

● Establish and implement new systems for organising, stewarding, and monitoring corporate funders, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

● Introduce clear processes for donor stewardship, including trackers, reporting templates and potentially a new CRM system. 

● Ensure all fundraising activities comply with fundraising regulations, data protection requirements, and ethical fundraising principles.

3. Relationship Management and Stewardship

● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective corporate funders through effective stewardship and engagement.

● Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent relationship management for corporate partners.

● Work with the Communications and Marketing Manager to maximise fundraising campaigns such as the Big Give. 

4. Events and Engagement

● Lead on the planning and delivery of a flagship summer event designed to attract funders, with the aim of securing new partnerships and long-term support.

● Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the event is well-promoted, impactful, and aligned with the charity’s mission.

● Organise and attend meetings, presentations, and other events to engage with funders and promote the charity’s work. 

5. Reporting and Evaluation

● Monitor and report on fundraising income targets, maintaining accurate records of all funders and partnerships.

● Working with the relevant programmes teams, provide regular impact reports to funders, demonstrating the outcomes of their support.

● Evaluate the success of fundraising initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

6. Team Collaboration

● Work collaboratively across the team to develop funding proposals and case studies.

● Work closely with the Communications and Digital Fundraising Manager to develop online donations and regular gifts and improve the digital marketing and eNewsletter (for increasing donations). 

● Contribute to innovative fundraising campaigns and activities.

● Support and participate in wider organisational activities, including events and cross‑team initiatives as required.

● Contribute to annual budget setting and targets for fundraising.

● Line management of volunteers as required.

Training will be provided to ensure that all candidates feel supported in their role and progress in their career development. Welsh language training will be offered to support learning if necessary. IT training in WordPress and other essential software will also be offered. Travel across Wales will be required.

Seldom but occasional evening and weekend work may be required.Size of Wales has a flexible working policy.

Selection Criteria

1. Experience of working with corporations and/or businesses, approaching, building relationships and stewarding. 
2.  Experience developing or contributing to fundraising or income‑generation strategies, including identifying and prioritising new funding opportunities.
3.  Ability to research, assess, and build a pipeline of prospective funders, such as corporate partners, trusts, foundations, or individual supporters.
4. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling proposals or cases for support tailored to different audiences.

The role

This is an exciting new role within RHASS, where you will have have the opportunity to shape the direction of the role. The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of commercial revenue across the Royal Highland Show (RHS), focusing on new new income streams, high-value partnerships, and diversification of commercial activity

This is a strategic and externally focused role responsible for market development, corporate engagement, and long-term commercial planning, ensuring that all opportunities align with RHASS’s mission and brand.

You will manage the full commercial development cycle—market mapping, lead generation, proposition design, negotiation, contracting and account management - while maintaining close working relationships with various departments to ensure alignment and support across commercial activity.

Strategic Business Development

• Develop and deliver a commercial growth strategy aligned with RHASS and RHS priorities.
• Work with the Head of Show to develop and implement a long-term commercial strategy aligned with RHS’s goals and priorities.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities that sit outside existing commercial models, adding incremental value to the Show.
• Proactively identify and create compelling business cases and commercial proposals for new ventures.
• Act as the point of contact for key commercial partners, ensuring strong relationships and long-term retention..

Business Development & External Engagement

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate partners, clients, and commercial customers.
• Engage collaboratively with Sponsorship and Trade Stands teams where appropriate to support joined-up commercial conversations and maximise overall show value.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote RHS commercial opportunities and build relationships.
• Liaise with the relevant Chief Stewards, the Operations team, and external contractors to ensure smooth and professional delivery of the show.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure commercial opportunities are aligned with wider RHS initiatives, events, and brand strategy.

Event Delivery & Partner Experience

• Plan and oversee commercial client activations and hospitality experiences at the Royal Highland Show.
• Provide on-site leadership to ensure commercial partners receive first-class service and fulfilment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent logistics, communications, and end-to-end partner satisfaction.

Merchandise & Corporate Liaison

• Support the development and expansion of RHS merchandise and commercial product lines, working closely with Sponsorship Executive & Marketing.
• Lead corporate sales for the Royal Highland Show (e.g., hospitality, group bookings, commercial packages).
• Contribute to the development of new revenue-generating projects, products, or commercial models.

• Proven experience in business development, commercial growth, or new revenue generation, ideally within events, exhibitions, visitor attractions, or complex commercial environments.

The Down's Syndrome Association (DSA) is the only charity in the UK dedicated to supporting people with Down's syndrome and their families throughout life.  We provide information, advocacy, and practical support, and work to improve awareness, inclusion, and understanding across society.  Fundraising is vital to ensuring we can continue and grow this work, and partnerships play a key role in helping us achieve our ambitions.

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and relationship-driven Corporate and Community Fundraiser to join our Fundraising Team   Thia role will focus primarily on developing and managing corporate parnerships, including sponsorship, employee fundraising, and wider business engagement.  Alongside this, the role will support the growth of community fundrasing initiatives, helping to strengthen grassroots support and local engagement. 

