About the role

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our messaging, supporting our fundraising efforts, and leading our marketing strategy to position the charity as a trusted provider of financial and wellbeing support for those most in need, and as a signposting and early intervention resource for the wider community we support.
As our Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and brand identity, while creating and managing an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all channels. You will craft high-quality, engaging, and persuasive copy for various platforms, including websites, reports, email campaigns, and print materials.
Collaborating in cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimise content and strategies.

Its an exciting time at Shared Lives Plus, as our Strategic Advice and Development Team are busy with multiple key projects. We are actively seeking an experienced Manager to join the team on an initial fixed term contract basis.
At Shared Lives Plus we work with local organisations to help them grow providing consulting, training and improvement support to help them review, grow and diversify Shared Lives and Homeshare across the UK. This year the Strategic Advice team will be supporting a number of local authorities and their partners in the NHS, housing, and the voluntary and community sector to delivery local Accelerating Reform Fund (ARF) funded projects, a new £42.6m new innovation fund which has been set up to support innovation in adult social care. About the PVRI
We’re a small charity with a global reach and an important purpose: to reduce the burden of pulmonary vascular disease (PVD) - a serious condition that can lead to heart damage and trigger symptoms like breathlessness, chest pain, fatigue, poor growth, fainting, and light-headedness. PVD can reduce both quality of life and length of life, but it isn’t widely recognised or well-understood.
Our aim is to improve clinical care, education, and PVD research. To do this, we bring together an international network of thousands of clinicians, scientists, academics, and industry partners supported by our small team based in Bermondsey, London. Together, we deliver conferences, e-learning, and an academic journal, raise awareness of PVD, and encourage collaboration in research.
About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Officer to help grow and service the charity's international membership, increase the value of our membership offer, increase our income, and deliver our e-learning programmes. You’ll help ensure our members are informed about the latest developments and learning opportunities, and they’re valued for their contributions to the PVRI. No two days are the same. One day, you might be writing content for our website and social media channels, and the next, you might be welcoming respected speakers and attendees from over 30 countries to our scientific webinar.
We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. You’ll need to create successful marketing plans and grow our membership. You will also bring excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate high-quality webinars.

The British Academy – the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences - is seeking an Individual Giving and Data Manager to join our Development Directorate on a fixed-term basis, providing key support in the delivery of the Academy’s fundraising efforts, including supporting the implementation of a new CRM system.
The Role
The Individual Giving and Data Manager will work closely with the Head of Development to manage data and deliver communications to individual donors at the British Academy. This will include a regular giving programme, with a target audience of the Academy’s Fellow, and fundraising from public events attendees. This role is unique in that it sits within the small, friendly Development Directorate, and will also work closely with colleagues in the Academy’s Digital Team.
The Academy is currently transitioning its CRM system to Salesforce and the Individual Giving and Data Manager will work closely with the Project Team to achieve this. A core duty of the role involves the migration of data and helping to coordinate and build new fundraising processes within the new system. To do this, the post-holder will work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure that communications to Fellows and other individual donors are co-ordinated. You will be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders. A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving, in terms of planning, prioritisation and demonstrating resilience when faced with adversity is essential.
You will also coordinate fundraising-related communications across a variety of platforms, working closely with colleagues in the Digital Team. This includes thanking donors in a timely and sincere manner, delivering stewardship events for donors, and reporting on activities in the annual report.

What the role looks like
The Financial Education Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding schools to embed our free financial education resources into primary school classrooms. You will have an excellent understanding of the challenges and pressures that exist within a primary school environment. You will be able to generate enthusiasm for financial education, as well as develop strong relationships with schools and other project collaborators. You will achieve this by proactively researching, networking, and making connections with schools in London and the Southeast region. The Hardman Trust supports people on long prison sentences to take their next steps in life. As the office, grants and programmes administrator your role is to help make this a reality through the day-to-day support of our work. As our Data Strategy Transformation Programme Lead you willl play a pivotal role in delivering our data transformation strategy roadmap, helping ensure that we can achieve our ambitious goals for income growth and ultimately that everyone, everywhere has clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene.
In this role, you will lead on initiatives, provide programme oversight and coordination and support others delivering change projects. For example:
- Co-creating and embedding a new operating model, business processes and ways of working across our data functions and with stakeholders.
- The development and iteration of a Performance Dashboard for Data and our Data functions, with support from analysts and engineers within the team
- The roll out of a data culture programme across Communications and FundraisingCommunications and Stakeholder engagemen
- Progress tracking and reporting: Track and report against progress of the programme and initiatives within it, as well as monitoring and responding to risks and communication with stakeholders
- Support others who are leading on projects within the programme, providing practical guidance and monitoring progress. For example:
- Establishment of a Data Governance function
- Streamlining income processes
- Business process improvement projects
- Track and report against progress of the programme and initiatives within it, as well as monitoring and responding to risks.
About You:
You'll be an experienced programme manager with specific experience of working within data functions and driving business improvements.
To be successful, you'll need:
- Project management experience (qualifications handy but not essential, proven experience most valuable)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and a solution-orientated mindset
- A collaborative approach and ability to work across teams and matrix structures with ease
- Knowledge and experience of data systems, data management principles and supporting technologies
- Experience in implementing operating models and ways of working, ideally in a data or technology team
- Experience of utilising Operational Management and productivity tools to manage workload, workflow and prioritisation and to analyse effectiveness.
