Age UK's Service Delivery Management team acts as the bridge between stakeholders and Digital & Technology (D&T), ensuring service delivery meets operational needs across the organisation. This new and evolving team focuses on maintaining consistent service delivery standards through analysis and assurance of complex performance data.
As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will support the Service Delivery Manager by gathering, analysing, and preparing service management data for D&T service wrappers. These are essential for maintaining consistent service delivery standards across internal teams and external suppliers.
You'll liaise with various teams within D&T and Information Protection & Compliance (IPC), as well as external suppliers, to help ensure operational excellence and customer-focused service delivery.
This is a hybrid role, a blend of homebased and office working. The expectation is that you will attend our London office (One America Square EC3N 2LB) circa once a month for team meetings. Travel costs to the London office are not covered by the charity.

Role Requirements
- Your main objectives is to support the board and senior leadership team in ensuring the charity continues to deliver high-quality, safe, effective and financially sustainable services for vulnerable children now and in the longer-term;
- Under the guidance of the Head of Risk, Audit & Governance, and in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organisation, coordinate and manage the implementation and ongoing development of the charity’s risk management framework; risk policies, risk appetite statement; “risk universe” and board assurance framework / assurance map;
- Undertake deep dive risk assessments and provide assurance over the effectiveness of internal controls from time to time as required by Audit & Risk Committee;
- Undertake a quarterly review of key financial controls and report findings to the Finance, Finance, Investments & Resources Committee and Audit & Risk Committee;
- Monitor and report on the implementation of agreed management actions designed to strengthen risk mitigation strategies / close compliance gaps and provide assurance on these to SLT and trustees.
- Prepare the risk update for SLT, the board and each of its committees including risk heat maps and key risk indicators for the charity’s principal risks.
- Establish effective working relationships with other second line risk, quality and compliance functions and periodically monitor the effectiveness of their activities.
- Liaise with SLT directors to ensure departmental risk registers are in place and appropriately maintained.
- Facilitate risk workshops and provide online training on TCT’s risk management policy and procedures. Meet regularly with risk owners to review risk responses and progress with actions. Ensure there is an effective process of escalation of significant risks to SLT and trustees;
- Prepare an annual review of the effectiveness of internal control and risk management for the Audit & Risk Committee;

About the role

The role
You will play a key role in ensuring that Camden Learning captures and uses data to drive service development and operate more efficiently. This is a newly created position which will support the implementation and ongoing development of a new CRM system, as well as optimising the other systems and platforms we use. You will support teams and wider stakeholders to get access to the data they need by running reports, undertaking basic data analysis and presenting data in an easy to understand way. You will also ensure our ordering processes are as straightforward as possible for our school members and customers, and support with their orders as required.
Key responsibilities
CRM
- Working alongside our development partner, support the successful implementation of a new CRM system
- Ensure the CRM system continues to meet the organisation’s needs, including setting up and owning the process by which colleagues request changes and new features
- Support colleagues to use the system effectively
- Make changes to the system if required and set up reports requested by colleagues. Liaise with development partner if larger changes or new development is required
Other systems and platforms
- Identify, set up and configure other systems and platforms to meet the organisation’s needs. This will include our training booking platform and HR platform.
- Support colleagues and schools to use these systems effectively
Order processes
- Set up and own the processes by which schools place orders for services
- Respond to queries from schools related to subscriptions, orders and pricing
- Work with the Finance Officer to ensure customers are accurately invoiced for services used.
Data reporting, analysis and presentation
- Set up and run regular reports of key information to stakeholders, to include:
- Camden Learning’s leadership team and board of directors
- Local authority commissioners
- Schools
- Undertake regular and adhoc data analysis of data held within our systems, for example training feedback and staff survey
- Present this information in a format suitable for its intended audience

- Liaise with schools, Camden council and other partners to ensure the smooth running of Camden Learning’s services and operations
