The role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Database and Insights Officer to take ownership of myaware’s CRM system (Raiser’s Edge) and ensure our database is accurate, compliant, and fully utilised across the organisation.
This is a pivotal role, acting as the main point of contact for all internal CRM users and our external CRM system provider. As a database super user, you will manage system settings, user access, data integrity and development, while providing expert support, guidance and training to colleagues.
Working closely with the CEO, the myaware management team and colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure the CRM system supports fundraising, communications, campaigns and wider organisational insight. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for system improvement, upgrades and best practice. The role will require occasional working at Derby HQ and travel for meetings.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented CRM professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.
You will be highly organised, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership of a complex database system. You enjoy supporting others, improving processes and using data to make a meaningful impact.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience managing a CRM system, ideally Raiser’s Edge or a similar database.
- Strong understanding of database administration, data quality and compliance.
- Experience acting as a system super user, including managing users and system settings.

Who are we?
Myaware is the only charity in the UK dedicated solely to the care and support of people affected by myasthenia.
We are working hard to raise awareness of myasthenia, as it is a little-known condition. We provide support for people with myasthenia and their families, whilst offering advice and tips for living with the condition.
We also fund the research that brings us closer to finding a cure as well as funding specialists nurses and advisors.
Members of myaware have full access to a wide range of support services and events including our specialist benefits and welfare advisor.
Myaware supports people with myasthenia and their families. We campaign for better medical services for people with myasthenia and work to inform medical professionals.
The myasthenias are a group of neuromuscular conditions. They are rare but also manageable and can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender or nationality. Myasthenia gravis, ocular myasthenia and Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome are autoimmune conditions whereas congenital myasthenic syndrome is caused by an inherited genetic fault. It is thought that there are approximately 20,000 people currently living with myasthenia in the UK.

About Us
Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.

About the opportunity
This role creates a unique and exciting opportunity to support the delivery of a new multi-partner Domestic Abuse Service in Plymouth. Our partnership of local VCSE organisations brings together a strong coalition of expert partners to deliver impactful support and prevention with a clear focus on improving outcomes for people and systems affected by Domestic Abuse. The programme aims to provide community-based support, built on:
·A trusted, well-governed local partnership with deep roots in communities and statutory systems, delivering a cohesive and unified service for survivors.
·A whole-family, holistic model that integrates advocacy, behaviour change, children and family services, and safe accommodation to reduce risk and build resilience across the family unit.
·Survivor-led and trauma-informed practice, with lived experience embedded in design, delivery, and decision-making to ensure services are relevant, accessible, and inclusive.
·Flexible, community-based access and outreach, offering multiple entry points, streamlined referral pathways into specialist provision, and tailored responses for each survivor and family.
·Robust data and evidence, collecting and analysing impact data, allowing us to learn from what works and to keep iterating to delivery more effective, and to show long-term impact for survivors.
The role requires strong project development and delivery management skills (coordinating the mobilisation and delivery phase, and liaising with the various stakeholders) as well as the ability to facilitate effective governance and make decisions (including data analysis and presentation skills). As the Lead for the partnership, you will work with the Programme Director to create an effective platform for all stakeholders, including those we support, to be heard. This will require multi-stakeholder engagement and management including VCSE, Local Authority and Central Government partners. Through this engagement you will create a transparent and accountable environment where data, and testimony, drive decision making.
The role will also include support to Quality Assurance and Project Development and Social Investment functions. Key job functions will include:
Governance and Reporting
- Coordinate and deliver effective, multi-layered, governance with multiple stakeholders.
- Build and support strong relationships with partners.
- Provide contract support and management.
- Oversee all data related aspects of the programme including data collection, extraction, analysis, reporting, presenting, etc.
- Produce regular reports and data analysis to inform project delivery and decision making, and to support performance management through continuous iteration and targeted innovations.
- Gathering, analysing, and presenting quantitative and qualitative data to measure the impact of service innovations for the programme.
- Ensuring the voice of those we support is heard.
Developing external relationships
- Working with the Programme Director to develop and manage local relationships, this role will have an operational focus on supporting improvement to the service.
- This will include support for pathway development between services, including those not currently within the partnership.
- This role will also be required to represent the partnership in local appropriate forums
Coproduction and Design
- Identifying challenges to achieving outcomes and to engage with delivery partners to identify opportunities to adapt the delivery.
- Work with the Programme Director to ensure the voice of those who have experienced the project and of wider services across Plymouth is heard and incorporated into delivery.
Quality Assurance and Compliance Management
- Supporting Partners to conduct self-assessment QA processes to ensure high quality casework and support is undertaken at all times.
- Quality checking data on the case management system.
- Liaising with the commissioners around quality checks.
Growth/Sustainability
- Support the Programme Director and partnership to identify and secure funding to enable growth and innovation.
- Provide support and liaise between internal functions (Project Development and Social Investment, Enablement) and local partners.

