About the Role
As CEO, you will provide strategic leadership and operational management, ensuring our services continue to make a meaningful impact. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the organisation with passion and integrity, upholding our values in everything we do
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance and expand our services
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, commissioners and partner organisations
- Ensuring financial sustainability, overseeing budgets and securing funding opportunities
- Maintaining governance and compliance standards, ensuring all activities meet legal, ethical and regulatory requirements
- Inspiring and supporting our dedicated staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence

The Director of Policy, Strategy and Governance is a new leadership role at the forefront of shaping and communicating our strategic direction.
As a member of the executive team reporting to the CEO, the Director will work with school leaders, other key external partners and teams within Camden Learning to drive high standards and grow a school-led system striving for both excellence and equity.
The Director will be responsible for leading, developing and communicating Camden Learning’s strategic direction, including plans for future growth and success. This entails keeping abreast of current developments, not only identifying opportunities and trends but also developing and supporting innovative approaches while ensuring alignment with Camden Learning’s goals.
The Director will be responsible for overall governance effectiveness, as well as provide strategic leadership for school governor services, ensuring effective support for governors in their key strategic and statutory roles. This includes establishing high-quality development and training programmes, the provision of a clerking service and bespoke support for governing bodies, as needed.
We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of shaping this role from day one – a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a champion of inclusive governance. The Team Manager Role
We’re looking for someone to work full time, 37.5 hours a week, to manage our Homlessness Prevention Service for people at risk of homelessness across Worcestershire; to manage the wider team of seniors, coordinators and support workers, and work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver on contractual KPIs. The service also delivers the SWEP Night Shelters across the six districts in Worcestershire.
You’ll have an opportunity to expand services that make a real difference in the lives of people who are currently homeless or at risk of losing tenancies.
You’ll ensure the service is set up to promote independence, provide high quality practical and emotional support, and to promote portable and sustainable outcomes.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll have a flexible and highly responsive approach to working, with relevant homelessness service experience. Due to the nature of travel between service areas, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport.
