Fulham Palace is a truly remarkable place. For centuries, this Grade I listed building situated in extensive grounds by the River Thames was the country residence of the Bishop of London. The Palace is now managed by Fulham Palace Trust, which is inspired by a vision to restore our nationally significant historic buildings and grounds to their original beauty and to provide outstanding facilities for the local community and visitors from farther afield.
Fulham Palace Trust runs a number of public events each year, ranging from 50 to 5,000 attendees. They bring in a c. £75,000 surplus to the Trust, as well as additional donation and retail income. Following a successful expansion of these events over the past three years, we're looking to build on this programme further. In addition, we are building our reputation as a location for photos shoots and filming and as a venue for major music concerts and festivals.
Reporting to the commercial and visitor experience manager (CVEM), you will develop and co-ordinate public events and filming taking place on site.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and quick-thinking public events and filming manager. Someone full of ideas and with a passion for generating income and promoting Fulham Palace, helping the organisation grow and develop.
You will need to be highly motivated, organised and able to work with minimal supervision. You must be able to multi-task and manage a complex workload. You should have excellent event management and planning skills and be able to take an imaginative, strategic and creative approach to your work, including developing new events. We want someone who is commercially-minded, who can see potential and plan the steps to delivery.
We are a small team, so we need someone who can balance the strategic overview and drive to develop the events programme with the hands-on delivery.

About the roles:
These roles offer flexibility for home and office working with travel to appointments to meet clients across London as required. You will work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some evening and weekend working on occasion dependent upon client need.
As a Caseworker, you will provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by crime. You will make initial contact with victims via the telephone, then tailor the support to the Victims preferences i.e. home visits or via conference calls, to explain our services, and assess the impact of crime.
Your responsibilities will include developing, delivering, and monitoring safety and support plans, providing resources, interventions, and information to service users. You will need to be able to manage a demanding workload, travel to appointments with clients and to meet a range of conflicting deadlines.
As a Caseworker you will:
- Manage a caseload of self-referred & referred service users, providing information & advocacy to help them navigate the criminal justice process.
- Conduct risk & needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support & information.
- Identify barriers to accessing services & work with partners to provide ongoing support.
- Keep accurate & confidential case records.

About the role:
You will lead and support a team of Homicide Family Caseworkers to meet VS and Homicide Service standards and contractual requirements. You will be able to demonstrate the excellent organisational skills essential to managing a demanding and diverse workload and will have experience of achieving key performance indicators, as set by the Operation managers and Deputy Head of Service.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional trauma informed advocacy and support to all service users and you will have an understanding of the impact that trauma and bereavement can have on individuals. We support staff to keep them safe within their role and you will lead on the importance of personal and professional resilience and wellbeing for the team.
You will have excellent communication skills and will support the Operation Managers to maintain the highest standards of service delivery, across a widely geographically dispersed team. You will be prepared to travel across the geographical area including occasional overnight stays to ensure you can meet team members in person as well as online. A driving license and use of a car are both essential as well as access to public transport. You will be reimbursed for all travel costs.
You will also enjoy working closely with a range of stakeholders (including Police Family Liaison Officers and Senior Investigation Officers within the Major Crime teams/Social Services) and will have experience in building constructive working relationships, focused on delivering the best service for vulnerable service users. You should be a confident presenter, and able to share the service and work we do to inform, educate and encourage notifications and referrals into the service.

Summary

We are seeking a highly committed, proactive and professional Deputy Service Manager to lead in the operational management of a specialist registered care home located in Witham, Essex. The service has been developed to meet the needs of people who have a learning disability and/or physical disabilities. The service supports 18 individuals in three detached bungalows. The accommodation has been carefully designed to meet the 24 hour needs of individuals that live there and has been rated as Good by the CQC. All tenants receive well planned, personalised support to enable them to be more confident and independent. The care provided includes aspects of intimate personal care, medication administration including epilepsy rescue medication, moving and handling and support with nutrition.
As the Deputy Service Manager, you will work together with the Registered Manager to ensure that the service remains of the highest quality, meeting all CQC and contract requirements and that this can be demonstrated through comprehensive quality and monitoring/auditing processes. You will ensure that the service works in a cohesive and coordinated manner and that clients experience a fully integrated and seamless care, support and housing experience.
You will ensure that the personalized care and support delivery is in accordance with agreed care plans, enabling clients to continue to enjoy wellbeing, quality of life and community connections. You will promote and re-inforce a culture of responsive, person-centered practice and active support across the service, with relationships based on respect and unconditional positive regard.

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the planning and delivery of marketing activity to drive overall growth for The National Art Pass.
You’ll be joining the membership team at one of the UK’s leading arts organisations and contributing to Art Fund’s mission to help more people access and enjoy great art and culture.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned and earned media. This could include briefing creative assets, building email journeys, implementing campaign activity and reporting on results. Working with the Recruitment Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to shape campaign plans, develop promotions and ensure every element is delivered to a high standard, on brand, and on time.

We are excited to offer trainee positions within the Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT). The post-holders will work within OTR as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering brief, focused, evidence-based psychological interventions in the form of low-intensity support and guided self-help to young people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience whilst also completing a Graduate or Postgraduate Certificate in Psychological Therapies Practice (Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Children, Young People and Families) delivered by the University of Exeter.
The post holders will attend all university-based teaching and self-study days required by the education provider, as specified within the agreed curriculum, and work within OTR services for the remaining days of the week using their newly developed skills.

About the opportunity
We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in London.
- The London Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.

Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.