About this role:
Reporting to the Head of Policy and Communications, the Policy and Communications Coordinator will support SIB’s track record of sector, government and media engagement, notably the high standard of publication set through its media partnerships with Tortoise and the Financial Times, its contributions to the policy landscape in the social sector, and its in-house data analysis and insight generation. This new post will contribute to SIB’s ongoing communications and public policy work and its reach and influence, building on a growing base of expertise across SIB’s three strategic priority areas: Green Transition, Infrastructure and Services.
Key responsibilities
1. Support the Head of Policy and Communications to deliver the Policy and Communications strategy for SIB.
2. Making use of media and parliamentary tracking software keep abreast of SIB’s strategic policy areas, sharing accessible updates and digests of relevant legislation and central and local government programming and media coverage.
3. Attend / watch online relevant parliamentary committees, All Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) and Commons and Lords sessions, capturing relevant outcomes and identifying MPs and Lords that SIB should seek to work with / influence.
4. Support the Head of Policy and Communications to identify a key parliamentary contacts list. Create tailored communications for these key contacts which share relevant statistics and case studies from SIB’s portfolio, alongside policy influencing lines. This will include drafting questions and briefings where relevant, and ensuring that regular contact is maintained.
5. Support the drafting of consultation responses and press releases using SIB’s core messaging, reporting, research and data.
6. Support SIB’s annual party conference attendance with coordination and administration in advance and in person.
7. Support the Head of Policy and Communications with attendance at influencing meetings and webinars with, for example, the Association of Decentralised Energy, Community Energy England, Locality, Better Society Capital, the Access Foundation and others.
8. Draft internal and external copy for newsletters and the SIB intranet and website.
9. Monitor the press email address and support correspondence with journalists on reactive and proactive stories.
10. Attend and provide oversight to the Social Investment Forum, as part of SIB’s secretariat and hosting.
11. Write, edit and produce engaging and relevant content at pace for web, social media and e-newsletters, as well as earned and paid channels.
12. Management of external suppliers of communications and policy activities, including agencies, designers, consultants and think tanks.
13. Work with the Marketing Manager, Marketing and Events Coordinator, Business Development Manager and wider team to deliver successful external events with customers, stakeholders and partners including attendance at Party Conferences.

About Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance
Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. But in Scotland there are places where urgent medical help cannot reach people. Or help gets there too late. And when lives are at risk every minute matters. As a charity we rely on donations from the Scottish public, companies and communities to ensure that urgent medical help gets to the patient when it is needed, wherever they are and at whatever time of day.
The Role
As part of our strategy for growth and national impact, SCAA is seeking a motivated individual to manage our newly formed Data function, as Data and Insights Manager. This is a hands-on managerial role, which will contribute to both the immediate data management requirements and lead on the development of the longer-term Data and Insights Strategy for SCAA.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in embedding a culture of data-driven decision making, using insights and analysis to support future growth, with a particular focus on fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement. They will ensure the right frameworks and infrastructure are in place to allow for effective data management and data-driven decision-making across the charity.
This role can be fully remote, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. Occasional travel to our Perth base will be required for the successful candidate. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm.
About You
Essential
- Significant experience leading data strategy, governance or CRM development in a fundraising, marketing or customer insight environment.
- Strong knowledge of data protection and GDPR compliance, with understanding of DPO responsibilities.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and interpreting data analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions.