This role will contribute to the delivery of a combined corporate and community fundraising strategy, with a strong emphasis on partnership development, supporter stewardship, and income growth.

The successful candidate will have at least two years' experience in fundraising, with a strong preferance for corporate fundraising.  The successful candidate will be part of the Fundraising team, with specific responsibility of development of Corporate and Community supporters.

The Relationship Fundraising team at Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK) is responsible for securing income from individuals, regional businesses and groups fundraising in the community, effectively managing relationships to maximise income.

The Relationship Fundraising role will play a significant part in contributing to a high-performing fundraising team. The role will cover area of West London.

You will report to the Relationship Fundraising Manager and support the Head of Relationship Fundraising & Volunteering to drive the continued growth of the charity’s fundraising income in your area. You will also be required to show excellent relationship-building skills to support community partnerships and volunteer groups, driving towards agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy, finance, and reporting

· Responsibility for stewardship and relationship building with supporters within the region.

· Identify and apply for ‘Charity of the Year’ partnerships with corporates in the region, account manage these relationships up to a value of £50,000 per annum and support the Partnership Development Team with national partnerships in your region.

· Support existing volunteer fundraisers to encourage continued loyalty to the charity and to maximise funds raised, in accordance with fundraising legislation and good practice.

· Recruit new fundraising supporters in line with strategy.

· Support the Relationship Fundraising Manager (RFM) and Head of Relationship Fundraising (HORF) in developing the Relationship Fundraising strategy for ARUK to increase income within this stream.

· Support, motivate and develop local fundraising volunteers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of ARUK to enable them to represent the charity’s work effectively.

Increasing Community Support within geographical area

· Liaise with local community organisations (predominantly golf clubs) – both previous and new potential supporters – to extend income and activity in line with strategy.

· Arrange appropriate volunteer representation at events in the community, spreading the charity’s reach cost-effectively.

· Identify, research and target prospective community organisations, in liaison with RFM.

· Accurately track and record contact with both community and corporate prospects for planning and reporting purposes.

Monitoring and Reporting

· Ensure that your activity is monitored and evaluated, clearly communicating progress to your Relationship Fundraising Manager.

· Manage relevant information on the charity’s database, keeping detailed, up-to-date records of activity and income.

We are the charitable arm of Bedford Blues Rugby Club. We use the values of rugby and sport to change lives through interventions and programmes that support our local community. Launched in April 2020, we deliver bespoke projects that are designed to support our target audiences and help young people tackle their personal challenges. Role Overview:

Our Fundraising Manager will play a major part in significantly increasing our growth in fundraising activities, including corporate and individual giving, community events and support our strong relationships with local businesses, schools and clubs, increasing grassroots engagement. They will lead our restricted and unrestricted fundraising as we enter another exciting period of growth for our charity. The role will manage and implement a high-quality marketing plan to demonstrate our impact and promote our services. They will lead our events, maximising their potential fundraising potential and increase brand awareness. Guts UK is the only charity that covers the digestive system from top to tail, including the gut, the liver and the pancreas. The charity focuses particularly on the conditions that have no other specific charity or voice - conditions that are underserved, such as pancreatitis, diverticular disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), childhood gut and liver disease, and digestive cancers. With their mission being to improve the lives of the millions of people affected by digestive conditions, they are looking for their first Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager to help them reach that goal.

The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high net worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Guts UK, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.

With some fantastic corporate partnerships in place already, there is great potential to build on the existing foundations and leverage those corporate partnerships to secure more ranging from transactional right up to transformational.

The philanthropy function has green shoots to nurture and develop. This is an exciting role for a candidate who wants to grow and shape this income stream, and demonstrate their personal impact on generating income, and providing donors with an incredible supporter experience.

This role would suit an experienced, corporate and/or philanthropy fundraiser with well-developed relationship management skills. Someone who is excited by the opportunity of shaping, developing and elevating these important supporters for the charity.

Guts UK are open to applications from those looking to develop their expertise and will be fully supported, should they not have equal experience in corporate partnerships and philanthropy. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate experience across areas such as corporate prospecting, pitching and account management. 

Guts UK is a small charity with big ambition so a background that includes working within a smaller charity would be helpful for the candidate to have but isn't essential.

St Giles is entering an exciting new phase with an ambitious Voluntary Fundraising Strategy for 2026–2029. We are looking for a talented and driven Fundraising Manager to play a central role in delivering this strategy and helping us:

• Diversify our income generation model
• Increase voluntary income by 15% across restricted and unrestricted funding

This role has a strong focus on Trusts & Foundations, Individual Giving and Legacy, with responsibility for managing and growing income across these streams. You will be an excellent relationship builder, confident engaging senior stakeholders and equally comfortable writing high-quality funding applications for five and six-figure grants.

You will manage a fundraising income budget of approximately £2.2m, working collaboratively across teams to maximise impact and income.

