About you 
As our Marketing Manager (Legacies and Mid Value), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and delivery for these two priority areas, building deep connections with supporters, prompting action, and driving income growth. Working closely with the Senior Manager (Legacies and Mid Value), your focus will be on working with the team to attract and steward supporters, growing consideration and donations and delivering a sector-leading legacy and mid-value programme. Here you'll play a pivotal role in driving effective marketing campaigns that connect deeply with our supporters, inspire action, and fuel our mission to create lasting change for children worldwide. 

In this role, you will: 

• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to retain and engage supporters, leveraging insights and data to build enduring relationships. 
• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving ambitious income and loyalty targets. 
• Lead legacy and mid value marketing efforts across Direct Mail, Telemarketing, and digital channels. 
• Craft a cohesive supporter experience across all touchpoints, fostering deeper engagement and long-term value. 
• Develop compelling marketing assets and content plans that drive engagement and action. 
• Foster relationships with external partners, motivating them to deliver excellence for Save the Children. 
• Analyse marketing effectiveness, utilizing supporter insight and data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

To be successful, it is important that you have: 

• Experience in growing existing customer or supporter value. 
• Proven experience of planning direct marketing campaigns, including campaign development and data led decision making. 
• Possesses technical skills in retention marketing, supporter stewardship, and audience planning. 
• Expertise in multiple channels, such as Telemarketing, print and digital. 
• Project management experience with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. 
• Effective management of external partners, such as telemarketing agencies, creative agencies, and fulfilment agencies. 
• Strong numerical and critical thinking skills for data analysis. 

Ways of Working:
The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK. However, for this role, you will be required to work from our Farringdon Office in London on average 1 day a week. Travel costs to your contracted office will be at your own expense.

About IKWRO

IKWRO –Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) is an award-winning charity founded (as the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation) in 2002. IKWRO is a registered charity which provides advice and support to Middle Eastern, North African and Afghan women and girls living in the UK, who have experienced, or are at risk of all forms of “honour” based abuse, including; forced marriage, child marriage and female genital mutilation (FGM), or domestic abuse.

We work with women and girls of all ages, including lesbian women, bisexual women and trans women. We offer services in Kurdish, Farsi, Arabic, Dari, Pashto, Turkish and English. IKWRO offers free advice, advocacy and counselling services and operates a refuge which provides safe accommodation and specialist support to single women at risk of “honour” based abuse, forced marriage and domestic abuse.

IKWRO also provides training for women and girls to help them understand their rights in the UK. In partnership with other organisations, we assist survivors of abuse with accessing English language classes and education, training and employment opportunities.

As well as supporting women and girls directly, we offer advice and training for professionals from the statutory and voluntary sectors, to better understand the needs of the women and girls we represent, the types of abuse they experience and to provide best practice prevention and support services.

We campaign to increase awareness and improve laws and policies to tackle all forms of “honour” based abuse and harmful practices including; forced marriage, child marriage, marital captivity, female genital mutilation, virginity testing and hymenoplasty, discrimination by sharia courts and to push for better laws and policies to protect women’s and girl’s rights.

Purpose of Job

The Fundraising Officer will work as part of the Fundraising and Marketing team and will be responsible for:

• Nurturing relationships with existing and prospective donors

• Sustaining and developing our group of individual and community-based supporters.

• Growing income, including regular giving, donations, appeals, legacy giving, community groups and other fundraising activities.

We are looking for a strong communicator with some experience of fundraising who is keen to develop their career in this area.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a disease of the brain and spinal cord which affects different people in different ways. There are currently 2.9 million people in the world living with MS and currently there is no cure. But, Overcoming MS provides hope through lifestyle changes which are backed by scientific research and which enables sufferers to lead a full and healthy life with MS.

Reporting to the CEO and managing a small team of two, we are looking for support to create long-term and sustainable income streams that allow us to plan for strategic growth. This is likely to involve building a pipeline of corporate partners, major donors, and legacy pledgers to grow income over the medium to longer term as well as managing and developing relationships with prospective high value donors.

The appointed candidate is likely to bring demonstrable experience of developing and implementing fundraising strategies, regularly reviewing them and monitoring against KPIs. You are likely to be a strategic and creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit in order to be able to identify and harness new opportunities and trends to drive income growth. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Evidence Manager to join our Insight and Evidence team.

In this role, you will be playing an essential role in collating, analysing and communicating the evidence on a wide range of issues relevant to our communities.

We already know a huge amount about the priorities, needs and experiences of people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus. We now want to take this to the next level to inform our evidence-based approach to support our programmes, services and policy work. In this role you will be taking a lead on how we can both broaden and deepen our insight from the available evidence; we want to improve how we communicate and share this information to a wide range of stakeholders; and we want to get better clarity on where the gaps are that most urgently need addressing.

