We’re looking for a highly motivated senior programmes officer with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to run the Schools’ Outreach programmes. These include, but are not limited to, Work Experience Programmes, Corporate Mentoring Programmes and Corporate Insight Days
Annual Rate: £35,000 to £38,000 (pro rata)
Location: The ideal candidate will be based in London. This role is 3 to 4 days per week working from home and 1 to 2 days in the office. Additionally, there will be travel to schools, companies and event venues across England.

About the Role

About you
This role requires experience of assisting in managing a shop including knowledge of retail and health and safety legislation and administrative/cash handling experience.
You will also have an ability to deal with customers and maintaining a high level of customer service, have good verbal, written communication skills, as well as being comfortable using IT and EPOS reporting. You will have an ability to motivate yourself and others, have excellent organisational skills and be comfortable working under pressure and dealing with changing priorities. Please note you must also be willing and available to work flexibly across 7 days per week according to a rota which will be agreed in advance with your manager.

The role:
In the Foundation Management Role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of activities that support the Foundation's mission and operations. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and passionate about social impact, with strong communication and project management skills.

- This person will take the lead in delivering the next 12 months of Snowdrop’s fundraising strategy, driving forward strategic development, implementing learning and further developing the fundraising team to deliver on its fundraising ambitions in line with the wider organisational strategy.
- The Head of Fundraising role sits within the Senior Leadership team at Snowdrop and is responsible to contribute to the overall leadership, strategic management and continued development of the organisation

Purpose of Role
As Senior Fundraising Campaigns Project Manager you will take a key role in the planning and delivery of Comic Relief’s fundraising campaigns, developing project management best practices, managing project managers, and ensure the overarching planning, management and coordination of projects.
