The Corporate Partnerships Manager will lead the development of a new corporate partnerships programme. The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) is a unique and dynamic membership organisation which comprises 15 of the UK’s leading humanitarian agencies. 

The DEC launches appeals when there is a humanitarian emergency of such magnitude to warrant a national UK response, with most DEC funds being raised over an intensive two-week period following a disaster. DEC fundraising appeals benefit from the combined expertise of our member agencies, resulting in wide-reaching appeals across high-profile TV, radio, and an increasing number of digital channels. 

Reporting to the Head of Public Fundraising, the Direct Marketing Manager (Acquisition) is responsible for delivering key direct marketing activities during appeals for major disasters or emergencies. You will work with key suppliers and agencies to implement the offline marketing campaign (e.g. press, outdoor, DRTV and direct mail), and the Public Fundraising team to utilise a large database of supporters for communication by email, SMS, and direct mail. You will identify new fundraising channels and ideas for increasing the impact of income generation. 

As Direct Marketing Manager (Acquisition), you will: 

• Contribute to and develop DEC direct marketing strategies

Role Requirements

• Work in collaboration with the Senior Placement Managers and multidisciplinary team to manage the child’s pathway from the time they are accepted for admission, through their care pathway and discharge.

About the role

This new role will join our corporate partnerships team to build on our success of working with UK headquartered companies to raise vital funds to support our vision of a decent home for all. The role will focus exclusively on new partnerships and with scope to define what sectors are prioritised within the first year of post such as construction, logistics, transport, or manufacturing.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Identifying and engaging with prospective corporate partners, developing, and nurturing relationships to secure new partnerships
• Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential corporate supporters, leveraging your existing network, and researching new leads
• Creating compelling and tailored proposals, showcasing the value of partnerships and the positive impact they can have on our mission.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to drive successful partnerships.
• Providing regular updates on new business activities, pipeline progress, and partnership outcomes
• Representing at relevant events and conferences, expanding our reach within the corporate sector

The role will help to develop and increase income for Habitat GB from corporate partners. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships and working closely with our new business executive and partnership manager. •  Experience of pitching and presenting clear, emotive, and compelling content to a wide range of potential audiences, from the reception desk to the boardroom.

High Value Partnerships Manager (Corporate and Trusts)

We are looking for an experienced Trust and Corporate Manager - to be known as a High Value Partnerships Manager - to join our small and friendly fundraising team. You will be responsible for driving our strategy for fundraising from Corporate Partnerships and Trusts & Grants, both of which are already well-established income streams with lots of great potential. You will also use your experience to identify, attract and win new partnerships.

Hours:30 hours per week (negotiable for the right candidate)

Purpose of the role

• Accountable for winning and delivering partnerships with Corporates and Trust & Grants, with support from a Fundraising Officer

• Experience of creating and delivering a High Value strategy
• Experience of the full fundraising pipeline, including researching, cultivating and securing multi-year 5 or 6 figure donations from Trusts, Foundations or Corporate Partnerships (experience of both income streams a plus)
• Excellent relationship building skills up to a senior level
• Ability to project manage the delivery of partnerships including impact reporting
• Experience working in a CRM and analysing data to inform decision-making (Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships Manager (New Business) to join the RNID, the national charity supporting more than 18 million people in the UK who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. You’ll be working in their small and ambitious corporate partnerships team reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our small and dynamic team. This new role will support the Head of Partnerships and wider WFN team in delivering our fundraising strategy, stewarding high-value donor relationships, and unlocking new opportunities for income growth. 

The Partnerships Manager will work directly with some of WFN’s existing portfolio of 30 Major Donors made up primarily of Trusts, Family Foundations and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) supporters, with some Corporates. The Partnerships Manager will maintain close professional relationships with supporters that are bespoke and require excellent interpersonal skills, with most meetings taking place in-person, in central London.
