Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.
The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). Our own funding comes from a group of pioneering social investors, including The Office for Civil Society, Big Society Capital, Pilotlight, Trust for London, who, like us, are motivated by improving lives and changing the system for the better.

About the opportunity
As an Impact Analyst, you will work within a team supporting social impact projects. This role will primarily support our Stronger Families programme. Stronger Families is a social enterprise partnership coordinator, that was created by BOP to deliver an outcomes-based contract to support families in Suffolk and Norfolk to stay together.
With the expertise of chosen delivery partner Family Psychology Mutual, Stronger Families supports children and adolescents at risk of being taken into care or in care, providing them (and their family) with access to a proven therapeutic programme (Functional Family Therapy, FFT).
The programme is designed to help them address behavioural and emotional difficulties and move forward with relationships built on a foundation of acceptance and respect. Initially your role will be dedicated to supporting Stronger Families but with experience you will have the opportunity to support other BOP programmes.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include.
· Overseeing all data related aspects of the programme including data collection, extraction, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and presentation.
· Gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data to measure the impact of service innovations for the programmes you are working across. Produce regular reports and insights that aid decision making to continuously improve programme design.
· Taking initiative to propose and implement relevant analyses to the project to maximise positive impact for participants with the programmes you are supporting.
· Building relationships and working at times directly with Delivery Partners (VCSE organisations who are delivering the frontline services for the programme) to ensure they are able to use the data systems accurately and effectively,
· Identifying opportunities for process automation and improving utilisation of management data by colleagues across the programme.
· Supporting the Programme Lead on all operational and project management needs, including coordination of team activities and providing other administrative support.
· Working with the Investment Lead and colleagues in Finance, to ensure invoices for outcomes achieved by participants within programmes are processed.
· Engaging with other analysts across BOP to share learnings from your own project and implement learnings from other projects in your own.

· Previous Power BI experience would be highly desirable and experience of working on a CRM (such as Salesforce) would also be beneficial for this role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, experienced and data driven CRM Manager to join the Projects, Data and Insight team at Heart Research UK and oversee the development, implementation, and optimisation of our Customer Relationship Management activities.
In this new role, you will play a pivotal part in developing the charity’s approach to CRM and database engagement. You will be responsible for segmenting audiences, automating communication flows, and driving supporter and non-supporter engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve supporter and non-supporter engagement, conversion, retention, and loyalty.
- Platform Management: Alongside the Director of Data, oversee the management and development of the systems which collect and process data, including the CRM database (Beacon) and other fundraising platforms
- Customer Segmentation: Work closely with the Data Analyst to develop an understanding of supporter behaviours to create effective segmentation strategies for targeted marketing and fundraising efforts.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimise communication campaigns. Ensure consistent messaging and personalisation.
- Automation: Build and manage automated workflows to onboard new supporters and beneficiaries and deepen and broaden their engagement with the charity.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor CRM performance and KPIs; deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Fundraising, Health Promotion and Education and Research teams to propose and deliver cohesive journeys and experiences.

The Role
You will hold Strategic oversight over IPS Grow data analysis and business intelligence functions and, in collaboration with expert Digi colleagues, IPS Grow digital tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-design a data and digital strategy and plan with colleagues across IPS Grow with support from Social Finance’s Data and Digital Community of Practice and other key stakeholders. Ensure it is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Responsible for ensuring that accurate, timely data analysis and reporting is provided to the IPS Grow team, to commissioners and to other key stakeholders (e.g. Health Employment Partnerships Board; IPS Expert Forum)Line manage relevant staff within the IPS Grow team, agreeing their work package and ensuring it hits key strategic objectives agreed in conjunction with the Director for Operational Support – IPS Grow.
- Provide high quality support to the engineering team working on the IPS Grow tool. Ensure close collaboration between IPS Grow and the Data and Digital Community of Practice to deliver against the data and digital strategy and plan. Ensure that staff at every level of IPS Grow have access to dashboard reports that bring together key data from multiple sources in ways that meet their needs and support good decision-making.
- Take overall responsibility for the quality of IPS Grow data to ensure accuracy, value, completeness, uniqueness, consistency, timeliness and validity
- Work closely with colleagues delivering the IPS Grow data tool to understand stakeholder data requirements and collaboratively review prioritisation in relation to the roadmap for the data tool.
- Co-ordinate and provide expert advice on data analysis and reporting across all areas of IPS Grow delivery, including delivery, workforce and research and innovation
The Team
IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England. The programme is led by the organisation in partnership with the Centre for Mental Health. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).
A core element of the programme is the expert assistance provided by a team of IPS professionals, known as IPS Grow Leads, to support providers to improve their fidelity to the IPS model and achieve better employment outcomes for their clients.
About You
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of designing and leading data strategy at a senior level. This encompasses how we collect and manage data, as well as using analysis to produce relevant and actionable insights
- Experience of successfully managing senior stakeholder relationships, including communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Expertise in Information Security and Governance and the associated standards and requirements when hosting and processing personal data on behalf of public sector organisations.
- Senior experience of leading data and analytics teams, including line and task management, and product management
- Expertise in the development and use of Customer Relationship Management systems, such as Salesforce
- Expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, including PowerBI, Tableau and/or similar analytics and data visualisation tools
