You’ll be: (Responsibilities):

• Designing implementing and evaluating a best-in-class staff volunteering programme which strengthens the Foundation and Club’s community impact.
• Acting as the main point of contact for the volunteer network (comprising Chelsea FC staff, Foundation staff and other stakeholders such as corporate partners and supporters).
• Working collaboratively across the Foundation’s Programmes, Fundraising and Club HR teams to identify volunteer needs and design appropriate roles and responsibilities.
•  Overseeing the engagement and training of volunteers, particularly those of our corporate partners, ensuring consistently positive experiences.
• Leading on coordinating, administering and facilitating smooth delivery of volunteering activities and engagements.
• Working with the Impact and Evaluation team to capture outcomes, analyse feedback and consistently improve the volunteering offer.
• Producing regular reports on volunteer engagement and impact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring all volunteering activity complies with health, safety, safeguarding and legal standards
• Maintaining accurate volunteer records and ensuring compliance with Data Protection requirements.
• Championing a culture of volunteering across the Club and Foundation, celebrating contributions, showcasing impact, and ensuring volunteers feel valued and motivated. 
• Providing additional support to the Fundraising team as and when required.
• Successful delivery of a high-quality volunteering programme that meets Foundation and Club objectives.
• Positive feedback from volunteers, partners and staff, with evidence of impact shared.
• Managing multiple work streams and requests, demonstrating good judgement to prioritise these.

You’ll have: (Experience)

 Experience:

• Experience in managing or coordinating volunteers, preferably within a charity, community or sport setting.
• A strong track record in successful project management and programme delivery.

About the Role

Do you have a creative flair and a passion for collaboration? We’re looking for someone to help shape and deliver a public engagement and events programme that showcases Headway East London’s occupational projects in art, food and music, strengthens partnerships, and raises awareness of brain injury.

The role is to work closely with our members, you will co-produce events, workshops and creative projects that highlight their experiences and talents. Also, nurture and develop relationships with partners and stakeholders, identify new opportunities for collaboration and ensure members are meaningfully involved in all aspects of engagement.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Public Engagement Programme Delivery

• Support the delivery of a public engagement programme that raises awareness of brain injury and showcase our creative work in art, food, and music.
• Work closely with the Director of Development and staff teams to identify and develop opportunities for public engagement (e.g. exhibitions, performances, and community events).

​Member Co-production and Creative Participation

• Work closely with members to support their participation in projects and events, ensuring their voices and experiences contribute to the planning and delivery.
• Support in facilitating steering groups or member planning sessions to shape ideas and gather feedback for improvements.

Partnerships and External Relationships

• Support in building and maintaining positive relationships with local organisations, cultural venues, and community partners to broaden our reach and profile.
• Represent Headway East London at events, meetings and community forums, acting as a positive ambassador for the organisation and its members.

 Event, Operations and Delivery

• Support all logistical aspects of events, including venue booking, liaising with suppliers, organising materials, and coordinating volunteers.
• Contribute to event promotion and audience engagement, including managing guest lists, ticketing, and attendee communications.

Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting

• Support the collection of feedback, stories, and data from events and projects to evaluate their success and impact.
• Support with monitoring and reporting processes that inform fundraising, communications, and project planning.

Now in its second decade of operations, Inter Mediate is seeking a Senior Associate to join our small, specialised team. The post is based in London with frequent travel to South and East Asia.

The Senior Associate will be responsible for working with the relevant Project Directors to support the management and delivery of existing Inter Mediate conflict resolution and dialogue projects, with a geographic focus on South and East Asia. Role Description

The Funding and Insights Officer supports the Head of Funding and Partnerships (HFP) in delivering HACT’s fundraising and income generation objectives in line with the organisation’s business strategy. This role focuses on identifying new business and funding opportunities, conducting market, sector and competitor research, and generating actionable insights to support HACT’s marketing, customer engagement, and income generation strategies.

Reporting to the HFP, they will contribute to fundraising applications to trusts, foundations, and corporates, support the services team in developing compelling and proposals for HACT’s research and consultancy work, and carry out desk-based market research to inform the activities of the marketing and customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, sector and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks relevant to HACT’s programmes and services

Now three and a half years old, the team has already established early strengths in major donor, trust and foundation fundraising, and plays an important role in advancing ARU’s mission around participation and social mobility. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Communications and Recruitment, the Vice Chancellor and the Chief Operating Officer, you will have the opportunity to influence at a senior level and help shape a visible culture of philanthropy across the university. You will lead a growing team, foster innovation, and harness digital and AI tools to enhance donor and alumni engagement. This role will also connect with our expanding international development remit, opening new opportunities to engage ARU’s global alumni community and build relationships that have both regional and worldwide impact.

You will bring a strong track record in major gift fundraising and strategic relationship management, with experience across multiple income streams including individuals, trusts and corporates. A confident and inclusive leader, you will inspire your team and colleagues to achieve shared success, building collaboration and creativity across the function.

You will be skilled at developing compelling cases for support and using insight, data and storytelling to connect people to purpose. Experience in higher education or a large, complex, mission-driven organisation would be an advantage, as would familiarity with CRM systems such as Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and the use of digital and AI-driven approaches to engagement.

To enhance our partnership working & communications to nurture supportive relationships in our community.

· Establishing, developing, maintaining & cultivating strong partnership working with individuals & organisations that support our work (including educational institutions, corporates, non-profits & other organisations).

· Nurturing partnerships to raise awareness of our work & enhance associated income opportunities.

· Developing partnership models, value propositions & partnership packages tailored to prospective supporters that facilitate support delivery, community engagement & organisational growth.

· Supporting co-design initiatives where appropriate with partners & beneficiaries.

· Supporting with marketing & communications tailored across platforms to our supporters & partners.

· Supporting with strategic marketing, communications & social media activities.

General

· Contributing towards creative idea exploration surrounding the growth & expansion of GINA, services, products & resources.
