You will promote structure, boundaries and routine in the home and in the local community to enforce a safe and nurturing environment. You will also be involved in the effective running of the home, facilitating activities in the home, completing daily household tasks and maintaining the wellbeing of our ladies by offering consistency and predictability. We are seeking compassionate, reliable individuals who are willing to provide a person-centred approach to care.
Experience of working in the care sector is desirable but not essential as we will provide all training necessary for the role. Due to the nature of the service, you will be expected to work across the three services to meet the needs of our ladies to deliver high standards of care and quality of life, working in line with our company policies and following individual support plans.

The Service is provided in 3 bungalows to 5 adults aged between 18 and 72 years of age on a 1-1 basis; 3 clients require 2-1 support when out in the community.
A clean manual driving licence is essential alongside a willingness to drive service users’ cars.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Coppull, Chorley. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work within our supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, physical needs, and support needs. Your role will involve providing consistent, positive support, helping each person achieve independence and outcome-focused goals within their own person-centred plan.
As a Senior Support Worker, your duties will include ensuring that all service users receive high-quality, individualised, person-centred support, providing mentorship, support, and guidance to the staff team, developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, and encouraging them to express their needs, views, and concerns. You will also support the management of service delivery, effectively meeting the needs of the service users. Flexibility is essential, as the role may require working evenings and weekends.
