We’re looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Producer who thrives on sharing the transformational impact of TLG’s work with diverse audiences. As a digitally savvy communicator, you’ll bring an abundance of fresh ideas and creative energy to how we engage people across our key channels - social media, website, and email. You’ll understand how to craft compelling content and copy that resonates, informs, and inspires.

As part of our Marketing, Communication & Advocacy team, you will campaign and communicate the work of TLG through a variety of channels, championing brand awareness, creativity and consistency throughout the charity. At the crux of this role is a desire and drive to creatively build awareness and inform varying audiences of the work and impact of TLG and enable them to understand more fully the barriers that struggling children face.

TLG is a Christian charity and, as a team, we want to bring our faith to the work we do; as such, we are recruiting an individual with a strong and vibrant Christian faith. Farm Assistant – Community Gardening

Based at Oasis Southampton City Farm, Green Lane, Southampton SO16 9FQ with some work at other community locations

Hours: Part-time (16 hours per week, 0.4FTE)

Contract: 3 Years Fixed Term

Salary: £10,616 per annum (£26,542 for 1 FTE)

Oasis Southampton City Farm is a community focused registered charity working in Southampton. We provide a range of supportive, wellbeing boosting, and nature-based activities for our communities, which include young people and adult learners with disabilities.

We are looking for a Community Gardening Assistant who will support the Farm Lead and community development lead for Southampton in delivering the vision for the farm, the oasis academies, and its wider community by supporting the growth of the farms garden project, as well as community gardens across the city. These tasks will include:

 · Delivering garden based educational and wellbeing boosting activities

· Working alongside our volunteers, young people, and adults with learning disabilities to care for the garden by planting, watering, and sowing.

· To work with Oasis Academies across the city, as well as partner organisations, to support the creation of community garden spaces to boost wellbeing across the city.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

· Relevant qualifications or experience in horticulture

· The flexibility to work across the week,

· Excellent verbal communication skills

· Proven ability to work alongside others in projects that work with the public.

· Punctuality, reliability, and honesty.

· Ability to always evidence the Oasis ethos and values.

Youth Development Outreach Worker

Oasis Community Hub Hadley and North Middlesex University Hospital

 Hours: Full-Time

Contract: Fixed Term to March 2026, (With View To Extend)

Salary:  £31,312 per annum, (Inclusive of London Allowance)

Oasis Community Hub Hadley encompasses a variety of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community. 

Oasis Community Hub Hadley is looking to recruit a Youth Development Outreach Worker to join the Oasis Youth Support project at North Middlesex University Hospital. This project offers support to young people who have attended the Emergency Department due to violence in order to promote positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Offering intensive 1:1 support to the young people referred to the project by hospital staff following an attendance at ED due to violence or aggression. Support for the young person can include liaising with parents/carers, safeguarding services and other agencies/networks with the purpose of increasing positive outcomes.

· Being a physical presence in the department, working with key staff within NMUH to ensure all young people who come into ED as a result of a violence or aggression are able to access support where required.

· Planning and delivering sessions focusing around specific areas of violence reduction for young people and professionals.

You could be successful in this role if you: 

· Have a relevant experience working with young people using a Youth Work approach and seen a positive impact from that work

· Are committed and passionate about working with young people who have experienced violence using a young person centred, trauma informed approach.

· Possess excellent oral/written communication and organisational skills.

· Are self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work to deadlines.
