We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join our fantastic Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) team, with an initial and immediate focus on delivering a new enterprise Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM implementation.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation phase, ensuring the new CRM platform is delivered successfully and realises value from the outset. Beyond implementation, this is a permanent product role, with ongoing responsibility for the evolution, optimisation and long-term value of the CRM as a core enterprise platform for the charity.
Working closely with business system owners, delivery teams, stakeholders across the organisation, and third-party partners, you will define the product vision, shape and prioritise the backlog, and ensure CRM capabilities are delivered in line with organisational strategy and user needs.
You will be a key member of project and programme teams during the CRM delivery phase, before transitioning the platform into business as usual, value driven product ownership, continuously improving capabilities to meet changing organisational and user needs.

Reporting to our Head of Business Applications, key responsibilities will include:
- Define, refine, and continuously communicate the CRM product vision, roadmap, and value proposition
- Translate organisational strategy and business needs into clear product direction, prioritising improvements that drive adoption, efficiency, and supporter experience
- Own and manage the CRM product backlog, ensuring items are clear, deliverable, and aligned with business priorities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including programme and project managers, engineers, solution architects, business analysts, testers, and business system owners to ensure the successful delivery of CRM enhancements
- Build strong relationships across fundraising, membership, welfare, operations, digital, data, and technology teams to ensure CRM capabilities meet real-world needs
- Act as a CRM and D365 platform ambassador, championing best practice, training, and innovation across the charity
You will have demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, or similar role in digital, technology or CRM product environments. You will have hands on experience of a leadership role in agile teams and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics 365, including Agile Product Owner certifications and completion of 365 Fundamentals Learning Pathway.
This is a full time, permanent position. You will be contracted to our Haig House hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.

As an Insight Analyst, you will bring focus and meaningful insight to colleagues who rely on accurate, timely data to make informed decisions. You will shape how data is used, influence ways of working and help teams understand what truly matters. This Insight Analyst role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborative working, problem-solving and communicating data insights.
Joining the Motor Neurone Disease Association, you will help ensure data is used responsibly and purposefully across the organisation. As an Insight Analyst, you will provide insight and recommendations to teams across the organisation, through excellent analysis and understanding of organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to understand organisational needs and identify opportunities for insight to support strategic goals
- Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Qlik
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that support analysis and reporting
- Undertake data analysis, highlighting insight and clear recommendations
- Support the development of our Insight Framework alongside the Insight & Analytics Manager
- Help improve processes and contribute to strengthening data literacy across the MND Association
- Share learning on relevant technologies, platforms and methods
- Support data collection and development for projects
- Deputise for the Insight & Analytics Manager when required
- Work in line with data legislation, regulations and best practice
About You
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into clear analysis briefs
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience delivering dashboards through tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
- Experience working with databases and complex datasets, ideally within not-for-profit CRM systems
- Understanding of data modelling and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of data governance, protection and management requirements
- Confidence to challenge processes and suggest improvements

Purpose of the role
The Business Analyst will play a key role in improving our organisational efficiency, strengthening our data and reporting infrastructure, and supporting the growth and sustainability of our services. Working across teams, the postholder will analyse and streamline processes, enhance data capture and reporting, and support the integration and improvement of our core systems (CRM, Finance, and operational tools). The role will help reduce manual analysis, free up staff time, improve insight and decision-making, and strengthen our ability to deliver high-quality services to the communities we support.
As this is a 12-month fixed-term contract, the role is focused on delivering clear, sustainable outcomes. By the end of the contract, WECHI will have:
- A full set of documented business processes, including process maps, supporting notes, and clear user guides.
- Clear ownership of processes, with all staff understanding agreed ways of working and what is required of them.
- Core systems (CRM, Finance, and operational tools) effectively integrated, with minimal manual intervention or duplication.
- Appropriate data controls and validation checks in place, providing confidence in the accuracy and integrity of information.
- Automated dashboards, drawing directly from core systems, providing timely operational and financial insights.
- Reduced reliance on manual reporting and spreadsheet-based workarounds.
- Embedded processes and tools that are sustainable beyond the life of the contract.
Success at 12 months will mean the organisation is operating more efficiently, using reliable and accessible data to inform decision-making, and is better equipped to manage growth and demonstrate impact.
What you'll do
- Define key data capture points across systems to enable consistent and accurate reporting.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide operational, financial, and strategic insight.
- Improve data flow and integration between CRM and Finance systems to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and revenue capture.
- Provide timely and reliable data analysis to support decision-making at Executive and Board levels.
- Analyse internal and external data to identify service demand, emerging needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Review and map current business processes (particularly stock management, purchasing, invoicing, CRM and finance systems).
- Identify inefficiencies, duplication, and opportunities for automation or system enhancement.
- Develop and implement improved workflows and processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Ensure improvements lead to a consistent and high-quality customer experience from first contact through to service delivery.
- Support the development of new services and income streams aligned with identified need.
- Produce data-driven recommendations to support business planning, sustainability, and income diversification.
- Upskill and support staff across teams in using data and systems effectively.

About the role

About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders and explain complex concepts to those same stakeholders.
- Proven experience applying advanced analytical techniques in marketing, including segmentation (e.g. cluster analysis), behaviour prediction (e.g. propensity modelling), churn analysis, A/B testing, and data visualisation.
- Strong skills in R (R Studio), SQL or Python for statistical analysis in a commercial context.
- Experience with data analytics tools and platforms such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.
- Experience working with large datasets, including extracting and preparing data using SQL and a strong understanding of relational databases.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) is desirable.