Key responsibilities

Trusts & Foundations

• Lead on Trusts & Foundations applications and relationship management, working with the Trusts & Foundations Officer and Head of Voluntary Fundraising to raise £2m per year
• Develop and deliver high-quality written applications, presentations and pitches for 5, 6 and 7-figure funding opportunities
• Provide excellent stewardship to funders, including reporting, meetings, visits and events
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to produce strong funding bids
• Work collaboratively with frontline teams to develop service delivery models and budgets
• Identify innovative ways to grow unrestricted income

Individual Giving & Legacy

• Manage and deliver the Individual Giving and Legacy strategy
• Grow income through single and regular giving appeals
• Work with the Communications team to develop and launch two national or local fundraising appeals per year
• Identify and engage Ambassadors and Patrons to increase reach and impact

Campaigns, systems & finance

• Manage appeals, campaigns and events raising £200,000 per year across Individual Giving, Appeals and Legacy
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using ETapestry, ensuring GDPR compliance
• Manage multiple fundraising platforms (e.g. Enthuse, PayPal Giving, Payroll Giving) and continuously improve systems and processes
• Work closely with Finance to set, monitor and review budgets

Organisational responsibilities

• Uphold confidentiality, data protection and IT security policies

About you

Experience & knowledge

Guts UK is the only charity that covers the digestive system from top to tail, including the gut, the liver and the pancreas. The charity focuses particularly on the conditions that have no other specific charity or voice - conditions that are underserved, such as pancreatitis, diverticular disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), childhood gut and liver disease, and digestive cancers. With their mission being to improve the lives of the millions of people affected by digestive conditions, they are looking for their first Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager to help them reach that goal.

The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and high net worth individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Guts UK, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.

With some fantastic corporate partnerships in place already, there is great potential to build on the existing foundations and leverage those corporate partnerships to secure more ranging from transactional right up to transformational.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fundraising Officer to join the Heartlands Hospital Charity Team.

Your role will be key in helping to build new relationships with the public to provide information about the work of the Charity and inspiring people to fundraise, as well as hospital staff within Heartlands Hospital.

About the Role

As a Heartlands Fundraising Officer you will primarily be based at Heartlands Hospital in Birmingham, with occasional travel to other hospital sites and off site to attend meetings and events.

You will be key in helping to build new relationships with the public and hospital staff within Heartlands Hospital, as well as with existing supporters.

The role includes proactively going out to meet people to provide information about the work of the Charity and inspiring people to fundraise. It also involves spending time in the Charity Hub to speak to hospital staff, patients and members of the public and tell them more about our work.

Within the role there is opportunity to grow and develop into areas of interest and learn about the work of the wider charity.

The Fundraising Officer will work closely with other members of the hospital charity, providing secretarial and administrative support to the Fundraising Team and the Charity overall, including having responsibility for accurate data inputting of donations, fundraising and Gift Aid claims and correspondence with donors and fundraisers.

The role will involve lots of face-to-face fundraising so it would suit someone who is very sociable and is confident talking about the Charity to a variety of audiences.

This role will involve occasional evening and weekend work at charity events and events organised by our supporters.

Corporate Fundraiser

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
Location: Home based, with frequent travel, particularly within London – the ideal candidate will be based in Greater London

For the past 8 years, we’ve been delivering financial education programmes that set children up for life. But we have so much more to do to ensure no child misses out.

Our plan for 2025 to 2027 focuses on strengthening our commitment to working with schools, families, and communities. We want to help people feel more confident talking about money. We will prioritise financial literacy in education and aim to increase funding for financial education programmes. Our goal is to ensure all children can make informed financial decisions as they grow up.

Our efforts also concentrate on expanding and strengthening our collaborations and partnerships with educational institutions, advocates, financial partners, and supporters.

We are looking for a relationship-driven Corporate Fundraiser to manage and grow our corporate partnerships and support our mission to improve financial education for children and young people across the UK.

This role will focus primarily on account management of existing corporate partners, most of whom are based in London and work within the financial services sector. Corporate partners support the charity through donations, participation in a collaborative supporter group, and employee volunteering.

A key part of the role will be coordinating our corporate volunteering programme, particularly school-based volunteering sessions where corporate employees deliver financial education workshops. You will manage the end-to-end process, working closely with corporate partners, schools and internal colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will also support new business development, helping to identify and secure new corporate partnerships, and will use Salesforce to manage relationships, pipelines and reporting.

You will ensure our different supporters have a fantastic experience at every step, and feel committed to supporting the charity’s work and furthering our impact for Little Londoners. We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our busy and ambitious Corporate Partnerships team.

You will lead on the growth and delivery of a suite of global and national partnerships worth c£400,000 per year.

You will have a proven track record of growing corporate income, with expertise in leading the management of both commercial and strategic partnerships. You will also be comfortable and confident building relationships with senior management and influencing to ensure partnership success and alignment with Action Against Hunger’s ambitions. The successful candidate will be an excellent relationship manager, possessing creativity, drive and ambition.

This is an important role in the Fundraising and Communications department, which has big ambitions to grow income in support of Action Against Hunger’s work. Corporate partnerships are key to our current and future success, and we seek a passionate, energetic and openminded colleague to manage some of our key accounts and contribute towards the fight against life-threatening hunger.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work with the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) and a number of our colleagues in the Action Against Hunger global network.
