Overall purpose
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team to help us deliver partnership management to our corporate partners. Key responsibilities
- Supporting the Partnerships Managers and wider Partnerships team to help deliver bespoke partner activities across our portfolio of 50+ partners.
- Support the Partnerships team with administrative support, financial tracking, and monitoring and evaluation reporting.
- Work closely with the Partnership Managers and Employment teams to support the delivery of workshops, placements, hiring pathways, and volunteering activity with each corporate partner, as well as any additional programmes which are developed to support our refugee clients.

We’re aiming to improve our data use, integration and analytics to increase engagement, maximise impact and drive forward our strategic goals. With a key focus on effective and efficient operations, collaboration and continuous improvement in our Technology, Strategy and Business Intelligence teams.
To achieve this ambition, we’ve developed a new technology infrastructure which we are calling “Sage”. We’re implementing new technology infrastructure this year (such as our new CRM system and suite of data tools – Microsoft Dynamics).
The Business Intelligence Reporting Lead will be the MS Society’s leading expert in Power BI and other reporting tools, playing a crucial role in enhancing the organisation’s data maturity and decision-making capabilities. They will be responsible for the design, development, and management of BI reports and dashboards across multiple BI tools, overseeing their full lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, maintenance, and optimisation. This includes providing best practice guidance for reporting within systems such as Dynamics and Assemble.
As the expert of BI reporting, they will ensure that staff have access to data, and that reporting mechanisms remains available, effective, and continuously developed to address new and existing challenges. This will involve complex data troubleshooting, including resolving process inefficiencies, data quality issues, and user knowledge gaps. They will work closely with other teams to investigate and resolve these issues.
The BI reporting Lead will contribute to the MS Society’s data, digital, and technical strategy, particularly within Microsoft Azure data architecture, and play a key role in shaping the strategic use of BI tools across the organisation. Through independent research, collaboration with peers, and engagement with stakeholders, they will define the future direction of BI tools, ensuring that the MS Society can fully leverage its data for informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

The role
We are seeking a motivated Development Coordinator to support our ambitious Development team in fundraising for a museums and galleries across the UK. Role purpose

RISE are specialists in designing and delivering evidence-based, transformative behaviour change courses within the criminal justice system and wider community.
With the main objectives of reducing re-offending and helping to protect the public, the RISE practitioner will deliver a range of interventions (individual and group), that RISE may design, commission or be commissioned to deliver in the future, both in the community and in custody.
The main purpose of this role is to support and assist Facilitators, Advanced Practitioner, Responsible Officers and Service managers in the administration of the Domestic Abuse contracts delivery by co-ordinating project resources such as people and equipment. The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining information systems linked to specific DA contracts.
Key duties and accountabilities
- To undertake a range of administrative duties, including log on cases, tracking and issuing documents to clients.
- Be adept in managing a new client based system.
- Working closely with practitioners to facilitate and schedule service users onto courses or appointments or chasing information.
- Drafting documentation where appropriate under direction from the Service Manager.
- Communicate with referrers, specifically social workers, mental health provoiders.
- Maintaining excellent filing and records of case files to ensure effective recording on attendance and completion of courses.

Role Purpose Statement
The Senior Officer, Active Fellows plays a key role in delivering high-quality support to Cara Fellows. This includes leading casework, coordinating Cara’s mentoring scheme to support Fellows’ placements, and contributing to strategic improvements across the Fellowship Programme. The role combines direct support to Fellows, operational oversight and delivery of casework, and collaborative leadership to support Cara to uphold its mission.
Organisational Background
The Council for At-Risk Academics is a UK-registered charity founded in 1933 under the leadership of William Beveridge, to rescue academics suffering persecution under the rise of Nazism and facilitate their continued work in safety. Sixteen Cara Fellows from the 1930s and 1940s became Nobel Laureates, and many more innovators in their fields, including, Nikolaus Pevsner, Lise Meitner and Karl Popper. A number of Cara’s founders and Council members also personally provided places and/or funds to help individual academics; and Cara, known in the 1930s as the AAC, later the SPSL, was closely involved in the successful effort in 1933 to bring to London the Warburg Institute art library, which had been prohibited by the Nazis, and six of its staff. The Fellowship Programme is the continuation of the rescue mission operation started in 1933.
Cara has been a lifeline to academics at risk for over 90 years, as and when world events have placed them in the line of fire: Hungarian Uprising, Cold War, Apartheid South Africa, Iran, Latin American Juntas, Vietnam, Kosovo, DRC, Rwanda, Sudan, Zimbabwe etc. and, more recently Iraq, Turkey, Yemen, Palestine, Syria, Afghanistan and Ukraine. Cara support is typically framed as temporary sanctuary offered at times of heightened risk.
Cara Objectives ‘To assist academics who have been, or are, or are at risk of being, subject to discrimination, persecution, suffering or violence on account of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group, or political opinion, to relieve needs among them and their dependants and ensure that their specialist knowledge and abilities can continue to be used for the benefit of the public.’

Working alongside the Volunteer Development Lead, you will support the wider implementation and scaling up of this volunteer-led initiative, working alongside GP practices, NHS partners, libraries and other community partners to support residents’ digital needs.
