About the role 

As our Head of Product, you’ll: 

• Own and evolve the Medical Technology product portfolio, ensuring alignment with BHF’s Medical and Technology strategies. 
• Lead product strategy and execution across multiple disciplines, and product portfolio. 
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in the Medical Directorate to shape and deliver products that support BHF’s mission and medical objectives. 
• Be responsible for prioritisation, customer value delivery, communication, scheduling, resourcing, and financial oversight across the portfolio.
• Operate as a key member of the Technology Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership under the guidance of the Director of Technology and Chief Technology Officer.

Working arrangements

• Proven experience in bi-modal product and portfolio delivery, ideally within a similarly complex organisation. 
• A commercial mindset and strategic thinking capabilities, with a track record of shaping and delivering product strategies. 
• Existing Head of knowledge and strong leadership skills, able to manage multi-disciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders. 
• Deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies in health and research.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Agile), product ownership, and translating user insights into actionable product requirements.

You’ll help our supporters celebrate their loved ones, mark special occasions and make lasting contributions through gifts in wills. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications, and supporter engagement, you’ll ensure that every supporter feels valued, informed, and connected to the impact of their gift.

Your responsibilities will include delivering Yorkshire Wildlife Trust’s legacy marketing strategy and in-memory giving programme. You will steward legacy supporters and next of kin with empathy, care, and professionalism. You will also coordinate legacy events, campaigns, and communications with legacy pledgers. In addition, you will manage legacy administration, liaising with solicitors and executors to ensure gifts are handled sensitively and effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident communicator with excellent written and interpersonal skills. You will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage sensitive and confidential information. Experience in fundraising, supporter care, or legacy and in-memory giving—or transferable skills from a relevant sector—will be essential. You will also be empathetic and supportive when working with bereaved individuals or those planning for the future.

Experience in legacy administration, event planning, or using CRM systems (e.g. Access Charity CRM, Raiser's Edge or similar) is desirable but not essential – we’re open to candidates who can demonstrate the right values, skills, and potential.

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key senior member of the finance team and will help shape the strategic management and direction of the team. They will support the Director of Finance and Operations, Senior Leadership Team, Trustees and budget holders to understand and interpret IIED’s finances and play a key role in the long term strategic financial planning process.

The key duties of the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis are as follows:

• Lead on strategic financial reporting to provide a clear picture of the organization’s short- and long-term financial position

About the Role

Community Connectors work as part of an integrated, blended mental health offer to support people with emotional, social and practical needs to access a range of local, non-medical and non-clinical services, to improve confidence, social inclusion and independence.

This role will involve working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with statutory, third sector and NHS colleagues to support clients who are suffering from moderate to severe mental health difficulties. You will need to have experience working with those suffering with mental health illness as well as being able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of the services, support networks and local resources that may assist in improved outcomes for those dealing with complex and enduring mental health issues. The ability to be adaptable, work independently and the resilience to work in some challenging environments are key attributes for this role.

What the Service provides:

• Work within a Primary Care Network as part of a blended mental health team working individually with people to co-produce plans and set goals.
• Take a holistic approach – looking at wider determinants of health.
• Offer an in-depth knowledge of the local VCSE and community resources.
• Support people on a 1:1 basis over 12 weeks to overcome barriers to engagement and walk the journey together.

Service Delivery

• Assess suitability for community connection support as part of a blended team approach and support individuals to access the service by utilising in depth knowledge of local voluntary and community services and networks in your respective area
• To work with individuals to coproduce a plan to address their mental health and wellbeing goals. Am enable people to achieve these goals through facilitating access and connecting with appropriate resources
• Enable people to access community resources which may include accompanying them.
• Offer support, guidance and help where possible to people to gain confidence, overcome initial fears and seek solutions to any barriers inhibiting attendance.
• Take a holistic approach, based on the individuals’ priorities and wider determinants of health that impact on their health and wellbeing, such as debt, poor housing, being unemployed, loneliness and caring responsibilities.
• To work as part of an integrated team to ensure the best outcomes for each person accessing the service.
• Identify and build good working relationships with the community groups, relevant services and activities for partnership work and signposting as well as keep updated information about them.
• Competently work as part of a blended team, under direction from Mind BLMK and ELFT (East London NHS Foundation Trust), working with independence and in an agile way to support people with complex mental health challenges.

Purpose

The Philanthropy Leads, reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, are responsible for inspiring new prospective, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors into greater involvement with Christians Against Poverty. They aim to draw supporters closer to the work we do, deepening their relationship and support of CAP. Income from CAP¿s major donors is vital for the future expansion of CAP in the UK.

