• Work with project teams to collate accurate reporting and impact data for the partnership accounts you manage and look for impact opportunities for your pipeline prospects
• Collaborate with teams across Carers Trust to build pitch decks, proposal toolkits and engagement tools for the corporate team to deliver to partners and prospects
• Work with the Corporate Manager and Head of Corporate to sell and scale our new employability offer to corporate prospects

Your role in our vision
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced Corporate Partnership Lead with a strong track record of growing, and managing high value Retail, strategic and commercial partnerships that exceed income targets and help to drive societal change. The successful applicant will be the external face and day to day lead for Marie Curie's large, high-value corporate partnership with Morrisons.

What you will be doing

- Leading the day-to-day management and growth, of one of our high value partnerships, focusing on staff & colleague fundraising, cause related marketing and project funding to meet and exceed financial targets.

- Working with the Senior Corporate Partnership Lead to identify strategic opportunities within the retailer that achieve partnership goals, support business objectives, and enable the partnerships to drive societal change.

- Leading on the development and delivery of robust, creative, and commercially strong partnership plans, stewardship, communications, and fundraising plans, and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve this.

- Achieve and exceed financial targets agreed and report on all financial arrangements with corporate clients ensuring that all income and expenditure is accounted for and appropriately included in the budget.

- Undertake day to day line management duties including setting objectives, holding regular one to ones, coaching and identifying development opportunities to nurture the talent of the team.

Key Criteria:

- Proven track record in Strategic partnership and project planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation in a commercial corporate-charity partnership setting.

- Experience with successfully pitching and retaining existing partners, from proposal development to employee vote strategies.

- Experience of meeting and exceeding income targets.

- Experience of identifying, prospecting, and securing income opportunities with corporate partners.

- Strong knowledge of corporate charity landscape, key sector and partnership trends, commercial insight, and awareness.

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate with a wide range of audiences at all levels.

- A creative thinker with an eye for detail who can come up with innovative ideas for company approaches, fundraising, communication, and stewardship campaigns.

We’re seeking someone to join our community fundraising and events team at the Royal Society for Blind Children (RSBC) and help us grow our income to support children and young people with vision impairments.

This role joins us at an exciting time as we are building our community and events fundraising programme and offering new ways to engage. A focus of this role will be supporting our London Marathon team – a pillar of our C&E fundraising – building on the outstanding stewardship journey we offer our runners, and crucially thinking creatively about the stewardship journey once they’ve crossed the finish line, inspiring our fundraisers to continue supporting us.

Flynne’s Barn is a charity supporting young people living with cancer. We offer residential stays in the Lake District, bringing young people with a shared experience of cancer together to build community. The Purpose of the Role

The ideal candidate is a technical leader and expert in the corporate consumer goods sector – such as retail, travel, food products, etc. They will have demonstrated experience building 7-figure corporate partnerships in support of humanitarian and development work, and a robust network of funders, experts, and decision-makers in the consumer goods and other corporate sectors. In addition to supervising and mentoring a team of consumer goods sector fundraisers, the Associate Director will have a dedicated portfolio of partners, focusing on sustained revenue generation and humanitarian impact.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•  Work with the Senior Director, Global Corporate Partnerships to develop and deliver a robust strategy for the consumer goods sector, identifying and initiating strategies for the consumer goods through a variety of partnership models.
• Cultivate a $2-3M+ USD portfolio of partners with a focus on sustainable funding, diversified funding streams, growing unrestricted funds and expanding influence.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential Qualifications

Work Experience:

•  Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
• Technical expertise and experience working in the consumer goods industry and community
• Strong experience of front-line corporate fundraising and/or partnership development experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience leading 1-2 full time team, preferably fundraising

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

Fundraising and Events Officer - Norfolk & Suffolk

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual, with excellent communication and project management skills, and experience of arranging, executing and evaluating successful fundraising events, to meet the fundraising targets, set by our Board and thereby support the vital services we deliver to people affected by domestic abuse across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Key responsibilities

• Manage partnerships - Steward a portfolio of trusts, corporates, and individual donors, ensuring consistent communication, timely reporting,  and strong funder retention.

• Lead on bid and application writing - Write tailored and compelling funding applications, proposals, and case materials for grant-giving bodies, corporates, and HNWIs.

• Support senior fundraisers across the team - Assist colleagues working on major partnerships by providing background research, preparing proposals and meeting materials, and helping to coordinate follow-up actions.

• Provide regular updates and comms to funders - Ensure all funders receive timely, engaging updates on programme delivery, impact and outcomes, maintaining trust and strengthening long-term relationships.

• Identify and qualify new prospects - Proactively research and assess new funding opportunities. Bring warm leads into the pipeline and contribute insight to support strategic alignment.

• Respond to inbound funding enquiries - Manage and convert lower-level inbound opportunities, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses that align with Hatch’s offer and impact areas.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and support reporting - Keep the fundraising pipeline up to date in Salesforce and Monday. Track deadlines, ensure data accuracy, and support internal reporting and team coordination.

• Coordinate cross-team collaboration - Work with Programmes and Marcoms teams to gather inputs for applications and reports, prepare for funder meetings, and ensure aligned messaging.

• Use data and storytelling to showcase impact - Contribute to the development of reports, updates, and communications that clearly demonstrate Hatch’s value and the impact of our work with funders.

Person specification

We are looking for a relationship-driven fundraiser who can grow and manage a funder portfolio, write compelling funding bids, deliver employee engagement and volunteering opportunities, and support wider team success. You’ll need to be confident working across income streams and motivated by social impact.

Essential skills and experience:

• Excellent relationship management skills, with experience stewarding funders or clients

• Strong bid and proposal writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling content

• Proven ability to research, assess, and qualify new prospects

• Ability to provide timely, well-crafted funder communications and updates

• Experience in creating and delivering funder volunteering and engagement activities.

• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining records and reporting

• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

• A collaborative approach and willingness to work cross-functionally

• Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented

Desirable skills and experience:

• A background that reflects the lived experiences of underrepresented communities Hatch exists to support, including but not limited to those marginalised by race, gender, disability, or socio-economic background

• Experience working in fundraising across multiple income streams

• Familiarity with funder reporting requirements and impact measurement

• Experience with high-net-worth individual giving or corporate partnerships

The Role

· Responsible for engaging with and developing positive relationships with hospital colleagues, patients and families.

· Develop innovative fundraising campaigns specifically aimed at raising awareness and funds for the Cancer Centre.
