Job description

Manor Gardens Welfare Trust is a charity with an excellent history of supporting people to improve their health and wellbeing since 1913. Our mission is to work with people and communities to take action and enable good health, resilience and opportunity.

This role is designed to support our newly renovated reception area in our thriving community hub off Holloway Road. You will be there first point of contact to our visitors and clients, whom are vulnerable people from diverse backgrounds. You will make them feel welcome and comfortable, and signpost them to Manor Gardens services or other local organisations as appropriate. It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills, and a compassionate and professional approach.

As well as meeting and greeting, as part of the role you will undertake administrative tasks, such as maintaining / updating records, monitoring inboxes, sending out staff communications, and therefore you must have a good level of literacy and numeracy skills and a good IT skillset.