You will play an important role in Better Society Capital’s digital and investment operations, helping ensure that our investment data is complete, accurate, and ready to support decision-making across the organisation. As an Investment Data Officer, you will be responsible for managing and improving the quality of BSC’s investment data, both historical and ongoing, through careful review of fund documentation and the systematic entry and validation of information.
This is a detail-oriented role that requires an ability to gain a strong understanding of financial and investment concepts, combined with precision and rigour in data handling. As Data & Insight Manager, you’ll lead the development of a student-led, data-driven culture at LSESU. This is a strategic role that combines analytical expertise with insight generation. The Insights Analyst role is a key part of the friendly and welcoming Insights team, which sits within the wider Data and Insights team as part of our Information Services directorate.
Working closely with the Insights Manager and the other analysts in the team, you’ll deliver high quality reporting, analysis and insight to help Blue Cross stakeholders better understand our clients and supporters, and the difference we make to their lives.

About you
We're looking for an analytical, curious and collaborative individual who enjoys working with complex data from multiple sources and translating it into clear, actionable insights. You’ll be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Able to work capably to deadlines and an enthusiastic problem solver, you’ll also have great soft skills that will help you to build strong and positive relationships both within the Data and Insights team and with stakeholders throughout Blue Cross.
You’ll be able to demonstrate strong numeracy and analytical skills including a good level of Excel knowledge – which we’ll assess at the interview stage. You will also support teams of volunteer data experts to scope projects and deliver impactful data science solutions.
You don't need to write code or run analysis yourself, but you should be comfortable working alongside technical experts, asking the right questions to scope data projects, and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll need to hold conversations with data scientists about what's feasible, help charity partners understand what's possible with their data, and know when to bring in additional technical expertise.

- Project management: You are a skilled project manager, successfully leading projects involving multiple stakeholders from conception to completion. Working hours and location
This is a full-time role (35 hours per week); however we will consider part-time options (28 or 32 hours per week) for a strong candidate. Working hours are flexible, but we ask that 75% of working time is within the hours of 10am and 6pm, to facilitate team working and real-time collaboration.
The role requires regular out-of-hours commitments - roughly one weekend per quarter and 2-4 evenings per month for volunteer events. This work is part of, rather than additional to, your hours, and you must take time off in lieu for any extra working hours.
Our organisation is remote-first, and this role is hybrid, with access to London office space on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and quarterly in-person commitments in London. We have a preference for candidates able to work from our office space in London at least one day per week. There may be occasional national travel within the UK for other events and conferences, with reasonable expenses covered.

The role
The senior data & insights officer will report to the database manager.
Excellent use of and understanding of our data is crucial to the success of our fundraising activity. This role will support all elements of direct marketing and campaign work for the fundraising team. Using Raiser’s Edge (RE7/RENXT), the post holder will lead on complex data selections for integrated, multi-channel supporter communications, and present meaningful data analysis of fundraising activity. In addition, this role will make a significant contribution to the smooth running of our data processing, database operations, ensuring high quality data through accurate imports and data cleaning.

Our dynamic fundraising department is preparing for an ambitious multimillion-pound campaign in support of a ground-breaking cancer centre on the site of the Royal Free Hospital. Responsible for attracting and retaining donors, and delivering an outstanding supporter experience, the fundraising department comprises three teams which work closely together to achieve our shared objectives:
• Our Public Fundraising team harnesses the support and energy of individuals and groups, helping them to give back in the way that works for them. This includes committed giving, in memory support, gifts in wills, and fundraising events and challenges. Our database team and supporter care sit within Public Fundraising, with their work underpinning and supporting the entire department.

