Kineara is looking for someone who can grow our fundraising potential and engage key stakeholders across the sector, while delivering engaging communications and outreach campaigns that demonstrate our social value and grow our support base. They will play a key role in helping Kineara develop our newly formed charitable arm, alongside our community interest company, to generate income through engaging fundraising campaigns, impact-driven communications and relationship-building with existing and potential funders. 

You will work closely with the Project Managers to identify how support services can reduce barriers to secure housing, work and school; prevent evictions and homelessness; and improve health and wellbeing of people facing challenges. You’ll use this understanding to motivate new stakeholders to invest in our work - whether charitable trusts, corporate foundations or individuals.

You will be keen to understand how our work makes a difference to people and use our impact to demonstrate our social value.  This role crosscuts a range of key charitable specialisms, so you may have experience working in communications and be keen to widen your skillset; you may have a background in impact evaluation; or you may have worked in fundraising or development for a non-profit. Job Description

Communications:     

• Develop, contribute to and implement impact-driven and strategic communications campaigns that build Kineara’s fundraising capacity and raise awareness of the issues
• Develop brand identity for Kineara’s new charitable arm, ensuring it is consistent across all activities in the organisation, while maintaining Kineara’s overall ‘look and feel’ to ensure coherence in branding, colours, messaging, style and approach.
• Oversee the creation, development, distribution of compelling, impact-driven story-telling about Kineara’s work and beneficiaries using interviews, blogs, case studies, etc.
• Use a range of platforms to distribute print and electronic content including, but not limited to, newsletters, brochures, leaflets, posters reports, e-newsletters, and Kineara’s website
• Work closely with IT and business managers to ensure smooth running of internal communications

• Work closely with Operations Manager and practitioners to embed outcomes, create frameworks for monitoring and evaluate Kineara’s projects; and produce yearly evaluations and Impact Report of Kineara’s services

Key responsibilities:

Job Summary

The Haringey Community Collaborative Manager is responsible for leading the development of the VCS Capacity Building strategy and the effective co-ordination of the Community Collaborative team which includes a Communications and Engagement Officer, a Workplace Development Manager, and a Capacity Building Manager.

We envisage the Haringey Community Collaborative Manager performing at either a primarily operational level or, for a more experienced candidate, at both operational and strategic levels. Strategically, the role would include a wider contribution to the strategic management and development of Public Voice, supporting the CEO as required. This would include leading the shaping and delivery of a Capacity Building strategy; representing the VCS Alliance at stakeholder meetings and influencing key stakeholders to better support Haringey’s VCS; as well as growing the reach and impact of the Capacity Building service by engaging new funders and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Philanthropy 

• Lead, develop and implement a Business Growth strategic plan that brings a mix of 
  sustainable income derived from individual giving, trusts and foundations and corporate 
  sponsorships
• Work with the Director to develop strategic revenue generation opportunities across the 
  business and key ICA stakeholders
• Lead a Fundraising team to research prospective donors and supporters and build a 
  pipeline of donor acquisition, including bespoke donor packages

We are excited to be advertising the role of Psychotherapy Service Manager at Respond, to lead our team and the development of our psychotherapy services with autistic people and people with learning disabilities who have experienced trauma and their families.  Many of our clients may have experienced complex or multiple traumatic experiences including sexual violence, domestic abuse and neglect.

The Psychotherapy Service provides predominantly longer-term therapeutic support of a year or more, depending on how the work is funded, to an average of 130 unique individuals per year.  The current team of 10 are made up of 4 senior therapists (reporting to the postholder), 4 therapists and 2 honoraries in training, the majority of whom are Arts therapists and work within a psychodynamic and/or systemic model.

We welcome applications from experienced Psychodynamic Counsellor/Psychotherapists, Arts therapists, Psychologists or Family Therapists who are passionate about our work. You will work psychodynamically, champion our trauma informed approach including our reflective practice model and have the opportunity to influence and shape the development of the psychotherapy service.  Leading the small team, you will provide clinical leadership and be Safeguarding lead, ensuring we continue to provide high quality psychotherapy services.  We are offering the role at 4-5 days per week, working in a hybrid manner flexibly. Insurance United Against Dementia (IUAD) is a senior volunteer led industry initiative which has raised an incredible £9million to date. We have ambitious plans to reach an initial £10million target within the next 12-months and to take the campaign into a second phase to achieve further impact.

Since the campaign launched in September 2017, we have seen significant success, raising awareness of dementia and the profile of Alzheimer’s Society and IUAD across the industry through corporate partnerships, philanthropy, industry events and owned activities. 

We are looking for an individual who matches the ambition of the team and our industry supporter, someone with a personable style that can take ownership of the events fundraising stream and communication plans for the IUAD campaign. 

The post holder offers unique opportunities to take responsibility for key initiatives, such as our flagship fundraising event, the Insurance Day for Dementia. The position of CRM & Systems Administrator sits at the heart of this continued transition, following the successful implementation and migration to Shopify, Xero & Beacon CRM in 2023.
This new role is essential to the success of Philanthropy and Partnerships, Director’s Office and the whole team, in providing effective research and administration support. The CRM & Systems Administrator will provide support across all fundraising areas including individual giving, corporate sponsorship and trusts and foundations as well as playing a vital role in keeping all Museum systems working effectively.
This includes processing donations and gift aid and maintaining records on the CRM. You will work as a key part of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team to help implement the Philanthropy and Partnerships strategy and streamline all CRM and supporter processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual with a flair for collaborative working and information management who is looking to expand their administration skillset and make a tangible impact on our work, in particular supporter relationship management.

The Director of Finance Business Partnering (Operations) is a critical role within the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance division that will lead, develop and deliver high quality finance business partnering and decision support to all the central services of the university, including providing financial planning, reporting and insight across revenue and capital funded activity. 

You will support the senior Director of the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance function in development and improvement projects. 6. Exceptional business case financial appraisal and modelling skills

7. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in the written word and in person in a variety of formats including committee presentations and policy documentation

8. Numerate and IT literate with the ability to use the standard suite of office software together with excellent knowledge of one or more corporate finance/ERP and reporting systems

9. Significant recent experience of leading business partnering, financial support and advice functions and services

10. Experience of designing, delivering and improving capital planning and reporting processes

11. Leading teams to achieve complex and competing objectives over a variety of time horizons in partnership with other technical leads and partnered areas.

12. Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships

13. Self-management and ability to work independently to meet deadlines

2. Leadership of technical / professional staff who manage their own work and activities
