In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in Dot Dot Dot’s impact in London and beyond. Your primary responsibility will be to create the materials that help us win new contracts and partnerships. You’ll analyse the business and social value of each project, turning insights into persuasive cases for action. From there, you’ll craft compelling pitches and proposals, working closely with our senior leadership team to deliver them directly to clients and partners.

This is a collaborative, cross-cutting role at the heart of our business development work. You’ll help us respond to new enquiries, shape tailored proposals, and coordinate contracts - always ensuring our service stands out and reflects both our unique approach and the priorities of each client. Along the way, you’ll bring curiosity about what matters to clients, confidence with data, and the ability to coordinate people and processes to get things done.

You’ll be working closely with senior leaders, gaining cross-functional experience, and helping to shape how the role evolves over time. We’re an ambitious team with a social mission and a high bar for quality, and we’ll support you to learn as you go - through training, mentoring, and hands-on experience with friendly, knowledgeable colleagues across the business.

About you

You must have:

Main duties and responsibilities

Campaigns & Income Growth

• Plan, establish, and deliver Individual Giving at Thames21 to maximise unrestricted income.
• Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns (social media, e-newsletters) to acquire, retain, and upgrade donors.
• Design and deliver major campaigns such as Christmas/end-of-year giving and Earth Raise in Year 1.
• Produce high-impact, supporter-focused copy for appeals, landing pages, forms, and stewardship content.
• Maintain brand-consistent collateral, templates, and thank-you materials.
• Collaborate across teams to identify IG opportunities and create engaging stories backed by impact data.

• Achieve growth from five- to six-figures over 3 years

• Use test-and-learn approaches to refine campaign performance and donor engagement.

Supporter Journeys & Stewardship

• Ensure Donorfy is configured to support individual giving, maximise income, and strengthen relationships, in consultation with the CRM Manager.
• Design and implement personalised supporter journeys via digital channels (e.g. Mailchimp), with timely follow-ups and tailored messaging.
• Improve retention and upgrade rates using targeted communications and segmentation.
• Ensure high-quality donor touchpoints align with organisational messaging.
• Provide stewardship for community and sports fundraising
• Collaborate on planning and delivery of donor and supporter stewardship events and initiatives.

Data, Insight & Compliance

• Conduct audience research with Communications and Engagement teams to inform campaigns.
• Use segmented data to deliver robust analysis and guide decisions.
• Track and report on KPIs, income, ROI, and retention.
• Maintain GDPR/PECR compliance and fundraising best practice.
• Liaise with Finance on acknowledgements, reporting, and Gift Aid.

The General Manager of DPA will be responsible for supporting the development of DPA, driving the company forward, raising the profile, reach, and impact of the work, and ensuring the viability and effective operations of DPA.

Our General Manager is a key member of Different Planet Arts small staff team. Working closely with the Artistic Director and the Board of Trustees as part of the Senior Management Team, you will manage and organise operational support for Different Planet arts programme, ensuring we provide an excellent service to our participants, partners and audiences.

This role is suitable for someone building a career in operations. We are looking for someone who can maintain and provide the right systems and structures to enable others to lead and create our arts projects, and provide ongoing, efficient admin, managerial and fundraising support.

You will manage and be responsible for our systems and processes for financial administration, fundraising, governance procedures and processes, monitoring and keeping the Different Planet Arts office running day-to-day as an administrative hub. You will work closely with our treasurer (who is responsible for creating quarterly Management Accounts.)

Role: General Manager  

Reports to: Artistic Director & Board of Trustees 

Salary: £190 per day, 3 days a week for 48 weeks of the year

Contract: This is a rolling freelance position initially for 6 months to be extended subject to securing future funding

Hours: Preferably 3 days (22.5 hours) a week, 1.5 days at our office in Lewes.

What does this role do?
As Legacy Campaign Manager, you will:

• work closely with external agencies to deliver key legacy products, including gifts in wills, In Memoriam gifts and our Canine Care Card,

To be successful in this role, you’ll need some marketing experience, and it would be especially helpful if you’ve worked in the charity sector, or for a creative or digital agency that understands fundraising products. You’ll be confident working independently, while also eager to collaborate with others to deliver positive outcomes, with excellent relationship management and communication skills. Above all, you’ll be passionate about dogs and their welfare, and contributing to our mission.

A distinguished organisation is looking to take on a Bid Manager on an initial interim basis with the potential of the role going permanent.  The organisation aims to help people flourish by providing accommodation alongside delivering safeguarding support, transportation services and repairs and maintenance to it's customers.

• Putting together solid reasoning of what to / not go for and justifying the reasoning to exec team 
• Follow on from processes now in place to coordinate what the team is working towards and reporting back on how the process is being tracked
• Can be a Bid Leader/Manager from any sector

Palliative care for children aged 0–18 is delivered at Acorns’ hospices in Birmingham, Worcester, and Walsall, as well as in family homes and other community settings. Acorns’ holistic, tailored approach is designed to meet each child’s clinical, emotional, cultural, religious, and spiritual needs.

Corporate fundraising at Acorns is on an exciting growth journey, with ambitions to increase income from £800K to £1M in the next two years. The team is known for its creativity and drive, and the charity has built strong partnerships with high-profile brands including Aston Villa FC, Pinsent Masons, and Tippers. This role offers a warm and well-developed patch, a supportive team culture, and space to be creative in how you grow and uplift corporate partnerships. You’ll be the lead relationship manager for a portfolio of established partners across Birmingham and the Black Country, focusing on stewardship, renewals, and smart uplifts.

While the focus is primarily account management (around 75%), you’ll also contribute to new business through activities like COTY pitches. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager and be line-managed by a detail-oriented and flexible leader who fosters autonomy, progression, and innovation. As Corporate Fundraising Manager, you will:

• Lead the stewardship and growth of existing corporate partnerships, using creative and strategic methods to increase value and longevity
• Manage a portfolio of supporters, including warm relationships 
• Represent Acorns at events and lead hospice tours to deepen supporter engagement
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on new business opportunities
• Take an active role in planning and delivering key corporate events, such as golf days and black-tie dinners
• Contribute to cultivation plans for senior leaders within corporate partners
• Use data and insight to report on progress and inform partnership development

Ideal skills and experience:

• Strong corporate fundraising or account management background, ideally with experience managing partnerships in the £30K–£50K+ range
• Confident steward and communicator, able to build rapport and deliver excellent supporter journeys
• Strategic thinker with a flair for finding growth opportunities within existing partnerships
• Comfortable pitching and presenting to corporate audiences at all levels
• Excellent organiser who can juggle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
• Willingness to work out-of-hours at events and maintain regular hospice presence
• Dynamic, creative, and solutions-focused, with a collaborative mindset and passion for Acorns’ mission