The role is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in a wide range of social issues and how they are experienced by and affect our communities. We take an inclusive approach to evidence – we recognise that much important insight is gathered and held in ‘grey literature’ generated by third sector organisations, for example, and value qualitative insights alongside quantitative approaches.

We are looking for someone who embraces this inclusive model and is also flexible and creative: there are novel and interesting approaches to evidence mapping and reviewing (including the use of AI tools, participatory approaches etc.). We are keen to explore how we can incorporate these into our ways of working – whether that be for improved efficiency and/or to bring our communities closer to our work.

You will be working closely with colleagues in the Insight and Policy team, as well as with others across our matrixed organisation to ensure that the organisation is insightful and evidence-led.

You will lead the development of a new approach to our evidence management, in line with our new Insight & Evidence strategy and identify and select the most appropriate methods for systematically mapping, reviewing, and synthesising the evidence on key issues relating to our communities.

You should have strong experience in evidence searching, mapping, reviewing and synthesis, in a social research context. With a solid understanding of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. You should have a demonstrable ability to distil evidence into a range of formats suitable for diverse audiences.

About You:

• Demonstrable track record in managing a successful trust and foundation income stream, ensuring team performance indicators and income targets are met.
• Proven ability to personally manage a successful trust and foundation portfolio raising funds from existing and new supporters (£500k+).
• Confidence in representing WaterAid externally at events, conferences and developing co-creation opportunities.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Coproduction & Activities Coordinator

Full time (35 hours per week) – Permanent - £42,588 pa

As lead for coproduction across our Care & Supported Housing Department, the post holder will have a firm understanding of  the breadth of strengths and skills of the people using our services, while also having an awareness of the operational requirements of the department. Maximising opportunities to work together, improving communication and fully embracing the experiences of all the people we support so that we continue to improve services, enhance support and offer solutions and services that are truly coproduced.

The role, will lead Hightown's coproduction group 'VoiceBox', overseeing all coproduction activities, seeking new coproduction opportunities, recording successes, outcomes and monitoring activities all in accordance with Hightown's coproduction strategy. Performance will be reported to Hightown's Board.  

Additionally the post holder will also  encourage, promote, and celebrate the wide range of activities carried out by our diverse services. This role will look to identify, highlight and promote the activities already being undertaken as well as seek new opportunities, funding, access and awareness of an increased range of activities for all the people we support to further enhance their lives and better their outcomes. They will encourage services to broaden their range of activities and oversee the introduction of an activities database.

About this role

The Digital Acquisition Officer is a key member of the Mass Engagement team and part of the wider Development team. The Mass Engagement team exists to raise awareness of Reprieve’s work, shift public opinion and to inspire support. Your role will be to engage members of the public, grow the Reprieve’s community and help establish our supporter base.

It is an exciting time for our team, as we launch their first mass engagement strategy to promote the long-term growth of the programme. Digital fundraising boomed between 2020 and 2021 but has faced challenges in 2022 and 2023. As we launch our new strategy, we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual, keen to try new things and learn through testing, excited about communicating Reprieve’s work to our supporters and inspiring them to donate.

You will be key to the acquisition of new supporters, leading on developing and managing lead generation across our platforms, building paid for and organic content, and developing new and innovative ways to engage supporters with the support of the Head of Digital and Mass Engagement.

As a small team we have a collaborative and “all hands on deck” approach, ready to step in and support each other. This means at times you will support on our retention and stewardship work, as well as helping the wider Development Team when needed.

You will share our commitment to fighting racism and advancing racial justice, as well as help craft comms that can take supporters with us on this work whilst ensuring we do this in a way that does not compound racist structures.

Contract, location and salary

This is a full-time, fixed term 18 month contract with the possibility of extension dependent on funding. The salary is £40,964 plus up to 5% employee matched pension contribution.

What’s on offer:

The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for reaching new supporters, developing and implementing engaging and innovative marketing activities that attract a range of new donors for the charity. They will use a variety of channels including digital, face-to-face and DRTV, and work with teams across the charity to ensure the impact of all activity is maximised.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Working with the Head of Individual Giving and Legacies create and review plans to deliver strategies within agreed income and cost thresholds, generating sustainable year on year growth.
• Working with the finance business partner prepare financial business cases to drive the development of the supporter acquisition strategy. Make the case for new fundraising methods with clear understanding of ROI, supporter acquisition cost, and channel payback models.
• Monitor performance against budget: ensure financial targets are met, monitor any shortfalls, and take remedial action as necessary.
• Experience of Individual Giving and acquisition programmes.
• Manage agency and supplier relationships - including with creative agencies, list brokers, media buyers, fulfilment houses and external professional fundraising organisations - to deliver agreed plans and campaigns.
