We’re looking for a Data Quality Analyst to strengthen the accuracy, integrity, and usefulness of financial and operational data across the organisation. You’ll play a vital role in developing data governance processes, improving reporting systems, and ensuring the organisation has the insight it needs to operate efficiently, transparently, and in line with our mission.
What you’ll do
You’ll develop and maintain finance data policies, ensuring alignment with audit standards, financial controls, and regulatory requirements. You’ll monitor and audit data quality across systems, identifying issues and implementing improvements that protect accuracy and compliance.
Working closely with colleagues across Finance, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships, you’ll gather and document reporting requirements, validate data needs, and ensure our financial reporting is robust, relevant, and timely. You’ll analyse income, expenditure, and allocation datasets to support forecasting, modelling, and fund distribution decisions.
You’ll build dashboards and visual tools (e.g., Power BI) that connect financial data to programme performance and service impact. You’ll produce clear, actionable insights for technical and non‑technical audiences, supporting senior leadership, trustees, funders, and auditors.
You’ll also contribute to developing financial KPIs, social impact metrics, and monitoring frameworks that help us understand the cost and value of our services — from average cost per outcome to cost avoidance and programme effectiveness.
What you’ll bring
You’ll have experience in data analysis with a strong financial or funding component, ideally within a charity, social enterprise, or public sector environment. You’ll be confident using Excel and Power BI,with a solid understanding of data governance, quality standards, and GDPR.
You’ll understand financial reporting, budgeting, cost allocation, and forecasting, and you’ll be comfortable working with funder requirements and audit processes. You’ll have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insight.

Dementia UK has a new opportunity to join as our first Data Insight Manager to lead and develop our insight and analytics capability, helping our Fundraising and Engagement directorate become more data-led in planning and decision making to drive supporter engagement.
This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a team of two Data Analysts while delivering high-quality analysis and actionable insight. You will lead advanced analytics projects, oversee campaign data selections in Faststats and Peoplestage, lead the development of Power BI dashboards, and translate complex data into clear recommendations that inform fundraising strategy and performance in areas such as segmentation, propensity modelling and lifetime value analysis. About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced insight professional to join the Data & Insight Team, who will lead on our insight work, delivered through meaningful data analysis, reporting and research activities.
This is a hands-on technical role, so we’re looking for someone with significant experience building and maintaining datasets, using analytical tools and modern data platforms, and can deliver meaningful analysis in a charity context. Equally important, we’re looking for someone who has good communications skills, and will enjoy building relationships with stakeholders across the organisation (often non-technical). We’re looking for someone who can own the insight process, from understanding and scoping requirements, sourcing, prepping and analysing data, presenting to stakeholders and working through how the insight provided can inform decisions and improve our work.
The role is part of a small and busy Data & Insight Team and the post holder will be required to get stuck in on a range of activities that support and underpin our insight programme. This could be, working on marketing data selections, maintaining/developing our data warehouse, providing data protection support, or overseeing CRM processes. We’re looking for someone with a broad background in data and analysis, and who enjoys working within an environment with significant variety.

IT Service Desk Analyst
Salary: £30,255

Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the analysis and reporting of impact across a portfolio of projects and programmes delivered by a range of our VCSE delivery partners. Key Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of data across a portfolio of projects, each with its own objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The Head of Data & Evaluation leads Impact on Urban Health’s approach to data, research, and evaluation, ensuring high-quality, equitable evidence informs what we fund, how we work, and how we understand impact. The role leads a specialist team, sets standards, and oversees the organisation’s core evidence base, helping ensure Impact on Urban Health is a credible and trusted source of insight on urban health.
The postholder will also provide expert input to other parts of the Foundation where relevant.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead on ensuring data and evaluation are embedded across our work, developing and overseeing the cycle from data and evidence inputs through to analysis and evaluation insights that inform decisions.
- Set the strategic direction for a programme of mixed-methods research, data analysis, and evaluation – that builds on existing evidence, helps us understand needs and impact, and that is equitable and proportionate.
