The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Roundhouse’s fundraising team as a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator, supporting the day-to-day running of the Corporate Partnerships programme and playing a vital role in the delivery of exceptional experiences for our corporate partners.

Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager, this role provides essential administrative, account management, and new business support. We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive, collaborative approach to supporting a busy team and stewarding our corporate partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across partnership delivery, events, communications, and fundraising, all while helping the Roundhouse grow its community of engaged and values-aligned corporate supporters.

Occasional evening and weekend work will be required according to business needs.

Our Fundraising Manager will play a critical leadership role within the Partnerships team, driving growth in philanthropic income through high-value donor engagement. The post holder will be responsible for cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of major donors, including HNWIs, senior business leaders, and key trusts and foundations while identifying and converting new prospects through MFL’s networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a strategic plan for major donor stewardship and new donor cultivation. Building and leading major donor relationships.

We’re looking for an Events Partnership Manager to join our Fundraising Events team. This is a key role focused on building and managing relationships with organisations, community groups, clubs and corporate partners to recruit teams of participants for our fundraising events. You’ll lead on developing and delivering partnership strategies that drive sign-ups and support the growth of our events portfolio across the UK.

We are looking for an energetic policy and corporate affairs professional to join the Police Now team and play a key role in shaping understanding of our programmes, build support amongst stakeholders, and lead the conversation on police reform and culture change.

Police Now’s mission is to transform communities, reduce crime and increase public confidence in policing. • Be curious about police reform, be actively contributing on external thinking about this and ensure Police Now colleagues are kept abreast of key developments.
• Provide expert policy advice to officials at the Home Office, other Government Departments, and Parliamentarians on the work of Police Now through contributions to White Papers and Committee Investigations.
• Be proactive in looking for opportunities for Police Now such as organising visits, participating in roundtables, and playing an active role in relevant conferences.
• Ensure that Police Now fulfils its obligations to Government in return for public investment and is responsive to the needs of the Home Office and other organisations. You will provide accurate information for answers to Parliamentary Questions in a timely manner, input for Ministerial briefings and correspondence and advice on police and skills policy issues to the Government as appropriate.

Key Requirements

• Experience of influencing and advocating within a policy and public affairs environment, you will be confident in communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Engage Ministers, MPs, Mayors, Police and Crime Commissioners and their teams in a way that enhances Police Now's reputation as an expert, insight-led organisation with a strong record of delivery that represents excellent value-for-money.
• You will have a strong understanding of Westminster, Whitehall and the Mayoralities and build good working relationships with key decision-makers. Some experience of media handling around public policy issues is desirable as you will work closely with the communications manager at Police Now.
• Essential skills are the ability to write well, communicate effectively and be confident in engaging senior stakeholders. A demonstrable interest or background in policing or related public services would be of assistance in working with internal stakeholders.
• Above all, you must demonstrate for a passion the Police Now mission, be proactive in identifying opportunities to share Police Now's impact, and be a great team player.

This charity is committed to improving social mobility in the UK. Their work is focused on improving social mobility through education opportunities. Their mission is to level the playing field for young people from low-income backgrounds so that they have a fair chance of accessing leading universities, apprenticeships, and jobs. With a three-pronged approach including programmes, research, and policy advocacy, this organisation supports nearly 12,000 young people each year and they have been able to work towards keeping social mobility high in the political agenda.

As the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading the Corporate Partnerships team and delivering a strategy that will ensure excellent account management of existing partnerships and extending the portfolio with new multi-year partnerships. This role will sit on the Trusts' Extended Leadership Team and have strategic influence over corporate partnerships direction and income. With corporate partnerships income accounting for almost half of last year's income, this is an exciting opportunity to further corporate income for the Trust. Line managing three corporate fundraisers, this role will motivate the team to scope and develop relationships with new partnerships and will take a lead on those in the six to seven-figure space.

To be successful as the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will have proven experience of corporate partnerships fundraising and be able to evidence securing and managing multi-year high value partnerships of six and seven figures. This person will need to demonstrate how they have developed a successful fundraising strategy and ideally within corporate partnerships. They will also need to have previous line management or team leadership experience and display excellent stakeholder management skills for both internal and external relationships.

This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices for at least two days per week. The salary for this role is £56,000 to £68,000.

1. Partnership Development:
* Lead on the development of a new corporate partnerships programme for Look Ahead - researching, identifying, approaching, securing and activating a pipeline of new corporate partners
* Develop tailored proposals and partnership opportunities that align with Look Ahead's mission, vision, values and strategic objectives and meet needs of our services and people we support
* Work closely with Operations to identify corporate opportunities (e.g. to secure corporate funding for activity in a particular service, customer group or geographic location) and match and maximise potential corporate donors.

2. Partnership Management:
* Develop and implement partnership strategies that drive financial, in-kind and employee support (e.g. through challenge/community fundraising events) in support of Look Ahead's work
* Build, steward and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key corporate stakeholders, through a stewardship approach
* Lead the management of existing corporate partnerships, ensuring clear communication, tracking of deliverables, and maintaining a positive relationship with all stakeholders.
* Build on existing relationships developed through our corporate volunteering and social value activity, developing these into longer-term, higher-value partnerships

* Demonstratable previous success in achieving targets and raising five and six figure gifts.