Against Malaria Foundation (AMF) was founded in 2004 and is a charity that fights malaria in a highly effective, accountable and transparent way.
We do this by purchasing and distributing multiple millions of long-lasting insecticide-treated nets (LLINs) at a time in nationwide universal coverage campaigns. This is the most cost-effective way of preventing malaria. AMF receives donations from the public and in the last financial year received US$147 million and, in our history, now over US$780 million. AMF is particularly data-focused and monitors and reports on net use and drives and supports innovation to improve the effectiveness of malaria programmes.
AMF is the world’s third largest funder of nets.
AMF has been rated a top charity for all of the last 16 years by independent charity evaluators GiveWell, Giving What We Can and The Life You Can Save who focus on impact and cost-effectiveness.
We are a team of 15 highly motivated individuals with different skills and experience. Each person has an important role to play. All team members work remotely with constant communication between them. While the team is small, the impact is big - our net distributions protect millions of people. Our largest programme is in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), where we are funding 52 million nets to protect 94 million people for distribution during 2025 to 2027. We have ongoing multi-million net programmes in other countries including Chad, Guinea, Nigeria, South Sudan, Togo, Uganda and Zambia.
Role Description
Our activities and commitments are steadily increasing, with 2026 a particularly busy year with over 60 million nets planned for distribution to protect more than 110 million people, and the next few years will be similarly busy. In light of this, AMF is recruiting a Junior Operations Manager to join the operations team and to play an important role in ensuring the success of the net distributions. We are looking for someone with strong quantitative and analytical skills who enjoys working with data. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with scientific or numbers-oriented mindset, comfortable performing quick, high-quality analyses and communicating findings clearly.
The role will include involvement in all stages of a distribution campaign (pre-agreement, net procurement, post-agreement, during distribution, and post distribution) with a focus on two areas:
- Data analysis - reviewing and analysing distribution, monitoring and malaria data to support decision-making
- Operational work to support programmes, in particular across independent monitoring, net accounting and keeping internal systems up to date
Further information
Across the life of each distribution, AMF collects large amounts of data: household registration and distribution data, net transportation information, data from independent monitoring partners both during distributions and after distributions through post-distribution monitoring surveys conducted at 0, 9, 18, and 27 months. We also receive and analyse external data including population estimates and malaria burden data. These data are central to how AMF operates - it informs operational decisions, ensures we can track every net accountably from manufacturing site to household, and it also enables us to report to donors with confidence on where their nets went.
We are looking for a junior operations manager to support in two main areas:
1. Data analysis
This includes:
- Analysing distribution and independent monitoring data to:
- Ensure data is sufficiently high quality
- Work with monitoring partners to take quick action if operational adjustments are needed
- Working with the team to build systems enabling process automation such as data quality monitoring
- Providing ad-hoc analyses to support data driven operational decisions
- Maintaining an overview of results across countries to inform benchmarks and interpret new data
- Contributing to how we present and communicate our data, both internally and publicly. This includes summarising findings clearly and appropriately for different audiences.
2. Operational work to support programmes
This includes supporting the operations team through the stages of AMF’s programmes:
Independent monitoring
Tendering and contracting
- Sending documentation to bidding partners and receiving proposals
- Supporting budget comparisons and proposal review
- Drafting agreement documents and processing payments
Project management
- Supporting operations team and partners during data collection, drawing on the data analysis above to troubleshoot issues as they arise
Closeout

- Analysing project spend against budget, proposing closeout payments and processing them
Net accounting
- Reviewing evidence of net deliveries and arrivals from in-country partners

- After distribution, verifying and documenting nets distributed, leftover, lost or damaged Internal systems
- Keeping AMF's internal systems up to date
- Inputting and processing payments
- Ensuring distribution and project dates are up to date
- Updating the latest status for the nets for each distribution (in production, en-route to country, etc.)
There will be other significant work related to AMF Group Operations, dependent on the candidate’s skill set, such as assisting with documentation for tax deductibility, new AMF entities, and updating our website with blogposts.
Characteristics of the successful candidate
We are looking for someone who has strong intellectual and analytical skills, is a fast learner and who relishes the opportunity to develop their abilities. They will work collaboratively, building strong relationships with the AMF team and in-country partners. The ideal candidate will be motivated to help improve the lives of those affected by the wider impacts of malaria.
Required
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and present findings succinctly. Comfort with statistical concepts (e.g. sampling, variability, precision)