Each Philanthropy Lead may be allocated one or more area of Philanthropy engagement in order to specialise in, but will be expected to support in any area as required. Such areas include:

Responsibilities

• Strategic Implementation & Fundraising 
• Implementation of a strategic plan to significantly increase major donor income, with a target of 17.5% of overall revenue within 3 years.
• Implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy for major donor income, aligned with CAP's overall strategic priorities.
• Execution of market research and competitor analysis to identify new funding opportunities and best practice in Philanthropic fundraising.
• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, in order to identify points of engagement and draft appropriate funding bids.
• Represent CAP at high-level events and conferences to build relationships with potential donors and partners.

Major Donor Development

• Manage a designated caseload of high-net-worth individuals or trusts, cultivating deep and meaningful relationships.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, personalised communications, and bespoke stewardship plans to cultivate and steward major donors.
• Develop compelling restricted funding projects to attract major donor investment.
• Implement a donor recognition program to acknowledge and celebrate major donor support.

Philanthropy Team Membership

• A member of the Philanthropy Team of our Mission and Movement Directorate.
• Providing peer support and development with other members of the Philanthropy Team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
• Work with the Head of Philanthropy to set ambitious targets and KPIs for the postholder, ensuring they are aligned with overall fundraising goals.
• Ensure the timely submission of funding applications and effective stewardship of grant and donor relationships.
• Implement robust systems and processes for donor relationship management, data analysis, and performance tracking.

Impact & Reporting 

• Ensure that the CRM is updated with engagements, proposal submissions and engagement plans in a timely fashion.

Skills required

• A proven fundraiser who can inspire, influence and deliver results

About the Project

Herts Mind Network (HMN) has formed a partnership with Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust (HPFT) to deliver support in the Mental Health Urgent Care Centre (MHUCC) at Lister Hospital.

The MHUCC provides a dedicated space and service for rapid mental health assessment, intervention, and referral, thereby enhancing the quality of care and optimising use of systemwide resources. It provides 24-hour access to specialist mental health assessment aimed at supporting service users to access the least restrictive care and treatment options. It creates a systemwide response to acute mental health crisis that enables people’s needs to be met with the right care at the right time.

About the Role:

The Support, Time and Recovery (STAR) Worker will be based at the Mental Health Urgent Care Centre at Lister Hospital, promoting joint working and creating a seamless pathway into community support for clients recovering from mental ill health.

The STAR workers will work closely with individuals in a mental health crisis currently in the MHUCC, by using a person-centred approach to ensure that everyone is supported with dignity and respect.

You will have a key role with safe and supportive observations and attending to the service users on the unit. You will provide support for carers and liaise with the wider services to support smooth and timely discharge of service users back to the community.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide a consistent presence in the MHUCC for individuals with mental health needs to access for support.
• To advocate for service users, explaining organisations and pathways.
• To provide immediate information and advice about managing wellbeing, reducing risk and onward signposting and referral into wider HMN services and VCFSE organisations.
• To facilitate a clear and easily accessible pathway into the wider Nightlight Crisis Alternative services for individuals, to support timely MHUCC discharge, as an alternative to statutory crisis intervention, or as a supplement to wider care and treatment plans.
• To gather feedback and evaluation on patient experience in the MHUCC
• To develop sound and extensive knowledge of local resources to support in enabling appropriate referrals where necessary.
• To link in with wider Herts Mind Network services and facilitate referrals
• To ensure that a collaborative approach is used, with effective communication links developed with external professional NHS services and to work as an effective member of any multi-disciplinary team. This will require stringent relationships.
• To support individuals to develop sustainable local social networks, both through our HMN Wellbeing Centres and other community services and resources.

The main purpose of the Partnerships Manager role is to deliver first-class account management and development of corporate partnerships to drive Breaking Barriers mission.

Working closely with Senior Partnerships Managers, Head of Corporate Partnerships, and members of the Income & Engagement and Services Directorates, you will be responsible for launching, retaining and developing a portfolio of partnerships ensuring we deepen and strengthen relationships whilst identifying opportunities for growth.

You will play your part in delivering and developing strategic relationships to bring value to our refugee clients and our employment and education programmes.

The successful candidate will have experience managing corporate partner relationships, including making fundraising asks and managing external communication with donors and partners at all levels of seniority. You will deploy your influencing skills and ability to build profitable relationships to great effect as you take a leading role identifying and nurturing future strategic partnerships. An understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility would be advantageous.
